Acting: due to his unreasonable standards, Mal is unlikely to ever actually be a professional actor. But he is actually quite skilled at it, and enjoys watching and imitating others, finding their headspace, and absorbing their mannerisms.
Stories: he doesn't care how terrible they are, he'll read, watch, or listen to all of them beginning to end. Hundreds of supermarket bestsellers, thousands of Harlequins, dozens of bible-thick histories. His collection speaks more of a voracious appetite rather than taste.
Virtues:
Charismatic: Mal has always been aware of how to engage and attract people, especially in the way good looks can help people to treat someone better without thinking too hard about why they're doing so. With the right kind of effort, he can charm people into wanting to be around him more often, desire his approval and attention, and forgive him more easily.
Confident: There is little room for hesitation or uncertainty in Malory's head. He easily takes the lead when there's energy and interest in doing so, and when he doesn't have the energy, it's fine to give the reins over to others. His value and importance comes from within, not needing affirmation in the form of praise (he just likes getting it anyway) or in usefulness to others.
Intelligent: Mal has a very good memory and high comprehension, making learning come easy enough to not actually try very hard. He's never going to be top of the class unless there's a strong motivating factor, but Mal is perfectly capable of maintaining good grades even when napping through most of his "less interesting" classes.
Flaws:
Vain: And vocal about it. Mal never walked past a mirror he didn't want to stop and look into for a bit. He absolutely dresses to emphasize his looks, and is very aware of things like lighting and posing to best effect. It can make him a little Much at times, and be a huge obstacle to how he approaches his future. He'll likely never become an actor, a writer, or director, because his vanity won't allow for things like "bit parts" and "starting small to work his way up". No, it has to be the leading role. It has to be Oscar fodder right from the start. Or it's just not worth him or his time!
Lazy: Malory does not like work and feels it's better to surround himself with 1) comfy places to nap and lounge and 2) hard workers who will do the work for him. Doing a project at school or working on a play with him is a lot like working with a very opulent pet cat.
Deceitful: Lying and misleading people is a natural state for Mal. First meeting him can be like meeting an entirely different person, and later he'll call it playing, he's call it fun. It's just acting! Even if the ruse went on for weeks or months. Even if there was a romantic relationship or two, or three.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

acting and adjusting his physical image to match are probably the only things he'll work hard at himself instead of delegating to others
despite his vanity issues, Mal would rather hear people talk about themselves than talk about himself
he still likes all his exes to the point where he doesn't really consider them to be exes
while Mal is deceitful and will absolutely betray people for his own safety/comfort, he's not actually a very hateful or malicious person, he just has his own priorities and sense of fun
is incredibly melodramatic on main if he thinks it will help him get his way
tbh he's kind of a chuuni but for English lit
easily feels empathy for characters and understanding them, but has little comprehension when it comes to author intent, themes, and symbolism ~ needs a lot of guidance/direction for that aspect of any role, doesn't bother with those aspects when simply reading, even if it's for a class.

A fragment of the crystal from within the strange pocket dimension during the 2022 Star Festival. The user must hold the Fractured Crystal in the palm of their hand and slash through the air. Once per day they can tear a rift in space and pass through it to another location. They can only recover magic they have ICly earned; a Super Senshi may not get an extra use out of their Eternal magic since they have not unlocked it. For Negaverse characters, or characters who do not usually have magic, they will instead gain the ability to fire a concentrated laser from the bracelet while in battle. Hybris was a fairly well respected world, renowned for its scholars and philosophers. The only thing that marred this image, was its sailor senshi, capable of causing great unrest on Hybris as well garnering suspicion from neutral and allied worlds. The senshi's doppelganger magic was truly and obviously problematic. And then there was the unspoken issue of the senshi himself. Always reborn looking the same, acting the same. Frivolous, shallow, and vain. Someone who didn't, could never, truly represent Hybris. After a revolt too many, the result of their senshi's idea of a petty prank, the leading minds of the world decided that the world could not be without a senshi, but that didn't mean he had to be allowed the freedoms they claimed were the right of every person of Hybris. It was very easy, very simple to ensure that "senshi" no longer meant "person." And it was very easy to find him, after every rebirth, a distinctive face, a personality that compared so starkly to his studious peers. Noticed at a young age, allowed to awaken, and kept in a tower prison until his death or the occasional escape, always followed by civil unrest somewhere.The last Sailor Hybris, before the fall of the world, was much the same as any Hybris, surrounded by books full of lives he longed to live, talking to animals and stone guardians who couldn't talk back. Touch-starved and self-obsessed as the true center of his own little world. Grateful for the rare reprieve offered by the need to parade him around for state occasions. Or the delightful little treat of getting kidnapped by rogues and ne'er-do-wells. ⁞ꕥ⁞♢♢♢⋯♢♢♢⁞ꕥ⁞
