Field Information
This battle shall take place in some nearby woods at the base of the Rinual Mountains. The trees grow thick which means maneuverability is relatively difficult, unless of course they're knocked down to make room.

Get had had it. He had already gotten caught in some stupid torn up piece of cloth hanging from a tree, but those stupid kids throwing rocks had ticked him off. Sure, a quick dive bombing run had made them all scatter back to their town, but he was still seething. He heard footsteps. He smelled that scent. Human. THIS one was leaving here. NOW!

Shadow growled as a Pidgey dive bombed towards him. He jumped away with ease before looking over the Pokemon that had attacked him. Saspra had told him the details so he was pretty sure that this would be his opponent. Why would Saspra always pare him up against the weirdest of Pokemon? Like bird Pokemon for instance. He sighed and decided that he should underestimate his foe no matter how small it was.

Shadow had sat patiently for a few moments before realizing that the Pidgey wasn't planning on making the first move. He shrugged. It didn't really matter to him if the bird Pokemon would attack today or a million years from now. He stood up, shook his fur and ran towards the Pidgey. His mouth opened and he fired out a jet of flames towards the Pidgey, using his signature move, Flamethrower.

Get was furious. He had been so sure that he had heard a human. Either way, this Pokemon smelled like a human lover. He caught the brunt of the flames directly in his back, he winced as he spun around for a second run. He decided to be a little smarter this time, however. As he went over the Ninetails, he spit a mouthful of Toxic slime, in the hopes that it would weaken the stronger Pokemon.

Shadow easily sidestepped out of the toxic slime. He jumped a few feet away and pondered his next move. This was one of the rare times where Saspra had let him fight on his own, and to be quite truthful it felt a little weird without her there. He shrugged off the thought and decided to defend himself against any status damaging attacks for a while. He closed his eyes and started to faintly glow in green before reopening them again. This was the first time in a long time that he had used safeguard.Shadow's Stats HP: 1o5o/1o5o Safeguard: 1/5

Get grumbled darkly to himself as he turned back, stupid safeguard... Fine, if the human lover didn't want to go that way, he could always go for his weakness. He swooped down low to coat his wing in soft mud, then brought it back up to sling it at the larger Pokemon.

Shadow growled as his coat was promptly coated in mud. He shook off most of it and fired a jet of flames at the enemy Pidgey. Maybe Flamethrower would do the trick and burn that little bird up.Shadow's Stats HP: 75o/1o5o Safeguard: 2/5

Get was covered in flames once more. It hurt, but he wasn't going to let this filthy human lover know that, (What's the matter, human lover? Don't like your mudbath? You roll in filth all day long with that dirty twolegger, but don't like natural mud. Take some more!) He swooped down again, and flung mud up at the Ninetail's face.

Get saw the flames coming this time, and rolled out of the way. He did one last loop around the fire before swooping down, yet again, to fling mud up at his opponent. Throwing mud at a well groomed human lover was always good stress relief, in his opinion. ((HP=600/800))
