❖ Charming: Bluebell has been taught how to charm people since a very young age. She's very much the primp and proper young lady, a representation of her parents and their success. So yes, she knows how to charm a crowd or an individual.Underneath it all Bluebell really is a caring and friendly individual. She really dislikes it when someone doesn't like her for any reason. She sees no reason for someone to not like her.She's not asking for everyone to be her BFF, but at least think of her as a decent person.
❖ Confident: Bluebell has an abundance of confidence, she grew up being told she can do whatever or be whatever she wants. Sometimes her confidence can definitely get her in trouble, but at least she's always on her toes, ready to do what it takes to achieve her goals.
❖ Reliable: Bluebell will always be there for you if you need her. You know that person that shows up everywhere they're supposed to be like fifteen minutes early? Well, that's Bluebell for you.
xxx◢ The Worst ◣
❖ Impatient: This is where Bluebell's overconfidence can get in her way. Sometimes when she sees the end, she jumps on it just a little too soon. She's also the type that hates, and I mean really hates, having to wait in line for anything. That's probably the main reason she hates doing things like grocery shopping. Why do people like to just stand in the middle of aisles and just block the way through? Grab what you need and get out of the way people!
❖ Unforgiving: Have you crossed Bluebell in some way? Well, that's not good for you. She's not exactly the type to look for revenge, but she's definitely never going to forget what you did. She will always remember what you did. It's going to take a lot for her to ever put that behind her, she might laugh around you, but the betrayal will be in the front of her mind when he's around you.
❖ Impulsive: Bluebell loves trying new and exciting things. There are very few things she would say 'No' to right away. Even if she considers the possible negative outcomes, there's a good chance she'll try it anyway.
xxx◢ Hobbies ◣
❖ Disney Movies: Bluebell is fairly obsessed with anything Disney puts their name on. At first she was worried when they bought out Star Wars, but now that they have new movies rolling out and they're actually pretty good, she couldn't be happier. Her room is decorated with posters, apparel, and trinkets all Disney related. If she had to pick a favorite it would probably be Alice in Wonderland.
❖ Horses: Bluebell has always found them to be such calming creatures. She's only recently getting into the more competitive side of things. While she likes horses, she's not sure she'd up for the very, very competitive atmosphere involved in her school's equestrian program.
❖ Dance: Bluebell is a born dancer, or at least she believes she is. Her mother was a famous Dancer and traveled all around the world when she was younger to dance. Bluebell hopes to take after her the most and if very dedicated to her Dances classes and would love to be in a professional ballet company.
xxx◢ My Physical ◣
❖ Eyes: Round, soft blue eyes.
❖ Hair: Has long blue hair, often kept in bunned pigtails. She always has a pair of bells in her left bun.
❖ Build: Bluebell is only 5'0" and has a very petite build. She does have a decent amount of muscle though, so despite her size she's around 120lbs. She does tend to look quite delicate, but don't underestimate her!
❖ Fashion: She's usually in her uniform, but when not she really loves to dress up in floral patterns. She prefers dresses or skirts. She doesn't often wear heels, because she knows they're not good for her feet and she knows her feet are quite delicate.

❖ Range: 5 feet
❖ Effect: Tsih calls out her attack and pixie dust forms in her hand, she then blows it toward an enemy. This pixie dust causes confusion and disorientation. It's easy for the enemy to get turned around or even potentially mistake an ally for an enemy.
❖ Purpose: To confuse the enemy and leave them open to an attack.
❖ Duration: Last for 25 seconds or until the enemy is hit with a physical attack. Can be used twice.
xxx◢ Super Sailor Scout Attack - Sparkling Pixie Dust ◣
❖ Range: 10 feet away, can affect two enemies within 5 feet of each other.
❖ Effect: Tsih calls out her attack and pixie dust forms in her hand, she then blows it toward an enemy. This pixie dust causes confusion and disorientation. It's easy for the enemy to get turned around or even potentially mistake an ally for an enemy.
❖ Purpose: To confuse the enemy and leave them open to an attack.
❖ Duration: Last for 25 seconds or until the enemy is hit with a physical attack. Can be used twice.
xxx◢ Eternal Sailor Scout Attack - Shimmering Pixie Illusion ◣ [ LOCKED ]
❖ Range: 10 foot radius around Tsih
❖ Effect: Tsih spins and pixie dust spreads around her in an 8 foot radius. Around her the illusion of a forest appears. Enemies find this forest hard to navigate and are easily turned around. They can hear the sounds of tiny laughter all around them. Allies caught in this illusion feel calm and clear-headed.
❖ Purpose: To confuse and potentially separate the enemy. A good escape tool as well or creates a favorable battleground for Tsih and her allies.
❖ Duration: The illusion ends if you somehow make your way out of it or after 30 seconds. If you enter the affected zone before the 30 seconds is up, you will walk into the illusion. Can only be used once per battle.

xxx◢ Events in Bluebell's Life ◣
Bluebell has lived a rather spoiled and wonderful life. There isn't really any sort of tragedy to speak of. She was born in New York, they city where her parents met and fell in love. Her father, when she was younger, always seemed to work long and late hours. Because of his work, her mother was able to take a break from her own career and focus on raising her. She remembers days spend laughing, singing, dancing, and baking all the best cookies. Her parents could never say no to her when she asked for anything.
When she was five they decided to move to Destiny City so her father could open his own Business. They moved into a rather large home. While they had lived in a nice home in New York, it was nothing compared to the size of her new home. Bluebell loved to explore her new grounds as a child. So many extra rooms, a huge backyard, nothing like what they had back in New York. Her parents were happy, they seemed to have made the right decision in moving their family.
Bluebell took an interest in dancing even at a young age and even found her own passion in Horseback riding. When she got old enough it only seemed natural for her to go to Crystal Academy for girls. At first she was nervous about going to a boarding school, but it grew on her. It gave her time to study seriously and of course she always saw her parents on the weekends. It gave her a sense of independence that she had never had before and really helped her to mature as an individual.

Gamma Cassiopeiae is the star at the center of the distinctive "W" asterism in the northern circumpolar constellation of Cassiopeia. Although it is a fairly bright star with an apparent visual magnitude that varies from 1.6 to 3.0, it has no traditional Arabic or Latin name. The Chinese name Tsih has been increasingly used since the end of the 20th century.
xxx◢ The Past ◣
❥ Homeworld Tsih
❥ Planet type: A smaller world, made up mostly of lush vegetation with a few large lakes and rivers. It was a world teeming with magic, where the people learned to harness this magic to live in harmony with the world around them.
❥ Main Imports: Stones, Gems
❥ Main Exports: Fruits, Teas, Cotton, Unique Textiles
❥ Culture: There was always one major rule to follow in Tsihan culture, no not destroy the world around you in order to bend it to your will. Tsih had a Royal family that ran on a Matriarchy system, typically it was a Queen who ruled over the people. If a female was not born under the current Queen, then a Princess would be selected from a relative within the Royal family. Therefore, even having a drop of Royal blood in your system could entitle you to the throne, if you were lucky enough to be a female. While there was a Matriarchy in place, Tsihan's did value their men.
❥ The People: Tsihan's were all capable of 'magic' of some kind. The people have a very strong connection to their world around them. You won't see construction sites or typical building materials, because Tsihan's can interact with the world around them to build dwellings, businesses, and so on. There are individuals gifted in shaping jewels, those gifted in shaping trees into homes, those with a knack for agriculture, and people who can interact with wildlife. It's not uncommon to brag about the fruits that your 'hometree' can produce or what exotic animals might live in it's branches. How lovely your home garden is, etc.

xxx◢ Parents ◣
❖ Chloe Florence-Simmons: Chloe moved to New York as a teenager when her mother found she had exhausted all her efforts in Paris. She was the only child of what you might call a power couple, except her father passed away when she was only twelve. Her mother was, when she was younger, a famous actress that married into a Political relationship. Her mother found that going back to work after years of being off the scene was no easy task in Paris, so she wanted to start anew in the States. Chloe's own career took off at a young age. She had always thought dancing on broadway was just a dream, but a dream she made true with hard work and dedication. She met her husband when he was working on a set for a play she was performing in and it was sort of 'love at first sight'. They were married in two years and shortly after that Bluebell came along. She took a few years off to focus on her family, but once Bluebell hit her teen years she dove back into Dance.
❖ Emmet Simmons: The Simmons family has long been established in the New England area. For generations that have been well known for their architecture. A family of old and new money. Emmet was always a little bit of a black sheep in the family, although he would ultimately follow in his father's footsteps. He spent some of his college years considering work in theater, mostly prop building and lighting. This was how he met Chloe and in order to make the best life for his family he fell into his father's business. Though, later they would move to Destiny City so he could start his own business there.

❥ Sailor Cassiopeia/Cass Finlay: Cass was the first Senshi Bluebell ever met. Cass was kind enough to come to her rescue when this giant bat attacked her around Halloween. Now she's sort of like her Sailor Mama/Mentor. Bluebell really looks up to her.
❥ Hyperborea/Ciel Karpusi: Tsih and Hyperborea first met one winter night when Tsih came to Ciel's rescue, not knowing the girl was capable of fending for herself! They've been friends ever since and both go to the same school!

❖ Snowball Pendant - A round, white gemstone that resembles a perfect snowball and glistens in the slightest light. The snowball pendant hangs from a glistening silver chain. You can easily detach it and hurl it at something or someone to encase them in a thick layer of ice for up to three minutes. The ice is chilly to the touch but isn't cold enough to do any damage, and if used on a human or living target will only encase them from the neck down. This can only be used while in civilian form and cannot be used while the wearer is powered up but it can be used against any opponent your civilian is facing. Once the five minutes is up, the ice melts and disappears in a magical breeze, only for the pendant to return to the chain. It is still beautiful, however no longer has any magical properties and will function as a normal crystal pendant if thrown again. It might not have any magic, but it's a nice memento!
