 About the Trainer Trainer Name: Saspra
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Hair: Light Blue w/ Darker Blue Highlights
Eyes: Blue
Outfits: Her normal outfit is shown at the left. She wears this outfit during most occasions like battling, going out, and such. She also has a dress for when she enters contests. She hardly ever wears the dress in public so it's mostly reserved for those rare contests. [[ Picture to be linked soon ]]
Place of Origin: Sinnoh Region - Sunyshore City
Profession: Trainer/Coordinator
Personality: Saspra is an outgoing and friendly girl. She's not one to get mad easily unlike her first Pokemon, Shadow. It's easy to befriend her considering how she loves to make new friends. She's more on the talkative side than the quiet side too. Saspra's also not a girly girl by any means. She hates wearing dresses unless it's for a contest or something formal. She can tolerate skirts and she feels that it's easier to get around in them hence them being in her typical outfit.
Saspra's passion is to battle. She loves to do it for fun, and doesn't care if she wins or loses. Sure she prefers to win, but if she doesn't she won't hold a grudge. She'd probably demand a rematch after she's trained her Pokemon some more.
Life Before Zatao: As a child Saspra had always dreamed of being a coordinator like her mom. However, living in Sunyshore City didn't help all that much. Her mom was always off in Hearthome City leaving Saspra in the care of her father. He was a trainer and on Saspra's 10th birthday he let her borrow one of his own Pokemon so that she could go travel a bit. At first Saspra had been a little skeptical about battling, but when she tried it she absolutely adored it. Seeing this her father had been really proud.
Saspra continued to use the borrowed Pokemon for a long while before deciding that she wanted to see the world. She returned the Pokemon back to her dad and set off to Zatao. Upon arriving she soon stumbled across her first Pokemon, Shadow. With Shadow she started her brand new journey. But who was that Pokemon she borrowed from her father? It was none other than a young Poochyena named Shadona.

Shadow
Name: Shadow
Gender: Male
Species: Ninetales
DoB: 8/04/08
Personality: Shadow isn't what you call "Nice". He can be pretty rude, but he has his moments when he's actually... Decent. With Saspra he tries to be polite so he doesn't get in trouble.
As Shadow evolved into a Ninetales his personality had a little change. It's a little noticeable though. He doesn't get angry as easy as in the past, and now he can actually be nice. During battles he's a little more carefree than he used to be, he still cares about winning battles, but not as much as before.
Background: Shadow's in love with Oran Berries. He would do almost anything to get to them, that's what brought him to Saspra. On a day of a swarm he decided to eat Oran Berries. He peeked out of the bush with his face covered in berry juice. What can we say? It was love at first sight for Saspra. Shadow was the vulpix Saspra couldn't take her eyes off as soon as she saw him.
When miracle struck and Saspra caught Shadow it was like doom. Shadow was grumpy unlike he used to be. (He used to be a fun loving soul, but apparently when Saspra caught him everything changed) His new concern now, was on battles. He's a faithful companion if you strike interest to him, but really, he doesn't like people much. Saspra doesn't even know if her really likes her.
Battles are Shadow's life. If you challenged him to a battle he'd want to go for it whether or not Saspra wants to. Be it him against a Water type he doesn't care. The anticipation of the battle is all he's going for. It's the only thing other than Oran Berries that can make him smile. That is, if he wins.
