Strong legs, the girl can pack a kick. While her body is a slightly late bloomer, Mayu's hips are pronounced and attracting, with a cup sized undetermined due to still being in puberty.☪ SKIN ☪ Mayu is a nice sun-kissed tan due to a combination of her parent's darker then usual skin tone, and tanning from voluminous hours spent outside in the sun, training and taking care of her families Koi.☪ SCALES ☪ A combination of blue and a gold-cream color☪ EYES ☪ A deep reflective blue☪ HAIR ☪ Long and unbound, Mayu's onyx hair is free to fall as it may, floating about her face in gentle sheets. It is sometimes adorned with a flower tucked behind one of her ears._.:[PERSONALITY]:._☪ REBELLIOUS ☪ Mayu is quite rebellious at heart, whether this stems for the fact that her parent's are Nobles, and are thus rebellious themselves (in relation to the Emperor) or of her own volition, isn't really seen. But don't assume that she's rebellious against her superiors. She's devoted to the Noble's path and advancing their purpose within the land, and as such will heed their word. Her rebellious side rears its head more or less when she's told to do something that's within her full power. Sexual, status, or racist prejudice pisses her off more then anything else and she will fight against it without heed to other people's whims. This trait could cause Mayu to set out to accomplish missions and battles in the fastest way she can think possible, as best she can. She doesn't think she's the best but she's going to work harder then most to get things accomplished. Her goal is to be feared no matter if she's female or not.☪ LOYAL ☪ Mayu is genetically inclined as a loyal person. Not only to the Nobles and their cause but also to her friends and family. Even with her parent against Noble women fighting within the ranks of the Retainers, she doesn't leave their side in disgust, or disown them. She's aware of her familial duty, and will stand beside her family as strong and astute as she possibly can, for as long as they will allow. In respect to her friends, Mayu will always be there, doing her best to assist and protect. She can sometimes be socially awkward, and not have the words to express what she's feeling or thinking, but her steadying hand will be there to right them when the road gets to confusing to navigate.☪ SECRETIVE ☪ Mostly due to her parent's objections and opposition, Mayu has developed quite a secretive nature, so much so that's it's apart of her personal being. Secrets are kept when given to her listening ear, unless spying for the Nobles, and occurrences within her life are kept close to her heart and far from her mouth. This might come up as an issue in the future if exposed to a situation where it would be better for her to divulge what's occurring in her life, as opposed to her normal processes. But she'll cross that bridge when she comes to it and hopefully survive it and be stronger.☪ DETERMINED ☪ Mayu has always been determined with things appropriated before her. Whether it be a specific task dolled out by a teacher or climbing a tree, it's going to happen. Not to say that there won't be bumps along the way. She'll fall down a couple times as she ascends the said tree, slipping on a branch or two, collecting a few bruises; but it won't slow her down. She'll pick herself back up and try again. She'll accomplish what she wants to do to the best of her ability and learn some lessons in humility along the way.☪ PASSIONATE ☪ Focused in on a particular task or action, Mayu is known to put her all into the things she does. This not only applies to her work ethics but her demeanor as well - even her her fighting style, attacking with a determination and a focused mind. Passion also carries over into her actions with her peers. While she doesn't barrage them with questions or emotions, she can be intense in some her reactions. Passionate emotions and feelings can also explain her flirtatious actions and enjoyment in initiating lustful feelings in those she interacts with.

Animals_.:[DISLIKES]:._The assumption that all women have to be things to look at - with no ability to stand up and act for themselves
Extremely loud noises/people
Excessive makeup
Ignorant people
Sushi_.:[HOBBIES]:._☪ READING ☪Reading has always captured Mayu's attention and is actually the only thing that can draw her away from her tasks
when warranted. Being a fan of fiction allowed for her mind to lull over the unknown and unexpected. Her greatest
attraction were topics that dealt with the supernatural and had science fiction elements - though not many are in
circulation. Nevertheless, catching her wrapped up in a book out by the koi pond under the families cherry blossom
tree is not an uncommon occurrence.☪ MAGIC SIGNS & FIGHTING STYLES ☪Signs, seals, kicks, trips, punches, jumps, rolls, and more. Practicing them for hours on end, even miming hand signs
under the table or in her obi, Mayu has always been drawn to the intricacies of fighting styles and magic. Due to her
parent's out look, she's taken up using weapons that can easily be hidden on her person so as to not arise suspicion,
yet always be prepared and protected.☪ CARING FOR KOI ☪Ever since she was a little girl, Mayu has always been attracted to her families koi pond situated within their backyard.
Their large size, coupled with their majestic movements and attractive colors drew her attention and wonder. Following
the caretaker around on his rounds and bugging the mess out of her parent's put Mayu into a semi-caretaker position
of her own when it came to the fish. She loved to get into the water with them and clean the pond, introducing new plants
and toys into the water for the fish to use, and stroke them as they swam by her. ☪ SHOPPING ☪
While most would see shopping as something stereotypical of women, Mayu takes it to new levels. Walking into town,
she's not afraid to enter any shop or approach any vendor. Scanning through their wares, she'll adequately deduce what
she needs, wants, loves, and would die for. Always compiling a list of things to obtain when she gets the means, she sur-
prisingly doesn't splurge as much as one would think. Unless she needs or is in love with a particular item, she won't get it.
Even with the parcels she deems appropriate for buying - she won't unless the price tag is affordable or where she wants
it. Using her skills of amicability she'll haggle with the owner until she gets it her way, determined to get her way. The ma-
jority of the time she leaves the owner wondering how in the world they sold an item that could have went for so much,
for so little. All they now is they were left with fond memories of a sweet girl with a lilting voice.

xxxxMayu's family was one of the first families of the Nobility to protest the rule of the Emperor and make known their distaste. Setting the wheels in motion, it wasn't too long before the Empire was split into their respective factions, with the Nobility and their retinue of warriors and supporters on one side, with the Emperor and his legion on the other.
xxxxPain and suffering where sure to follow - war wasn't always as honorable as most seemed to think. Soldiers, of both sides, would take their spoils from battle and fights, plundering more then just people's treasures. Reports would pore in of the happenings on the battle front and the actions of the soldiers, with a childlike Mayu listening to them; usually due to her playing with her toys and other miscellaneous objects on the floor of the reception room .
xxxxWith such an upbringing, it's almost expected that she would grow up to join the ranks of the fighters or to participate in some way to further that of the Nobles goals. Her parent's though, had other plans. She wasn't to join the ranks of those who fought and fell for the dictations laid out by families like her own. "Noble girls and women aren't supposed to dirty their hands with the savages of war." was a common statement made around the household. Little did they know that it was exactly what Mayu planned to do. Maybe they should have raised their daughter differently then they had - long ago had the seeds of rebellion, justice, fighting, and secrecy been planted into Mayu's mind.
xxxxWhile she was deciding completely on how to arm up with the Noble Retainers, her decision to join up was enforced when, during one such day when she was sitting with her parent's within the reception room, a Retainer soldier toppled into the room. Beaten and bloody with tales of gore and violence the like of which had yet to be seen. True battle with the Emperor had begun. Detailings of the battle via the messenger, and the cool loftiness with which her parent's viewed it set a fire within her chest. How could they sit there and act as if those people weren't dying for their cause? They were laying their life down due to their speeches and then had the audacity to act as if they were too good to act themselves! If anything - they should feel an obligation to these people to fight along with them!
xxxxRealizing this there was no hesitation in her mind. She would join the ranks of those who fought, whether her parent's deemed it appropriate or not. It was just a matter of discretion and superior handling. She would accomplish what it was that she wanted. Telling her parent's she was attending a refinery school set-up for noble girls to learn the skills befitted of them, on how to entertain and attract a suitable husband, Mayu would attend the Academy and train with those who would eventually join the battlefront. No one would stop her from her goal. It was just a simple matter of hiding her face and lineage and no one would be the wiser..._.:[HOUSEHOLD]:._ (blue print coming soon)

 ☪ WHAT DOES SHE BRING? ☪Mayu's determination set's her apart from most of those she comes into contact with. Brought up within her families
household she know's the story, and the reason's behind them. The Noble's dictation is firmly set in her heart. Backing
down, or changing path's isn't something viable. Unless something firmly against her beliefs were to occur that violated
everything she stood for. Nevertheless, everything completed by her is done with a seriousness, and a drive. Train-
ing takes more of a meaning, seals are committed to memory without hesitation, and a fire is lit inside of her when
in battle - even if it's just a common squabble with classmates. With that in mind, hopefully Mayu will help to bring the
Noble's goals to fruition, or at least further along then before she joined up, not to mention that she knows how to use
what she was 'given by her momma'. And don't think she would hesitate to use it, if it was possible to gain something
from it.☪ OPINION OF OPPOSITION ☪Mayu doesn't hate them as much as it would seem. She dislikes what they stand for but won't attack a supporter unpro-

obscure, easily hidden, or unexpected. An example of this would be her use of an Oriental Umbrella that she carries with
her from time to time that houses a hidden blade in it's handle.

 ☪ Steel Fan ☪Mayu keeps a steel fan on her person at all times, usually within the folds of her obi.
Obtained on her own, she uses it as her main weapon due to it's easily hidden nature
yet deadly purpose. Extremely plain, so as to not draw attention to it, it's made of a
black metal that contains a blue sheen upon it.
(As she goes on, her fan will become more intricate and designed)☪ Face Mask ☪
Mayu wears a mask that obscures the lower half of her face, so as to better hide her
appearance when she's at school, or in any activity related to her fighting - due to
her parents qualms with Nobility, particularly women, fighting in the war.
(The mask will probably stay with her throughout her stages, as she'll become used to
it and enjoys it's secretive nature. I'm thinking of making it more obscuring and maybe
switching its location on her face)
