Alazakam is probably the most obvious evolutionary path with each path growing in everything pretty much. And it's interesting that Alakazam loses the tail it has from Kadabra. Maybe a point about how evolution (Monkey to humans) lost their tails. Eh probably not. But there's not much to say here XD
Bad a** Alakazam

Casual:
Abra is typically the first Psychic pokemon to be found in any game. It's THE psychic pokemon making it so much more useful ingame. Teleport is also amazing before you get fly. It's high special attack and speed make it a perfect sweeping pokemon.
9.0/10
Competitive:
I've never used Alakazam effectively before. While it makes for a great sweeping pokemon with great stats and moves. It gets walled and sometimes OHKO'd by most of the dark and ghost types in UU. (HOUNDOOM!!!)
Substitute can make it's really sad defenses last long. While it also has the ability to use both screen moves, I probably wouldn't recommend it. Synchronize can make for an interesting counter to sleepers, paraflinchers.
It's saving grace is that Alakazam is the only offensive Psychic type in UU. (Could be wrong, this is from memory XD)
