Breed: Mixed/unknown - definitely has a good bit of Norwegian Forest Cat and/or Maine Coon in him, though.
Weight/Size: Heavy. 22lbs + Tiberius is a BIG cat, very heavy and dense. Think of him more like a middling dog in size.
Attached to:All Mauvians Belong to Thraen. Spends a lot of time as part of a semi-colony cat at a feline-friendly apartment complex near DCU; also spends plenty of time making ‘friends’ with little old ladies, hippies, and other cat-friendly folk. He moves around, he’s smart like that. Schorl & Co
Alignment: Chaos, officially.
Fav. Food: Whatcha got? Velveeta cheese, known as ‘cheebs’ to the lady that introduced him to it, really gets him going. Also, Pizza. He is Pizza Cat.
Hated Food: Dry kibble. Cheapo canned stuff (Do ground-up horse intestines sound good to you? No, they don’t. Him either.) Grass.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : HUMAN FORM Eyes: Golden-amber moving towards pale jade in the centers, like here - wide set under thick, dark brows and framed by really thick lashes.
Hair: Dark brown-almost black with streaks/sections in blond, cinnamon, dark blond, brown, black, etc (like his fur) - very long and fluffy all around his head to sort of mimic the feline fluff, but in the back it’s also got pieces tied up, looped around, braided, what-have-you and clipped with bits of beading - three sections with another winding ‘em together? or wire?
Face: Oblong with a bit of diamond shape thanks to his cheekbones; wide-set eyes and mouth, neat, even teeth. Always looks smug even w/out meaning to due to the set of his eyes and curve of his lips.
Hobbies: W-KAT Radio! -- Okay, so it’s not quite a traditional radio station and more of a podcast done when - and where - he can manage, but this is one Mauvian that is more than willing to put his technical expertise into play! Semi-weekly podcasts, Q&A, etc - he will do it all and more - and what’s even cooler is that thanks to all sorts of odd internetainers and internet-based personalities (like Creationist Cat, Lil Bub, Grumpy Cat, etc) he can ‘claim’ to actually be a cat and no one really bats an eye.
This also segues into his ability to utilize social media to his benefit - W-KAT has an Instagram, Twitter, and FB as well as a personal website, Patreon, and mailing list (of course). A cat has needs and generous donations help to keep him in catnip and gadgetry.
Technophilic Tinkertoe(bean)s -- What self-respecting feline doesn’t love technology? The can opener, TiVO, cellphones, and computers are some of the most fantastical bits of technology since fire and the wheel! As a Mauvian, his affinity to technology/technologies is quite high, but this boy takes it to a whole other level. Even without hands, he does his best to not only hoard circuit boards, wiring kits, broken electronics, etc, but to work on them. Usually that just means working with the software side(s) of things (or the theories, rather than the application(s)), but he does his best and has managed to create a shell corporation through which he can funnel revenue(s) made via Android and IOS apps and the like. Any parcels he needs to order are delivered to a very nice stoner he hangs out with - the guy is so baked 98% of the time he doesn’t realize he’s getting extra things...or that the cat walks off with them.
Even if Tiberius were simply a ‘normal’ cat, he’d still love what technology could do for him - even if he might not realize it quite so well without his magical Mauvian mind. With said magical Mauvian mind, his appreciation for technology has soared to the heights and assured that he is never found without at least one USB-data drive (the one around his neck most often started at 500gb but is currently 1 terabyte - and yes, it’s something custom).
Not having fingers and hands is something of a hardship when dealing with technology, but Tiberius simply applies his mind to work-arounds and uses a lot of feline-modified “user assistance” devices meant to help handicapped folk -- sure, things are more time consuming, but as long as he’s tinkering with tech, he’s happy as Tony Stark in a cave with a box of scraps!
Science Fiction -- Tiberius reads Dune once a year, to honor the person in his kittenhood that introduced him to his favorite genre. It’s a bit tricky for him to read paperbacks (what with the claws and all) but also well worth the effort though he’d prefer to utilize an e-reader if at all possible. His love for sci-fi doesn’t end with the written word, either: Tiberius is very fond of all types of media that fall under the banner of science fiction. Asimov, d**k, and Heinlein are great, but so are Roddenberry and Lucas. Or Marvel, for that matter, though that’s more ‘superhero fiction’ than pure sci-fi.
Virtues: Gregarious -- Tiberius loves people. No, really. People are some of his favorite toys and also companions. He gets along well with others (even those not among the hominid family) and can usually find something redemptive about any creature or person he’s interacting with. Being a talkative ‘cat’ has gotten him more free meals and warm bed spaces than one could shake a maraca at, and having a friendly and purring nature has always been a go- to course of action throughout his years.
This has helped him cruise along without a single specific ‘caregiver’ for most of his adult life, though there are one or two particular folks that gave him a ‘paw up’ when he was a kitten to whom he feels a particular fondness towards.
Inventive -- Closely tied in with his love of technology is Tiberius' ability to Kitty MacGuyver things into working with his needs. It'd be fairly accurate to say that his abilities lean heavily towards (electrical) engineering and applied/theoretical technologies as opposed to chemistry and compounds. That's not to say that he won't use his inventive nature to come up with some fantastical 'tall tales' for W-KAT radio or to regale those around him with, if the opportunity came, it's just more that he's a very specialized creature.
Ask him to code a security program or help set up a surveillance system that would make DARPA jealous and he's your cat, for sure!
Self-Assured -- Brilliant, gorgeous, and a great personality, Tiberius is the full package (or so he thinks). Rarely does this cat suffer from self-doubt - he knows that he’s capable of fantastical things as a feline and as a Mauvian - and it shows. Well-adjusted, confident, capable: there’s very little that Tiberius feels he can’t do...and what he can’t? He can probably Google and master, with a little time and effort - no problem!
Unless you’re talking about cooking, sure it’s just chemistry with ingredients...but really, some things were just not meant for him to do.
Flaws: Green-eyed Monster -- A covetous nature is fairly common to those of the feline persuasion and this Mauvian Moggie is no different just because he’s more alien than cat. Tiberius covets your tech. He wants it so badly he might possibly be thinking of 1,000 ways to take you out of the picture so that he might acquire it...and he’s just morally ambiguous enough that he might try acting on some of those designs. Jealousy is a big problem for this cat, and not just over technology - attention, time, affection, food -- he covets it all, but only the promise of shiny new technology brings out the Final Form of this green-eyed monster.
Arrogant -- Does Tiberius think he’s better than you? No. No he does not. He knows it, with the vast surety of one that knows these things, can never be wrong, and also is exceptionally invested in oneself. Much of this arrogance could possibly be attributed to the simple fact that Tiberius is not only felid in nature, but also an alien...but there is also the simple matter of his skill level and pure intellect. Not only is he better than you by his very nature, he’s better than you by skill, intellect, knowledge, and ability to apply said things - even without hands.
To be certain, some of his arrogance is no doubt warranted but whether or not the full extent is truly with merit in the eyes of others...well...
Vain -- Your typical, non-Mauvian feline dedicates about 10% of it’s waking hours to full-body grooming. Tiberius spends closer to 20-30% of his time to keeping himself well groomed. He’s a gorgeous creature with striking markings that garner attention wherever he goes (inflating his ego while further proving that it’s deserved, to his mind) and he intends to keep it that way. This very much feeds into and is exacerbated by his arrogance and self-assured nature...but really, your focus should be on him - it’s only right and proper to pay homage to such a handsome, glorious fellow like Tiberius!

Must wait 6 months after earning the cat-person stage Must have at least 8 rps after earning cat-person stage (at least 2 should be battles) Must have awakened or upgraded senshi at least 6 times (at least 2 of these must have occurred after obtaining cat person stage) Must provide 2 rp instances showing involvement in larger scale activities Big battles, big meetings, training sessions with over 5 characters, or just other stuff showing them actually working and doing their job beyond awakening and upgrading - Can be from any time Must present an idea/proposal on how your cat will make the item that allows them to channel power from Mau and transform. This should include a rp of finding of a piece or asteroid/crystal or working on the construction of it. This should also include the information on what kind of item they will make. eg - "my cat is going to make a transformation item that looks like a whisk"
