. description: Juliette stands a good 5'8, she's lean and healthy and nimble - even for someone who barely leaves her home and gotten used to lots of sitting. Her beautiful black hair has been taken over by shades of greys and white which she has chosen not to cover up. She tends to dress in loose flowy blouses and simple pants. Her apartment is covered in hand made pillows and doilies.

- A little bit batty (reason for early retirement, her mind was starting to go as her family has a history of Alzheimers)
- Even still, can be as sharp as a tack as she used to and very observant
- reclusive now in her older age, primarily just talks to her cats.
- Usually very kind, generous and can be pretty patient
- Unless you step the line, in which she turns politely aggressive

. Juliette makes small little embroidered umbrella patches for her faction.

Since having to lose her cats after the events of Day Zero - something that has DEEPLY saddened the old woman, and possibly pushed her a little deeper into the crazies - she has turned to calling individuals in the Apartments by her dear cats' names.

[ Objective 4 - Day Zero Log]

Juliette sure hoped she would be able to sit down long enough to write down her memoirs of the past month without feeling dizzy, and also just remembering them in a whole. So much had happened to all of them since the first day that the world had gone to chaos. What if she left something out? (Or would they have preferred some omitting? How detailed did they want this?)

Leaning heavily against an unoccupied wall close to one of the larger groups, the older woman began to write down a few of the events of notice upon a scrap piece of cloth she had brought with her with a pen they had managed to provide. Despite her wooziness, her writing was still as carefully done as ever.

The last full day of our normal lives was such a beautiful one, there had been so much color before and so much life that was now sadly gone. There had been terrible news reports, but they could have easily be dismissed as so many epidemics before that - I have lived through many, each one quelled easily enough with proper care and attention. The media frenzy was sure to die down.

But alas, as the cats and I watched above in our cozy apartment building, it was for naught. Agnus Butterscotch had been so terribly worried about what was to happen to us, and the Commodore could only do so much to ease the group as the lights went out and the building began to shake. There had been so much yelling, so much running and even at the higher levels where I was. I tried to pack just in case - I remember the fears of the Cold War after all. That little half filled bag was all I managed to take with me when authorities swept through the building and pulled us all out to find a safer place. So little. I left them, all eight of my precious babies there. They must have been so frightened with how fast it had happened, with how sudden I was pulled away from them.

Juliette paused, her heart feeling suddenly heavy with recalling the lose. Her eyes began to cloud and she brushed a hand at her eyes to push the tears away so she could finish just.. a little bit more.

I hope they are alright. With the Commodore with them, perhaps they made it out alright.

As I did. Clearview was such a wonderful community to find. So warm, giving. So many of their residences reminded me so much of those I had to leave behind. They patched up a little bit of that hole with their optimism and youth. (And I must say, the new Baron von Hisslepuss is quite taking). Their youthful energy has kept me going, making sure that we are all taken care of and we survive together. They are so nice. So encouraging and I do not mind having to carry around an umbrella for the cause.

And I do hope we manage to make it through this together. That there is a making it through. If there is, I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my days at a beach with Duchess Dirtypaws. After going back to see if the others are alright after all.
