Miyuki is one of those people who really don't care what others think about her. She's a bit of a spaz, and tends to rush into things without thinking. She is headstrong, and doesn't understand that 'no' can be an answer. She doesn't seem to be the brightest person around, leaving many to question how she got accepted into the Shinigami Academy in the first place. She acts rather childish at times, showing this in ways like eating mass amount of junk food, and always carrying pocky with her wherever she goes. Despite acting naive and immature at times, she is very protective of her friends and family, and would drop everything to go to their aid and save them. She hopes to one day become the Head Captain of the Seireitei, and has an ongoing rivalry with Kata Hirase. She likes to pester and bug the s**t out of him, simply because she thinks it's fun to get a reaction out of him.

History:
Miyuki actually can't remember her life before the age of four, perhaps something happened to cause her to forget, a traumatic experience that caused the memory loss.. Or perhaps she was actually a human that died at the age of four, either way.. Her life didn't really start that she could remember until she found herself in Rukongai alone.. She struggled to survive for a few months acting much like a scavenger and taking what little food she could find, while also trying to avoid the cruel hand of shop owners and other people who try to abuse the little girl for stealing from them.. She clearly was in the wrong Rukon District to live among such cruel people, but she didn't have to live with such cruelty for long. One day, when she was sleeping in an alleyway, she woke up to the sound of something metal bouncing along the ground, which ended up rolling into the alleyway, she managed to catch it in her hands, seeing that it was a old looking pocket watch.. Only to see a strangely dressed man walk into the alleyway after it, this man had a bit of a rugged face, having stubble then also sunglasses that actually made him look a bit suspicious.. He only looked down at her, she was actually trembling in fear as she held the pocketwatch up to him, saying. "J-Just take it back.. Don't hurt me.." Though, strangely, as she said that.. He reached down, but ended up lifting her up as he looked at her. "What's a youngin' like you doing out here all alone?" It was strange.. He was actually showing concern for her, rather than the violent nature of everyone else that seemed to be here.. After a bit of talking, he set her down again and pocketed the watch, but then actually offered her to come stay with him.. Why was he being so kind to her? Even with that question, she was actually feeling safer around him.. She was overcome with the first joy shes known since she appeared in this district and accepted the offer.. That's when Leere took her to the World of the Living, Karakura Town, and started watching after her in his shop Coffee Time.
From that point on, Miyuki lived with Leere.. Eventually, he actually filed the paperwork and everything to make her his legal daughter, giving her the name Miyuki Seshiro, and years passed with her living with Leere.. One day, at the age of nine however, Leere had to pay a visit with to some friends, and the babysitter he usually had wasn't available, so he took Miyuki with him, to the Hirase Manor in the Soul Society to do one of his frequent meet ups with Ayaka and Hisashi Hirase.. While they had to talk business, Miyuki heard that there were two other kids around the house.. Kata and Kanami Hirase, the children of Hisashi and Ayaka.. Though Kanami was actually down for a nap, Miyuki found herself wandering outside, where a fairly large play structure for the kids were.. Kata was sitting on a swing along, he had a bruise on the side of his face, while a bandage like eyepatch covered his left eye.. Curious, thinking he was really hurt, she walks up to him and quietly asks what happened, but Kata just glared at her, telling her it was nothing, and to just go away. She refused however, she was alone, bored, and wanted something to do. So she took the swing next to him and just kept asking what happened.. Until he finally said someone hit him at the Academy, which explained the bruise, but he refused to explain what the eye patch was from. It was a start at least though.. Even though Kata was very cold towards her, when she went to go back home with her 'father', she said she made a new friend.. After all, she was sure Kata would come around eventually.
From that day, the next nine years continued on with her trying to win Kata over as a friend, doing this.. Even though it's clear they are some sort of friends, it also started a rivalry between them, they can usually be seen bickering and arguing whenever they are around each other, yet she goes to the Hirase Manor every chance she gets, to visit both Kata and Kanami. During these years, she's also been training under Leere in the ways of a Shinigami, though she shows to have quite a bit of skill for her age, she still has yet to unlock the use of her Zanpakuto, much like Kata.
