1 New Civilian Slot — A New Civilian character!
1 Powered Character Slot — A New POWERED character, a joint effort by Guine and myself! (This can also be an upgrade to a powered character for those with civilians looking to upgrade)

• THIS IS JOINT EFFORT BY GUINE AND MYSELF. The civilian art will be done by myself and the powered will be done by both Guine and myself.
• When entering the POWERED slot, only the POWERED art will be done, not the civilian part.
• Please only enter for one (1) character per slot. Share the love!
• Sorry, no Guardian cats or Corrupt senshi at this time! Sorry for the inconvenience!
• As stated in Guine's customs rules, no CC for any characters entered in the POWERED slot. As quoted from her customs' thread:

• When posting for a new character and/or upgrade, please have all of the official forms completely filled out and posted in the quest subforum (this includes the fuku/uniform section on the powered form), before entering.
• And by completely filled out, that means you're ready to have your character accepted, not just a couple of sentences.
• Please don't have any CC (colorist's choice) sections in your profile. If you really don't know, I will be happy to discuss anything and everything with the winners, but at least have somewhat of an idea in your form. It doesn't take long to type in "traditional blue collar" or the like. We can discuss later, I just want to make sure everyone read the rules and abides by them.
• I'll consider CC sections as incomplete forms and subject to disqualification.
• Single, vague "reference" pictures are considered CC.
• If your profile has been accepted and there is a CC section, just be prepared to discuss designs and your opinions with me! :>
• Aka, I really don't mind CC! I just prefer to draw played and/or thought out characters, not sig candy.

• While there is no specific slot for NEWBIES at this time, if you have one civilian/powered characters (or no characters at all), you will receive one (1) extra ticket. This counts for both powered and civilian slots.
• For new civilian/powered characters slots, make sure you have a quest in the Applications or Accepted Quests subforum (you will be asked to link it, so don't worry).
• Those with accepted quests will receive one (1) extra ticket. (Applicable for New Powered and New Civilian).
• Anyone entering (including Newbie if they own one character) RPed within the dates of April 28, 2014 and May 28, 2014 will receive one (1) extra ticket. This includes regulars, solos, battles and ORPs. This also includes other characters they may own.
• Bad Rolling Luck? Post the last three paid or free alt art customs you entered and lost and receive one (1) extra ticket.
• All slots will be raffled. Rolling will take place on June 3, 2014 at 11 am CST.. I, ChibiGingi, will be doing the rolling.
• Please read everything in the Customs Procedure Thread before entering!
• If you have any questions, please ask them via PM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
