Einsicht seems to be a calm, intelligent individual, he is one that never seems to be worked up, even in battle against an opponent that could kill him (Though he tries to avoid being put in such a situation) He's very sociable, especially with his fellow Quincy, always being one to directly talk to anyone he sees fit to talk to, but always talks in a well mannered tone. Strangely, unlike most Qincies he doesn't display his hatred towards Shinigami, he only seems to try to dispose of Hollow's, he doesn't even seem to have a problem with Arrancar, some find this strange in him.
Though, despite his memory disorder that causes him to forget everyone he meets every time he sleeps, he remains highly intellectual, being probably the second smartest of all the Quincies behind their leader himself, showing how intelligent he truly is.
His memory disorder causes him to try to avoid creating any strong connections with anyone, even of his own kind because he doesn't want to hurt anyone encase he doesn't know enough in his records that he reads each morning.

The most common ability that Einsicht seems to use in combat is this, by simply summoning his bow and pointing it in a direction, without having to pull back on the bow's thread he can start firing arrows at rapid succession, though these are the weakest of his arrows, its quick reaction fire, the speed of his arrows mixed with the bit of strength they have behind them that can turn this into a deadly technique. Each arrow with the strength behind them to at least stab into stone, if someone took this attack head on without a high defense they could be turned into a pincushion of arrows.
Einzelimpuls Töte (One Shot Kill):
This is a technique that is usually used when Einsicht pulls back on his bow, rather than just holding the bow out and yelling it rapidly fire with the use of Alte Gatling. By pulling back the bow string, reishi will compress at the bow, forming a large, densely compressed Reishi arrow, that seems to have faint traces of reishi swirling around it, when its released, it will launch at such speed, many eyes wont even see a movement, while those with train eyes will see a blue blue piercing through the air, covering hundreds of meters in only seconds until it hits the desired target, unless of course dodged. This arrow actually consumes reishi, breaking it down upon contact and taking it in to fuel itself, to give the arrow a longer lasting effect, meaning if it travels along clear air for too long the arrow will just break down into nothing. Though because of this effect, it can make clean, wide wholes through anything that happens to be made of reishi, whether its walls, barriers, attacks, or even Spiritual Beings.
Because of its deadly effect it has a recharge time, the bow actually becomes fragile after launching this arrow, preventing him from launching another arrow like that for three posts, at the risk of breaking his bow and putting it back in its cross state. In the recharge state, however he can still use Alte Gatling.
Speicher Scrambler (Memory Scrambler):
A special technique that cannot be mimicked by a skilled Quincy archer is this technique, being unique to Einsicht alone because of his bow and own memory disorder. He will fire a single arrow at someones skull, if it manages to hit, it will only pass through their skull, leaving no physical damage on their body, but passing through their brain it will literally scramble their memory.. Its prime use is to make the target forget about what they are currently doing, even questioning the battle or forgetting recent events that may have happened. Though it could also cause temporary amnesia.

Einsicht is actually one of few current Quincy's in the world capable of using the technique known as Ransotengai.
This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless reishi. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryū. Mayuri stated it as "the most powerful technique for the Quincy," though that was before he witnessed a Quincy's Letzt Stil.
Reishi Absorption:
Einsicht is extremely skilled in Reishi absorption, to the point that he can not only break down surrounding inanimate objects, and corpses made of Reishi, but if an attack is weaker than his own power he can instantly break down the attack before it has a chance to hit him, and absorbing its raw power for his own, as well as break down barriers and seals. This can go up to fairly high spells in Shinigami, and can destroy the Cero's of Fraccion, though with attacks out of his limit he can break it down just enough to weaken it a bit.

Einsicht is very skilled in the use of Hirenkyaku, being able to use it rapidly if he must to give him the advantage of speed in battle, this works will when hes using Atle Gatling and can fire arrows from multiple points at once.

Einsicht is known to carry these in bulk, encase he needs extra offense after using One Shot Kill, so far he has been known to carry at least ten in his lab coat.
The Seele Schneider is a thin, silver-colored weapon that, when activated, sports a glowing blue blade. On impact, the union of spirit particles in whatever has been cut loosens, making this a tool which makes spirit particles easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing spirit particles from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process. It is longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw; the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second. Uryū also stated that using it increased his own spiritual power.
Hollow Bait:
Despite how dangerous it can really be, Einsicht doesn't flake on the amount Hollow Bait he carries. He actually has two coin rolls of the stuff, though he never has actually shown to carry it. Its unclear of when he does or doesn't have it with him.
