I'm a sucker for the Eeveelutions, and I like leafeon the most simply because I think it's the closest of the Eeveelutions to Eevee.

Casual:
Leafeon has high attack, so when it gets razor leaf early, it's leafeon's main attack (until leaf blade @ 72!) and can act as a sweeper. My main problem is getting it to become leafeon. Having to trade back to DPP (Glaceon has this problem also) is very annoying now that HG/SS are out.

Competitive:
I used Leafeon on my UU Shoddy team, it's a great Baton passer (like most Eeveelutions) but with leaf blade can sure sweep with Sword Dances then pass it on. Or you can attempt a stall/support. Wish, Yawn/Grass Whistle, Protect, Roar, etc. Add some Stealth Rocks or Spikes, you're golden.
