Staraptor (#39 cool
BL Tier

Art:
"Staraptor uses Cut"
"Staraptor hurts itself in its confusion"
emo
I'm sorry, but I LOVE THE EMO BIRD. Some people can't see it, but it has the Emo Fringe that's black and red. If you see the Starly, it has a bit of a curl at the beginning, a bit longer with Staravia and full on EMO with Staraptor :]
9/10
Casual:
Staraptor is your go-to bird pokemon in Gen 4. It learns Close Combat, which makes it pretty awesome just to take down those pesky rock types. Decent overall stats, with low defenses and HP.
7.5/10
Competitive:
Choice sets do good with Staraptor, pretty much a glass cannon, it has high speed and high attack so OHKO or be OHKO. Staraptor has 2 strong STAB moves, Brave Bird and Double-Edge, both which hurt Staraptor on use, but it can recover the recoil damage with Roost. Unfortunately, there are better choices out there.
5.5/10
7.3/10

C'mon guys, last couple of Pokemon had like 2-3 votes D:
