Grass Field
The breeze from the stadium air conditioners rustled the flat grassland arena, sending small clouds of harmless pollen into the air. The land is completely flat, making manuverability easy to those build to walk on land.

Saspra looked around. She was in the stadium and in the Grass arena. It was great. The place had AC and all. Definately better than the other places she's been at.
Quickly Saspra grabbed Shadow's Pokeball from her pocket and wait for the other trainer to arrive.

((Psssst! The image for Electra is my rando-sig. xD;; Use this.)) Nox smiled at the flat, grassy field when she walked in. Good. Hopefully this would give her relatively new bulbasaur a slight advantage over the opposing fire pokemon. It was also nice and cool, much better than outside.
"Come on, sweet-heart, lets see what you can do!" she said cheerily as she released Electra from her ball.

Saspra smiled over at her opponent. "Come on Shadow!" She yelled. Looking over at Nox she gave her a small nod indicating that she was going first. "Flamethrower!" She commanded Shadow.
Shadow snorted then opened his mouth to let out fruious flames that started to engulf some of the field in flames.

Nox smiled back at the other trainer then turned her attention to her bulbasaur and Saspra's vulpix. "Quick El, dodge the flames and use Light Screen!"
Electra nimbly avoided Shadow's attack and concentrated on creating a protective barrier to keep the vulpix's attacks from being too damaging.

Shadow opened his mouth and let out a shining blob of light.

"Use Mud Slap El!" Nox called as the Confuse Ray went high.
Electra looked around for a source of the required mud as she avoided the menacing confuse attack. 'Does she know how I'm going to find some mud?' she huffed to herself. She finally spied a damp swath of grass, 'Probably a damaged sprinkler.' she thought and skidded into it, churning up the dirt beneath the grass. With a slight grimace she used her claws to take some of the grass and mud and forcefully fling it in Shadow's direction.

Saspra grimaced as the mud hit Shadow. "Confuse Ray one more time!" She called out to Shadow.
Shadow rolled is eyes. He would've much rather attacked with a fire move, but he listened to his crazy trainer anyway. His mouth opened wide and a glowing white ball of light flew forward and was aimed torwards Electra.

"Watch it sweet-heart! Evade it and use Poison Powder!" Nox directed as her pokemon was forced from her mud puddle.
Electra leaped away from the now brown patch of grass as the glowing ball of light hit right where she previously stood. 'Lets try not to get hit by that, ya?' she commented inwardly. At her trainer's digression, she released toxic pollen from the bulb on her back, hoping the AC was blowing the right direction.

Saspra watched Shadow avoid a fatal Poison Powder happily. "Come on, Flamethrower!" She ordered Shadow.
Shadow opened his mouth and let out the deadly flames once more.

Electra tried to avoid the Flamethrower but wasn't quite as fast about it as last time and the flames caught her on her rump. 'Owowow! Notcoolnotcool!' She dodged towards her muddy patch, hoping to stick her rump in the liquid-dirt mixture to prevent getting a burn.
"Good idea El! Use another Mud Slap!" Nox called to the singed bulbasaur.
'Guh, fine!' she thought as her hind quarters cooled She took another paw full of mud and chucked it at the fire pokemon.
