Personality: Rona is a cheerful, energetic young woman with a whole lot of optimism and just a pinch of eccentricity. She likes new and seemingly weird things and is all for trying something different. Never one to freak out at something strange, she's usually the first one on the scene and figuring things out.
She likes to listen to people and hear their stories. Silent despite her constant energy, she can only express herself through gestures and eye contact. She often displays a clumsy and carefree nature and sometimes appears to be rash and impulsive in what she does. But even there's no plan set in her mind, when push comes to shove she jumps in because she is confident in herself and her companions.
Though a warm and rather peaceful young woman, she is surprisingly serious when battle is necessary. She dismisses any hesitance in the face of danger and has shown incredible skill despite her good nature.
While empathetic to others emotions she seems to lack any degree of perception for her own. She understands the concept of anger but has never experienced it and is in fact at her most dangerous when she is sad or worried for her comrades.

History: Rona was born in a normal, happy family… of Quincy. She learned little things from watching her mother and father as a child as well as her elder brother. Despite their status as Quincy, her family only sought to learn how to protect themselves from the Hollow that plagued their world and bore no hatred towards them. This helped shape Rona’s later feelings towards the other races.
When Rona was about to turn 10 years old, the family went on a trip up North to see the snow. December 21st, the night when she officially turned 10, Hollows attracted to the family’s elevated spiritual power besieged them in the night. Rona distinctly remembers her father taking on the main horde whilst her mother attempted to whisk herself and her brother away. She watched as the cabin they were staying in slowly crumbled before the force, even as her mother struggled to lead them to safety. Her father crumpled to the ground and in his rage her elder brother ran forward to avenge him and, at that moment, several of the Hollow fired cero.
Rona was found the day after unconscious but alive, cradled in her dead mother’s arms. Officials reports stated that the house had been set on fire but the police could find no reason for the lacerations on her father and brother’s skin. When they attempted to question the recovering Rona they found that the shock of the incident had taken its toll: she could not speak.
For a time much of her cheery demeanor died. When her aunt and uncle took her to live in Karakura she spent a good two years attempting to adjust and get over her depression. For the first time in a long time she could simply not find the positives to her situation, but she couldn’t bring herself to hate the monsters that had killed her family either. Without much left to go on, she sort of trailed through life, slowly learning sign language in order to resume communication with the world.
What ultimately lifted Rona from the black hole of sorrow was not her aunt and uncle, but another hollow attack. In the face of danger, her aunt equipped for battle and her uncle ready to protect her, she gripped the templar’s cross her parents had left behind and manifested her bow, something she’d failed to do since her family’s deaths. Though young and inexperienced she still fought back alongside her aunt (and her uncle took to using ginto and steele schneiders to fend off the hollow). The timely arrival of Hinanji Kigakotsu, a fellow Quincy and Rona’s future boss saved the family.
Free of the burden of sorrow that had lain heavily upon her since her family’s death, the battle alongside her aunt and uncle motivated her to become a strong and capable Quincy. To this end she sought out Hinanji once more and (after much pestering on her part) had him teach her. Her aunt helped back up Hinanji’s teaching with her own experience as she learned more of the Quincy history.
Currently she is a senior in Karakura High and looking forward to a career in the music industry when she graduates.

Verweilen Hinweis (Lingering Note)- A seemingly simple attack, Rona rapidly fires arrows. While the opponent is focused on the main form near undetectable threads of reiatsu trail behind the arrows, remaining and grounding themselves to wherever they are shot even after the main body is destroyed. This is usually combined with one of her other attacks.
Missklang (Dissonance/Discord)- When used singularly in an arrow it produces a high-pitched shriek that can disrupt the opponent’s reiryoku flow. When used in combination with Verweilen Hinweis its range is expanded and the effect is increased.
Einklang (Consonance/Harmony)- When used singularly, Rona fires an arrow at her allies; it does not harm them, instead enhancing the flow of their Reiryoku. When used in combination with Verweilen Hinweis Rona must specifically target and shoot her allies; touching a thread of spiritual power from Verweilen Hinweis will not imbue someone with the power of Einklang should she channel it through, they must be shot by an Einklang charged arrow.
Resonanz (Resonance/Resonate)- Resonanz can best be thought of as a two-way connection. As with Einklang Rona must fire an arrow at an ally, however this technique allows Rona to transfer her reiryoku to the target. It can be done in reverse as well which, when used with multiple targets, can empower Rona greatly. However for Rona to use others Reiryoku they must be willing to do so. This power can also be used in combination with Verweilen Hinweis.
Akkord (Chord)- An attack that allows Rona to load and fire three arrows at once; usually combined with one of her other attacks.
Abilities:
Expert Archer- Being raised in a family of Quincy has its perks and it shows in Rona’s archery. Though she has a while yet till she can catch up to her boss, she’ll get there with time.
Reishi Absorption: As a Quincy Rona uses the Reishi in the atmosphere, and combines it with his/her Reiryoku to create weapons. She has an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of spiritual particles such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between spiritual particles and spiritual energy as a source of power.
Hirenkyaku: To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Hirenkyaku enables Quincies to keep up with, and overpower faster opponents depending on the user's skill. However, there is apparently more use for the technique than simply moving quickly.
Equipment:
Seele Schneider: are sword-like weapons used by the Quincy. Due to Rona’s Quincy techniques, she carries seven on her person; currently only using them for archery. The Seele Schneider is a thin, silver-colored weapon that, when activated, sports a glowing blue blade. On impact, the union of spirit particles in whatever has been cut loosens, making this a tool which makes spirit particles easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing spirit particles from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process. It is longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw; the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second. Rumors have it that Quincies become stronger when using them.
Hollow Bait- She has no desire to tempt fate and quite frankly finds this creation to be rather silly. She doesn’t carry any.
