*Main Priority Character*The Civilian Name: Willow Voltaire Nicknames:Age: 16 Birthday: November 13th [A Friday] Sign: Scorpio Blood Type: B+ Fav. Food: Meats and Sweets Hated Food: Any Veggies. School: Crystal Why? Because her parents know how she likes to take challenges. So they challenged her to take the opportune chance to go to crystal. So despite Willows normally slight lack of motivation, she had that challenge to remember. (And the possibility of a car, as a reward, from her parents when she graduates in .... 2 or 3 years....) Hobbies:- Studying the Occult Willow loves the Occult, from trying to capture proof of ghosts right down to fortune telling. She believes that eventually she can help others. Of course because of this some days she can be studying Wicca and the next have moved onto telling fortunes and reading palms (Well... not really palm readings she's still working on perfecting that). Then it seems on weekends and lots of times during the summer (speically in a thunder storms as it's believed that's when most paranormal activity is at it's peak.) - Supporting Wild Life Foundations Willow wants to help support and save wild life. Especially those animals that are endangered. While she can’t always help her parents or volunteer at the local zoo she normally takes an hour or two out of her day to see if there’s anything supporting any of the Wildlife Foundations. When she finds things that have proceeds going to the foundation, she’ll buy the items and either stash them away or if it is something like soap she’ll use it. - Watching TV Willow watches TV like it’s going out of fashion, that said she also likes to watch late night movies that come on TV. She’s got one of those fancy DVR’s so she can record her favorite shows and watch them whenever she likes or has some down time. She tends to pick up sayings or general knowledge from the TV especially when she’s channel surfing. But when those light night movies she watches ends up being horror flicks she’s just a little more paranoid than she was before watching them. Gemstone: Amethyst [Talismanic Stone of Scorpio] Virtues: - Challenge-loving Willow loves a challenge. She can’t back down from one. She may occasionally be hesitant because of a fear or what not, but in the end, her pride wins out. When she actually completes a challenge, it makes her feel warm and fuzzy inside. It also helps root out a little fear, not much, because it’s still there, but a little. She finds studying the occult to be a challenge when it comes to the religions and beliefs of certain societies, she'll spend days trying to find common ground and flipping back and forth to dictionary websites to find meanings of words that might be just out of her vocabulary. - Curious Willow has a curious nature. When something catches her attention or ear, she has to go see what it is. If it’s a noise in a house, for example the one she stays in, she occasionally carries a bat. (Depending on how many horror movies she’s seen.) In case it’s someone that she has to defend herself from. However, sometimes what catches her attention is a little less dramatic. Sometimes it’s something close to, “is that psychically possible?” Also Willow will grab the TV remote and channel surf during commercials, heck sometimes even when a show is on considering she has one of those satellite dishes. If she finds something on that she hasn't seen or knows the title of but hasn't seen that particular one she'll just have to watch it. Never mind your movie. Flaws:- Personal bubble space Willow hates having her space invaded. When she's talking with people and specially when there are large groups Willow has a tendency to make more space between her and the people she's around, while still being close enough to talk to them without shouting. This also creates a problem if she's basically cornered with no way out. A slight eye twitch will develop while she mentally begs for them to move, or attempts to push her way out of the enclosed space. This some times hinders her TV watching. If the chair/sofa/etc is too small to seat her and someone else with an arm's length space between them (even if she's sitting on the arm of said object). She'll then take the kindasortaabadveiwoverhere chair giving those big sad kitten eyes. (Heck she'd sit on the floor if there was enough room or the back of the couch if it's not a lazy boy and could fly out from under her.) This often effects her on a day to day bases because she finds some of the classroom tables seat people too close to her, desks do as well, and sometimes she starts to panic trying to find a way to make herself feel less surrounded. Including requesting seats in the back of the classroom or in the front, which ever is closest to the door out. It also causes a problem in settings when she's shopping, she tends to get those associates that like to stand right on top you wanting to help her which just drives her nuts. - Prideful Willow has a sense of pride, a rather large one. She doesn’t like to embarrass herself in front of others by admitting she’s scared of something. She might occasionally hiss a hurry, and make it sound urgent they get to their destination, but her, scared? That’s a laugh. She’ll do anything to prove that she’s not a wuss, because she prides herself in being, well what she thinks is being strong. (Unfortunately her pride likes to get the better of her when there’s dares or challenges that come up, which she doesn’t want to admit she’s a bit scared of doing.) They always say curiosity killed the cat, but I think it’s pride that killed it. Physical Description:Hair: Black - Long (at least down to her knees) with sherbert orange Highlights (Orange color #f7b379 or something close) This for her hairstyle. Eyes: Ice Blue, slightly catish shaped Eyes Maybe something close to 14 or 16 in shape. Face: Looks sort of Asian. Body: Thin, kind of lanky, with just a hint of fluff, and little bit of a Tan. Stands at about 5'4~5'5. Fashion: A lot of Gothic/Lolita stuff, sometimes large baggy pants with a nice shirt, always darker colors [purples, maroons, blacks, darker blues, some greens] nothing in the 'powder' colors only thing she wears that's an exception to this is oranges and whites. She also likes lacy accessories and funny/awesome goth/lolita and animal themed hats and head bands. (Like tiger/cat ears or hats or Skeleanimal hats) She also prefers small animal/coffin shaped/print backpacks to purses. *Willow's heritage on her mother's side is of Asian descent, mostly from China but there are other Asian countries in the mix. Her father is white/American, though his family heritage hails from France.

The Senshi Senshi: Sailor Halley, Senshi of Superstition *Halley is the name of a comet that passes by earth, about every 76 years. Superstitions soon rose about the Comet's passing. One astronomer said that Comets came around once and then disappears never to be seen again. However, Halley, using Newton's laws of physics determined that to be not quite true. In the year 1910, it was discovered the earth was going to pass through Halley's tail. Moreover, that one of the molecules in the tail of the comet was none other than cyanide. Many people bought sickness pills, others sold off all possessions and others even killed themselves. One other time Halley passed around the earth people thought there to be Aliens waiting to invade the earth after she passed, most people didn't live long enough to see that this was indeed a false superstition. Other comets have been believed to cause wildfires, floods, and even Armageddon. As well were they rumored to predict the passing of a King or Prince. Challenge:"It's bad luck to be superstitious!" Sailor Scout Attack: Step on a Crack... The attack is energy or something close to it, that lays out a fine network of cracks, almost like tripwires, on the ground. Not actually IN them, and if an enemy steps on the lines/etc, they're hit by an energy backlash from the line. And the lines last for maybe a minute. Important points:- Time: About a minute, it can disappear before if someone trips one of the energy wires. - Radius: It covers about 4 feet in a radius, 8 feet for diameter. (The Middle where the original enemy has a space about a foot and a half to two feet that's not covered.) - Effects of attack: The energy when tripped aims for the back of someone in the wire field. It gives a weak hit to the back as if someone had fallen or been shoved against a wall. Possibly leaving a small tingling sensation in the back for a few seconds. It's not hard enough to knock the wind out of someone. Just hard enough to catch them off guard, if they didn't see it coming. - How to Dodge: Can avoid the trip lines since they're energy they have a faint glow to them. They can be seen better with the use of dust, flour, smoke or something similar because it reflects the light. The backlash is easily dodged if seen in time. Can also be jumped over if careful. The trip wires are spread out for enough room for a foot, so one would have to straddle wires. - Dispelled: By throwing some object onto a wire or using a mirror, or stepping on it. - Other info:Attacks friends as well as foes, also can go for self if in the target field, doesn't matter who trips it, it goes for a random target. Can only be used once per battle, has a recharge time of an hour. Super Sailor Souct Attack: Step on a Crack, good bye back. Important points:- Time: Roughly one and half minutes, it can disappear before if someone trips one of the energy wires. - Radius: It covers about a radius of 5 feet, and has a diameter of 10 feet. (The Middle where the original enemy has a space an area just wide enough to stand in, with both feet, that's not covered.) - Effects of attack: The energy when tripped aims for the back of the original target that was in the middle of the wire field. It gives a slightly stronger hit to the back as if someone had fallen or been shoved against a wall. Possibly leaving a small tingling sensation in the back for about 30 seconds. It's is just hard enough to knock the wind out of someone. - Dispelled: By throwing some object onto the wires or using a mirror, or stepping on them. - Other info:Attacks whoever was in the middle of the wire trap. Has a recharge time of at least a quarter of an hour, if a battle were to last that long it is possible it could be used again. Eternal Sailor Attack: Broken Mirror is 7 Years Bad Luck When Sailor Halley calls this attack it summons a field of broken mirrors that covers about a five foot radius. The mirror pieces are actually floating due to Halley’s magic. Anyone that enters the field can attempt to dodge the pieces but because they’re floating that maybe hard to accomplish completely unscratched. The mirrors pieces can be destroyed easily by throwing things at them or hitting them, but if someone physically hits them they can get cut, also they’re easy to destroy by magical attacks. This attack only lasts about a minute. They can disappear before that as they’re hit. Fuku Colors: Main: Orange Secondary black or Purple? (Maybe the accents in purple) Fuku: Gothic Lolita style with the theme of superstitions. Main wants are as follows: Brooch - Black Cat head Something that includes the number 13 - could be corset or boots that laces up like a ladder with 13 rungs And Lace

Alternate stuff if stuff above doesn't work. Sailor Scout Attack: An Apple (Based on An Apple, a Day keeps the Doctor away) Halley summons a slice of apple which when eaten temporarily protects from a certain amount of damage. The attack only lasts for a max of one minute depending on the severity of the attacks against it and vanishes very quickly if an actual magic is used again it. This attack can only be used twice per battle and has a recharge time after that of at least half an hour.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: A Super Apple Halley summons two slices of apple which when eaten temporarily protects from a certain amount of damage. Halley can either eat both slices; give one slice away or both slices away. Depending on the amount of slices consumed is how long the attack lasts. If one slice is consumed the attack only lasts for a max of one minute depending on the severity of the attacks against it and vanishes very quickly if an actual magic is used. If two slices are consumed the attack time doubles unless a magical attack is used. This attack can only be used twice per battle and has a recharge time after that of at least an hour.
Eternal Attack: Broken Mirror When Sailor Halley calls this attack it summons a set of four mirrors around the target. To get out the target has to break the mirrors or find a way to get out of the box without breaking the mirrors. Their friends can help. However, if the mirrors are broken it’s likely to reflect bad luck on the person inside the box because they are likely to be cut. The mirrors are high enough off the ground the person inside could try to crawl out, however if they accidently bump one of the mirrors that mirror still breaks as they are rather fragile hanging by themselves. To dispel this attack effectively without getting hurt one must either crawl out, or a magical attack would have to be used to blast the attack away, (IE cat’s head beam lazer would be effective). These last only about a minute unless the mirrors are broken or dispelled.

FAQs
Turning this into a faqs section
Q. Why does Willow Ghost Hunt? A. She want's to explain the 'unexplainable'. As well as define what is and isn't explainable.
Q. Doesn't Willow get Discouraged when she can't find a ghost? A. Willow does occasionally get discouraged when she doesn't find a ghost. However, she continues to dabble in ghost hunting because she wants to settle fears of others.
Q. Why does she want to settle fears of others? A. Willow knows that fearing something is sometimes more dangerous than the actual thing placing the fear. She wants to show people there's nothing to be scared of when dealing with the paranormal.
Q. Does Willow work with others? A. Willow doesn't like working with others when it comes to ghost investigations. Mainly because the more people you have, the more contamination there is. She wants to try to keep that down. However as a senshi or doing school work she'll work with others when there need is there.
Q. What kinds of occult stuff does Willow dabble in? A. Willow dabbles in a lot of things, mainly as to keep her fascinations occupied. She doesn't like or trust ouija boards because they leave you unnecessarily vulnerable and aren't reliable. However she does study lots in superstitions, the tarot, other random fortune telling ways dating back to at the least the gypsy's. (She's still working her way back on that one). Wiccan practices, As well as other demi-satanic, and creatures of the occult studies. She takes things one day at a time though, so her interests shift sometimes daily, on what she studies.
Q.If Willow's faced with a conflict how would she handle it? What would drive her to henshin up? A. Willow of course hates to see people fighting. Especially friends, she tends to try to step in a break up the fight. If she has leverage by the fact she knows you, she'll guilt you down and make you (well try to anyways) feel guilty of what you've done.
As far as what would drive her to Henshin up to protect the people. Weird things like monsters that shouldn't exist, even in the paranormal world, mystical beasts are mystical beasts. They don't exist outside of story books. Also things like dangerous looking people, be it senshi or nega, if she thought they were out to harm someone. She doesn't like to see people hurt, or people hurt people. It may actually take a few times before she actually realizes, "Oh s**t, these guys need to be stopped."
Q. Would Willow ever take advantage of someone's troubles? A. Willow doesn't take advantage of troubles, however if there's a dare on the table that is 'unusual and cruel punishment' type deal. She will take advantage of things she knows about the person/friend that suggested the dare to get back at them.
An Eye for an Eye.
Q. I'm Not touching you~~~ A. Willow would like to point out that she doesn't invade your personal space, now back up.

ON THE CIVILIAN:
Virtues/flaws are pretty sparse right now. In order to give me a full sense of Willow, I think you should try to define her more. She is a curious girl who loves a challenge with some personal space issues and a pridefulness that can get her into trouble. This is fine, but it could be sharper, more fully-formed.
Also, PERSONAL BUBBLE reads more like a little quirk than an actual flaw. You should probably refine this into a more in-depth discussion of her issues with closeness. How does this affect her friendships? How does this hurt her day-to-day life? The way it is written now just sounds too minor for me to see it is as a major flaw of her character.
ON THE SENSHI:
I would caution against using the dice roll for her attacks. I think you should just trust the other player to RP it out. If someone hits one wire, do they all disappear? I think it is too OP if this giant sprawling mass of energy cracks can hit an enemy multiple times as they try to stumble free. So either shrink the total area of effect, or have them disappear once someone trips one of the cracks.
For super, two minutes is a long duration for it. If it disappears once someone trips over one of them, then this is probably okay, but if it persists after one blow, you should cut down the duration considerably.
For eternal, I'm not sure how much this follows the previous two. Her sphere is superstition, but the first two attacks are really about stepping on cracks. And then the eternal is randomly a protection ring. I think you should either make each stage of her attacks based around a different superstition, or keep them all about the 'step on a crack' idea. In general, the eternal attack just doesn't fit. It goes from offensive to an incredibly long-lasting defensive attack. I would rewrite it with a TIME duration (not posts/rounds) and restructure it to be offensive like the previous attacks.

Notes - *Fixed personal bubble space a bit, if it's too long I can find stuff to cut out of it. *Cut out the dice part of the attack *Duration of super attack cut down * Fixed eternal attack made it two minutes *Reworked how eternal attack works -----
Might have it.... if I can get by with bare basics for her profile I'll work on adding flaws/virtues as she's rped if there's no other problems with that.

As you illustrated by adding in quotes from the mule in the revised attack post, Sailor Jupiter has three offensive attacks, not two offensive and than a random defensive one. You go offensive-offensive-defensive right now, which I mentioned in my above criticism as something that would need to be fixed. Yes, your eternal attack can be a variation on the sphere that is not a direct, black-and-white relation to the previous two, but the salt ring still does not, in my opinion, work.
This is a nebulous sphere and so determining the powers can take a little finessing. I am trying to help you streamline it and make it fit within the game while still following the general spirit of the rules for powers -- which, again, you really don't need to quote in your post (it isn't part of the form) unless you are trying to send me some sort of secondary message.
So please correct your eternal attack based on the feedback I gave you if you would like to receive a stamp.

LP ... that was for my benefit, specially since she's an older quest done on the older form and not the new one. sweatdrop New shop, new form, and all that jazz. I just noticed that the quotations had been added now when they were not there previously, despite you not actually changing anything having to do with your powers except the duration. If they were added now to help you come up with new powers, then you would have come up with new powers, I would think. If I am mistaken, then I apologize. But yes, please update your eternal attack based on the criticism that I gave you in addition to the things you pointed out in your posted quotations from the mule. An attack evolution should follow logically. There are always going to be weird spheres where we really have to bend things to give it some structure, but in this case, you should stick to the offensive-offensive-offensive.

Hey LP, I am not sure that salt rings are superstition the way you are thinking. It's actually derived from the idea of magic circles, which is actually more in the spirit/ghost/demonology direction than the everyday cause-and-effect superstition most people held in previous times. Most superstitious beliefs were based on accidental or circumstantial things, not deliberate actions except to avert misfortune AFTER they'd messed things up. Quote: Superstition: A widely held but unjustified belief in supernatural causation leading to certain consequences of an action or event, or a practice based on such a belief. While you can argue that just about any irrational belief is technically a superstition... in the case of the circle, it was an INTENTIONAL piece of a larger puzzle. Namely, you wanted to protect yourself because of the evil thing you summoned. This isn't superstition, this is magic/demonology. If she were the senshi of wards or barriers or ghosts, it would make more sense for her to have a spirit-protection type attack. In Halley's case it doesn't make a lot of sense to me for her to go from a play on a silly children's rhyme superstition attacks to some strange arcane protection barrier. Different words mean different things - summoning and superstition are different. I would maybe pull up a list of superstitions that would have been more applicable in peoples' everyday lives, and find ways to turn them into continued offensive attacks. Superstition is generally perceived as negative or a bad omen, which is another reason a protective barrier comes out of left field. She's got a dark sphere, have her attack some more! Actually, I think maybe you are confusing salt circles with the actual superstition of spilling salt. It's another bad-omen superstition that is averted by throwing salt over your shoulder. HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH~~~
