History: Eko doesn't know where he was born....but that he was raised in the Sereiteri. It was there that he lived for multiple years, growing up and living through his years. Yet one day, after a few hundred years of being a third seat and unchanging, Eko and his Squad were cornered by a higher up Espada. Most of his teammates were killed in what was supposed to be a standard Hollow Cleansing but Eko finally snapped and entered his Bankai, for a split second as thought by his opponents.

But he constantly looks at others and feels a little down, his captain who IS older than himself had power more focused and his attacks more powerful than Eko's so he thought...while Eko doesn't care for promotions, he does search the acceptance and acknowledgment of others.
However, with the death of his wife, Kaori, over time, Eko has deeply taken on the role of father towards his eleven year old daughter Sora and has grown edgier, some might say darker. All he has done in the past seven years was either watch over his daughter, train with her, hang out and do work with Hinata or the occasional get together with the Seshiro's. His work has become a part of his life and he does not want Sora to be affected by what is going on at that said moment in time. Not a lot of people have seen Eko as much as they have Sora because he has also been taking his job even more seriously.
─Zanpakuto Information {Sealed}─
Zanpakuto Name: Kage Kami no Nemutte Iru (Sleeping Shadow God)
Zanpakuto Appearance: His Zanpakuto consists of three thin Katana blades, each about four to five feet long but as light as a feather to Eko. The blades are pure black with the blades being of a reddish hue while the hilt is bone white of each blade. Japanese for Dragon is written on the sides of each blade.
Zanpakuto Spirit: Gaos
The Spirit is called Gaos, or rather the Sleeping Shadow God. The being is a large black and silver dragon that is over three hundred feet long with red eyes. It’s voice is actually one of a child’s and while it may appear misleading, the being is a dangerous Zanpakuto spirit that is fiercely intelligent and loyal towards its master. Originally, the spirit was a god of the Aztecs, long before the Americans arrived in the Americas but it then relocated to rural Russia, watching over those people for a time before passing on into the spirit world for unknown reasons. It itself is a rather temperamental spirit but for reasons unknown it stood with Eko and still does, while being quite fond of Sora and Kaori. However, it and Eko's power is not fully realized as Eko puts limits to what he will do, thus not allowing Gaos to grow even more and mature.
Inner World: The inner world is pure twilight, with a bright moon cascading over the large lake before a crevice, where a campfire roars. Here is where Gaos sleeps and stays while the stars twinkle overhead, a forest surrounding the lake and mountain which the world is focused around. While there are no animals, the entire area seems vibrant with life as winds change and weather continues on and on, the mountain itself containing thousands of caverns that twist and turn into the most intricate of mazes. Gaos is either outside flying or in the middle of the maze, to be found by Eko or others that enter his spirit world at times.
Basic Zanpakuto Attacks/Powers: 1. Shadouw Raitoningu Kontororu (Shadow Lightning Control)- Rather, obvious, Eko holds control of shadow black lightning, a special breed of the element lightning that entails both lightning and shadows.
2. Parasu (Pulse)- An electrical pulse disperses from around Ek, which betrays people’s heartbeats and conditions, as if they were asleep, injured, and so forth.
3. Ka Juden (Overcharge)- Electricity grows within Eko, especially permeating into his hands. He can use this to ease a body or restart a heart or knock out or kill someone depending on their own heart conditions or frying the brain.
4. Lichi (Leech)- Eko converts any energy that surrounds him into electricity or electricity into energy if he can handle the amount at him.

There are still three blades but the symbols are glowing on the blade and the swords themselves are longer. Eko's attire shifts from his standard orange jacket to a white mesh skirt with black armor on his shoulders, the armor itself not being bulky but streamlined. Hist tail and wings continue to grow. The armor extends down his right arm to the elbow with black gloves on each hand. His hair grows longer and his nails into talons of sort.
Shikai Abilities: Electricity is constantly generated through the blade, black sparks can be seen at times on the blade. Shadows attempt to move towards the blade as if like a magent, allowing for easier access to shadows by Eko and it allows for him to project his attacks through the shadows, allowing his shadow controlling to extend greatly. If opponents get close to him, they themselves become magnetised.
Shikai Techniques: 1. Chinmoku no Namida ( Tear of Silence)- Eko's blade seems to inhale and make a small tearing sound, the blade glistening and he swings forward with a awave of purely silent black electricity, the wave being enormous what with Eko's absurd strength, moving silently while enveloping everything in its path.
2. Hikisaku Shado (Shadow Rend)- Eko manipulates his own or an object's shadow contorting it as a black shield that reflects the move towards the opponent like a mirror or the shadow forms in front of an ally and the shadow thrusts forward to envelop the foe. Other effects are the use of shadows to simply reach out, one or two at a time, to stab at opponents.

Raitoningu no suri (Tree of Lightning)- Eko aims in a single direction and a white line shoots forward, breaking off into branches like a tree but all over the arena, in which razor walls of black lightning erupt from the lines, rising into the sky like a maze that severs limbs and electrocutes . The entire "tree" is drawn almost immediately, the attack itself being very difficult to dodge.
4. Shadoukatta (Shadow Cutter)- Anywhere there are shadows, this move can be used. Shadow Cutter literally causes Eko to manipulate shadows around him and almost absorb the shadow...but rather it stretches the shadow until it is barely linked to its original object and Eko's own shadow amasses before a line of it erupts in any direction Eko chooses. It could be in variation of shadow spikes to impale a foe or in a wave of shadow that eats away at light and energy and literally crushes things into oblivion if hit. Or the shadows can be cut away like a jigsaw puzzle and shot towards the foe in a mass. The cut from this attack allows the shadows to more or less poison the opponent, draining away at reaitsu. Only pure light can kill the poison off.

His wings hold pulsing veins of red and as he flies, thunderstorms appear.

The armor itself is similar to a Herrio of an Arrancar, but being quite strong and durable. Three blades still remain at his disposal but electricity and shadow are apparent around them, the signs glowing brightly and sinisterly.
Bankai Attacks/Abilities: Ability (Reality Marble)- When Eko activates the ability of his Zanpakuto, the entire battlefield is transported into Eko's Zanpakuto World, the only clue of the combat being a small marble that is virtually unbreakable. The entire battlefield is placed in the realm of night of Eko's mind, where Eko's Zanpakuto spirit Gaos can combat as well using any means necessary.
Ability (Shadow Frenzy) Passive: When his Bankai is activated, shadows enter a frenzy as well as a gathering of lightning clouds, the shadows lashing out like whips at foes and allies alike while lightning and rain erupts from the skies. Oddly enough, Eko is the only one who is not attacked but rather assisted, this effect being wild. The best thing to do is to stay as far away from Eko as one can. The entire battlefield is magnetized, allowing Eko throw large metals or stop bullets of sorts shooting at himself and reverting them.
1. Tribulation- Countless bolts of electricity strike around Eko, a storm brewing very dangerously. Electricity striking around Eko and his wings and body absorbing it. Massive amounts of electricity build up in Eko and any direction he turns, blinding light and electricity erupting in the direction he aims. It is almost impossible to see from the brightness and generally the attack could topple buildings.

Halo- Black lightning surrounds Eko before it continues to grow larger due to the absorption of reiatsu...and then it releases in every direction, the attack massive in size and each side exploding upon contact with an animate object or upon his command. There can be multiple halos created around Eko but he can also make smaller versions in his hands, with the same concept but smaller and condensed, the attack being more catastrophic.
3. Ride the Lightning- Massive arcs of lightning surge from the ground and metal objects, allowing Eko to literally ride the waves while he directs them in the direction of his foes. The arcs are literally pillars that could hold up the Roman Coliseum and while Eko can ride on top of the pillars he can also ride inside of them, making himself virtually unseen.

There are still three blades but the symbols are glowing on the blade and the swords themselves are longer. Eko's attire shifts from his standard orange jacket to a white mesh skirt with black armor on his shoulders, the armor itself not being bulky but streamlined. Hist tail and wings continue to grow. The armor extends down his right arm to the elbow with black gloves on each hand. His hair grows longer and his nails into talons of sort.
Shikai Abilities: Electricity is constantly generated through the blade, black sparks can be seen at times on the blade. Shadows attempt to move towards the blade as if like a magent, allowing for easier access to shadows by Eko and it allows for him to project his attacks through the shadows, allowing his shadow controlling to extend greatly. If opponents get close to him, they themselves become magnetised.
Shikai Techniques: 1. Chinmoku no Namida ( Tear of Silence)- Eko's blade seems to inhale and make a small tearing sound, the blade glistening and he swings forward with a awave of purely silent black electricity, the wave being enormous what with Eko's absurd strength, moving silently while enveloping everything in its path.
2. Hikisaku Shado (Shadow Rend)- Eko manipulates his own or an object's shadow contorting it as a black shield that reflects the move towards the opponent like a mirror or the shadow forms in front of an ally and the shadow thrusts forward to envelop the foe. Other effects are the use of shadows to simply reach out, one or two at a time, to stab at opponents.
3. Raitoningu no suri (Tree of Lightning)- Eko aims in a single direction and a white line shoots forward, breaking off into branches like a tree but all over the arena, in which razor walls of black lightning erupt from the lines, rising into the sky like a maze that severs limbs and electrocutes . The entire "tree" is drawn almost immediately, the attack itself being very difficult to dodge.
4. Shadoukatta (Shadow Cutter)- Anywhere there are shadows, this move can be used. Shadow Cutter literally causes Eko to manipulate shadows around him and almost absorb the shadow...but rather it stretches the shadow until it is barely linked to its original object and Eko's own shadow amasses before a line of it erupts in any direction Eko chooses. It could be in variation of shadow spikes to impale a foe or in a wave of shadow that eats away at light and energy and literally crushes things into oblivion if hit. Or the shadows can be cut away like a jigsaw puzzle and shot towards the foe in a mass. The cut from this attack allows the shadows to more or less poison the opponent, draining away at reaitsu. Only pure light can kill the poison off.

Bankai Name: Kagenokami no ten no toribyurishon (Shadow God’s Heavenly Tribulation)
Bankai Incantation: Cleanse the World, Gaos

Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance {While Bankai is Active}: Gaos can choose between two forms. One is in the form of a small child with a somewhat foreboding appearance. Or he can appear in the visage of the large black dragon he originally was but his spines and the skin underneath teh scales are crimson red while his teeth are snow white. His wings hold pulsing veins of red and as he flies, thunderstorms appear.

Eko's black armor covers his entire body and arms, his hands enveloped in claws. His teeth are sharp like a dragons and his wings and tail as well as his body is enormous. Simply put, he is placed in a somewhat suit of dragon appearing armor, his body growing and his strength and speed simply increasing even greater than their normal, which was already freakish in its own right. The armor itself is similar to a Herrio of an Arrancar, but being quite strong and durable. Three blades still remain at his disposal but electricity and shadow are apparent around them, the signs glowing brightly and sinisterly.
Bankai Attacks/Abilities: Ability (Reality Marble)- When Eko activates the ability of his Zanpakuto, the entire battlefield is transported into Eko's Zanpakuto World, the only clue of the combat being a small marble that is virtually unbreakable. The entire battlefield is placed in the realm of night of Eko's mind, where Eko's Zanpakuto spirit Gaos can combat as well using any means necessary.
Ability (Shadow Frenzy) Passive: When his Bankai is activated, shadows enter a frenzy as well as a gathering of lightning clouds, the shadows lashing out like whips at foes and allies alike while lightning and rain erupts from the skies. Oddly enough, Eko is the only one who is not attacked but rather assisted, this effect being wild. The best thing to do is to stay as far away from Eko as one can. The entire battlefield is magnetized, allowing Eko throw large metals or stop bullets of sorts shooting at himself and reverting them.
1. Tribulation- Countless bolts of electricity strike around Eko, a storm brewing very dangerously. Electricity striking around Eko and his wings and body absorbing it. Massive amounts of electricity build up in Eko and any direction he turns, blinding light and electricity erupting in the direction he aims. It is almost impossible to see from the brightness and generally the attack could topple buildings.
2. Halo- Black lightning surrounds Eko before it continues to grow larger due to the absorption of reiatsu...and then it releases in every direction, the attack massive in size and each side exploding upon contact with an animate object or upon his command. There can be multiple halos created around Eko but he can also make smaller versions in his hands, with the same concept but smaller and condensed, the attack being more catastrophic.
3. Ride the Lightning- Massive arcs of lightning surge from the ground and metal objects, allowing Eko to literally ride the waves while he directs them in the direction of his foes. The arcs are literally pillars that could hold up the Roman Coliseum and while Eko can ride on top of the pillars he can also ride inside of them, making himself virtually unseen.

Intelligence: Eko is very intelligent, though he generally keeps to himself but is quite knowledgeable on various topics and people. Smarts is Eko but speaking smarts is not.
Athletic Skill: When it comes to sports and such, he doesn't care for it. But he can work like a champion if he desired.
Strength: Powerful, he can easily topple a skyscraper in full charge with brute force. His limits have not been tested.
Speed: Eko, when at top speeds, can move so only afterimages of afterimages are shown.
Agility: It takes Eko a moment to get up to speed but when he does, its hard to slow him down, now after seven years resulting in after images at his top speeds.

Eko is quite good at interrogations as his Zanpakuto gives him the power to shock the prisoner with his own special brand of lightning. The pain itself extends far beyond anything anyone has every experienced before it contorts with how the world is viewed through their eyes and messes with the memories in a sort of attempt to get them to tell the truth about question while interrogated.
Eko is also quite good at creating and maintaining machines and other items.

Other: Eko has dropped his previous combative standards and strikes if a threat is deemed plausible enough. He cares not about honor, but about the job and will do anything in his power to win and succeed at said mission.
High Reiatsu Level: His reiatsu level shoots through the roof, though he has never attempted to fully reach his max, not caring to for the safety of others. Last time he tried, hollows disintegrated from the high concentration without a single blow given.
