Especially when considering the mostly parentless cubhood she endured, and not wanting any cub, particularly her own, to experience that. However, she left parts of herself with Bwana and Gouta, knowing she couldn't give more than one cub the life she wanted to have, and those that seemed more of Bwana, for that reason. But looking past that hot day when she took up a new path, she was a somewhat dependent young cub, then an adolescent that began to wise up, and finally a clever lioness that enjoyed testing and watching others. Growing up without a single parent nor role model hasn't made him cynical, but instead dependent and trusting. However, that doesn't mean he won't still look for his parents, [less as he grows older] or wish he had some. He isn't one to go help another so they will thank them or look up to him, in fact, if such an event were to transpire, he would probably flee the scene.

However, she gravitates more towards tomboy, thirsting for adventure and excitement. She's quick to run off looking for trouble, but makes sure she's always close enough to call for help. She's morbidly curious, and if something catches her eye, she can't resist an investigation. However, sometimes this may cause more serious problems for her. She isn't phased by death, even when she sees her family die in her visions, and has grown so desensitized to it that she knows it could come at anytime, and lives her life in a "Carpe deim" way. The three got separated, with Nyek and Awiti sticking together, who then meet a hyena (Teckel) who tells them of the Nergui. It sounds pretty neat so they go on and join that how fun.
