 Mtoti is a rather bouncy and friendly little hare, although sometimes he's a bit too curious and friendly for his own good. He was attacked by some other larger creature and then found by Chiamaka when he was injured and alone. Instead of having him for dinner, the young lioness chose to take care of the hare, nursing him back to health. Since that time, the two have been together.

Recently...
Leru has adopted and raised a young cheetah, Elua. And now the two travel together with a small group who hold to the precepts Leru's pride used to follow.
In the Past...
In times past, Leru was part of a now sundered pride that followed the precept "Love as thou wilt". Within the pride, there were various small groups who followed different aspects of this creed. Leru was in a group that focused on the mystic and purity of spirit. The adepts of the group, called Gentian, sought visions and interpreted dreams for others - whether they were actually Seers or no.

Which makes him an odd sort of companion for the grumpy Kibela, but they do say opposites attract. The young bird likes nothing better than getting a smile out of his partner, though he's still learning what might and might not be funny to the large lion.

Recently...
Raviv has become the partner of Kibela while Kibela was outside of the pride lands because of the recent earthquake.
In the Past...
Raviv was actually hatched in the pride lands, though once he left the nest, he tended to wander. At first, he thought that he might not want to choose a lion to partner with - but upon seeing Kibela wandering alone, he changed his mind. It was just... as if something told him to join the other. So he followed his instincts and did so.

 Lately, Layilme has been going through some very hard times in her life. All of this has changed her from the carefree lioness she used to be to one that is quite depressed most of the time. She thinks herself a terrible mother and generally a bad person all around. Used to being confident and strong, she's confused by these emotions and so generally retreats into herself and hides her depression from others.

Layilme has gotten back together with Mori and they're currently traveling with Usiku, her son from another male.
In the Past...
Layilme met up with a male who seems to have quite a bit of problems. For one thing, he's insane - or a part of him is. It remains to be seen where this could go...
Layilme has met several other creatures over time - these include other lions, a maned wolf, and even a God. The lioness Phye'li is her friend.
Layilme and Mor'faerion have become mates and had two cubs together. Then, one of these cubs was stolen away.
While on her own looking for her lost son, Layil had a one-night run in with another male lion which resulted in two more cubs. The lioness felt terrible about betraying her mate to begin with ...and then, to make matters worse, one of those cubs was stolen from her.
So, for a long time, she thought of herself as a horrible mate and mother and was very depressed. But finally, she was reunited with Mor'faerion and he forgave her - even telling her that they would raise her remaining son as their own.

 Fiyali'Kianga is a very friendly Wild Dog. Even though she's grown now, she still has some puppy-ish qualities at times. She is very attached to all in her family and though she wanders on her own, she will go back to them often and always if they are in trouble. One thing she particularly likes to do is watch things that can fly - birds, certain insects, Gods, etc. Though she might be shy about it, it's entirely possible she might go up to a God and ask questions about such, given the chance to do so.

Recently...
Fiyali met a young male wild dog called Safi and after a trip to the giraffe tree he knew of ... well, one thing led to another, and Fiyali now has a family! She's learning about the joys (and pains) of motherhood currently, complete with a father who wanders in and out as he pleases.
In the Past...
Most of Fiyali's past centers around her family. Though she wandered as a pup, she more or less tended to still live at home. Now, Fiyali has left home for good, wandering on her own - though she does go back to visit and would return at a moment's notice if any of her family needed her.
