Forest Field!
Thick trees sprout at random places throughout the field, some small while others seem to reach out and touch the ceiling of the stadium. As with ancient trees, some roots are seen being thrust above the ground which makes easy for a pokemon to trip if they do not watch where they are going. Spacing between the trunks vary, making passage difficult for those on the ground and in the air. The ground is littered with piles of pine needles, leaves, and sticks of all sizes; several tree trunks and rotting logs can be found scattered around as well.

White headphones stuck out from her ears as she entered the field. Blue eyes blazing with excitement. It was obvious she had sipped another energy drink, as the trainer was shaking. Furiously. A crazy grin was on her face, neon green hair whipping around. Sasu-chan had made her hair extra crazy today. It was short, and curls around throughout the hair. She wasn't one for 'beauty' and instead of preppy, called herself a happy goth. She was dressed in black, with a skull adorned on her shirt.
Taking out a white and red pokeball, the trainer threw it into the air, grinning even more. "Logic! Take the stage!" And with a white flicker, the cat pokemon appeared on the battle field. His paw lifted up at the feel of something sharp, and he looked down to see a... well... Pines, sticks, and other assortments of forest life. He curled his lip in disgust. Obviously the meowth wasn't fond of forest life. He wasn't fond of hardly any stage field.
Sasu-chan frowned slightly. Logic was too clean when it came to battle fields. He was usually all about being 'clean'. Though a battle usually pumped him up. That was the best part of having a Meowth whom kept himself clean... Then got himself dirty while battling. She laughed quietly.

Saspra walked into the stadium and saw a nice big forest arena. This new and hopefully Shadow wouldn't be giving her crap about it. She took her shades of and placed them conveniently on her head. Looking across the field she saw her opponent. Bright. That was the first and only thing that came to her head as she saw the other trainer. She shrugged it off and bit her lip to keep from blurting out a comment to the other trainer. She unhooked Shadow's Pokeball from her belt and threw it in the air.
A bright red flash brightened the arena for a moment as Shadow appeared. He looked around the field and looked at the Meowth at the other side. So he would be fighting a cat Pokemon. He growled a little and looked over at Saspra awaiting his first command.
Saspra sighed in relief since Shadow didn't have a complaint to let out. She poked a bit of her hair out of her eyes and put her shades back on. This was going to be an interesting battle.

Sasu-chan nodded curtly towards the other trainer, her grin resurfacing like it had never vanished. She was always friendly towards others, and without a headache sometimes, she was crazier than most people. A song played on her MP3, the crazy trainer almost jumping to joy. "My favorite song!" She didn't realize she had said it out loud, and probably wouldn't care, because her eyes were set on Logic; planning his move.
Then swiftly; "Logic, use Faint attack!" And pointed with her hand, looking almost excited even though her mind was swirling with frustration at the fact she had quite the disadvantage...
...Because Logic hated dog pokemon.
The cat pokemon let out a silent hiss; his eyes blazing now that his opponent had been revealed. Bah. A dog pokemon. Just. What. He. needed. Glancing at his trainer, Logic suddenly disappeared, his claws unsheathed while he appeared right in front of the male Vulpix, ready to strike.

Saspra looked over at the Pogeymon noting that they were obviously wanting this battle to get a move on. "Shadow, use Growl!" She called over to Shadow. An attack that would lower the foe's attack was usually a good start. She sent a grin over to the other trainer not caring whether she would notice or not and waited for Shadow to obey the order.
Shadow hoped over to the meowth sending clumps of dirt flying in all directions while he was at it. When he was at the meowth's face he growled ferociously.
