Spinda (#327)
NU Tier

Art:
Hooray, another gimmick pokemon to demonstrate the new game (RSE). Spinda was original because the sprite changed each encounter. (Or atleast it seemed like it)
I guess I like it for being original in that sense, but the spirals annoy me.
7.0/10
Casual:
When it comes to ingame pokemon, normal types without other typing moves aren't the best.
It mostly learns Normal moves, but it also learns Psybeam at 19. In terms of HMs, it learns Strength and Rock Smash, standard stuff.
It's usable, but I wouldn't bother.
4.0/10
Competitive:
I'd suggest reading the Smogon. It's fairly funny.
There's not much I can say, great move pool, bad stats. Hell in the NU tier, it's around the 10th worst base stats total.
