I've been saying Manectric's name wrong my whole life until I really looked at it now. Mane-Trick is wrong since there is another C in there. sweatdrop
Otherwise, it's really cute. There's an obvious path between it and it's pre-evolution and I hope it gets an evolution in Black/White. Maybe make it larger (arcanine size >:])

Casual:
Manectric is a sweeper, it's S.Atk is much better than it's attack. Unfortunately it learns discharge (it's first special attacK) at 41 for Electrike, and 49 for Manectric. That's devastating.
It's moves are pretty monotype also, electric, dark and normal.

Competitive:
Manectric is a sweeper, it does what it does. High speed, high special attack makes for strong STAB thunderbolts and Overheats.
It typing has 1 weakness, 3 resists but the rest are regular damage which isn't the best.
And it's outclassed by Pokemon even in it's own tier. (Raikou for stats, Raichu for movepool)
