Personality: Eztil has always been... a little off. A born leader-like character, he prides himself most on his cunning, loving to trick others into following him. Though not one for crowds, he loves to have several others around him who he can control. He does not know love, in the traditional sense, only obsession and passion. Since the death of his sister and her mate, he has been... a little worse off than usual. Sadistic, sociopathic, and armed with a silver tongue, Eztil always gets what he wants... and what he wants tends to flop around a lot. He can seem to have a softer side at times, but this is only trickery to convince others to trust him.
Theft and murders are not beneath him. He destroys anyone who gets in his way. Think of him as a con-man, looking for an easy life.
....... Point of Interest: Eztil has in fact talked his way out of a paper bag.
Biography: When Eztil was young, his siblings and parents all died. Killed by hyenas. The only survivors were himself and his younger sister Coaxoch. The two of them stuck together, always, and learned to keep themselves alive. Though they came to despise other lions, and animals of all sorts, the two always trusted in each other. They were their own support system; their way of life was to be together.
As they grew older, they grew more vicious. Though not insane, the two of them were clever, following other lions and stealing their kills… or their things. Eventually, they began to pick up followers, usually stupider, though more powerful lions who thought them the King and Queen of mischief and mayhem, which was exactly what they were. Soon they had a group of about twenty or so, parading around the rouge lands, destroying whatever they felt like, and doing whatever they wanted.
Eventually, Coaxoch found a mate, and Eztil found a friend: Xiuhcoatl, a male of slim intelligence, but brutally powerful. Together he and Coaxoch had many children, though Eztil never found a mate of his own. He only loved Coaxoch and her children. Eztil was happy… and then it all ended.
A female in the pride wished to be Xiuhcoatl’s mate, thinking herself better suited for the powerful male than the clever ‘witch’ Coaxoch. Murdering Eztil's sister and her children, the lioness quickly met the wrath of Eztil and Xiuhcoatl, but her family was large and strong, eventually splitting the group and ending in a blood bath.
As far as Eztil knows, he is the sole survivor of the infighting.
For a little while, Eztil went on his own, working as a single conman, but he didn't take to it. Always looking for partners in crime (to do the heavy lifting), Eztil seeks out an easier way to go about life.

Personality: Giza’s name goes well with her personality. She does not entirely share her family’s blood lust… in other words, she doesn't actually like to kill her victims. She more-or-less likes to leave bent and broken survivors. A team player, Giza roots for her family… and is excellent at capturing and breaking her victims. Personality: Faizah has a lot in common with her mother, but doesn't put her work in the same 'artistic' section of the torture book. She's more a sadist at heart, enjoying the hurt and more or less indifferent to the final result. She's used to living a life of violence and knows nothing else, as it's what her parents have taught her.
Quick on her feet and tough as nails, she toes the family line and does at her core consider herself a "killer for hire", whether she be thug, assassin, or mercenary... but with the exception of family, it's best to not expect her to be loyal.

Personality: Gavivi is dumb as a sack of bricks, but she makes one good attack lion when you point at something and tell her to kill it. Her thinking is very straightforward, she likes taking orders from those she deems smarter than she is (which isn't hard), but once she has a boss she's fiercely loyal to them.

Biography: Originally from the Gerudo pride, Gavivi lost track of her master and fellows around the time she got knocked up after fooling around with a rogue lion she fancied. A genuinely terrible mother, Gavivi has spent most of her time since then killing things in exchange for food or shelter.

Personality: Xiuhcoatl was once nothing more than the simple muscle for a group of thug lions, and he's never considered himself to be that smart, just practical. However, since nearly dying in a river a few years ago and being rescued by a rabbit, he's become a withdrawn warrior with one thing that bounces around his mind: Revenge for fallen comrades. A stoic, shy, and silent lion, though a huge and powerful one, Xiuhcoatl would rather have other speak for him than speak for hims
....... Point of Interest: Xiuh is very fond of rabbits. It is ill advised to attack one in his presence.
Biography: Xiuhcoatl grew up mostly alone. His parents were abusive, and he was the only one of their children to survive to adulthood on account of his strength and power. Eventually he ran away, but not being very smart, avoided other lions for fear of being taken advantage of. Then he met Coaxoch, a conwoman, who with her brother Eztil, convinced him to work for them. He actually grew very fond of the smart and deadly femme fatale and they became mates. While Eztil took charge of an ever-growing group of rogue thieves and misfits, Xiuhcoatl was his loyal second in command.
However, in a play for power among the group, a lioness who wanted to take control killed his six children by Coaxoch, and in retaliation, Coaxoch killed the lioness. The result of this was a split in side and loyalties inside the group, and eventually, everyone was killed, including Coaxoch.
It was during the final battle that Xiuh was lost, falling off a cliff in the middle of a fight, and when he called for Eztil to help him up, he received no answer. Instead, he fell, almost to his death, and was left as nothing but buzzard-food. He knows not what happened to Eztil... but he knows the lion well, and expects he survived.
The lion's life was saved, surprisingly, by none other than a wayward Hare who had been seeking a home. Xiuhcoatl now feels he owes his life to Jengo, and the two travel together. But revenge is now on Xiuh's mind, against those who left him to die... and he mourns the loss of his young children and his mate Coaxoch.
