Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Spar Name: Obadiah Thompson Division: Death Status: Trainee Mission ranking: Part Term Status of mission: Debriefed on FEAR shield basics and charges by Sun trainee (Peyton Creedy); learned to utilize charge and was defeated without allowing shield to fully break. Absolutely nothing unusual or of any importance happened whatsoever and all parties conducted themselves with mutual respect and self-awareness. Psychological evaluations might be a good idea for extremely fresh trainees after large or otherwise potentially traumatic missions, until they can adjust. Nothing of importance to note. Additional points of extreme importance: N/A Commendations or warnings: N/A I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Obadiah Thompson

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Rune gathering Name: Obadiah Thompson Division: Death Status: Trainee Mission ranking: Part term Status of mission: Acquired 14 regular runestones and 5 superior. Was repeatedly assaulted by what appeared to be mermaids, but they swim slowly and are easily avoided. Unsure what sort of damage they dish out if you swim more slowly than they do, however. Donated all 10 normal and 5 superior runestones to portal reconstruction efforts. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form San Zhi Resort Name: Obadiah Thompson Division: Death Status: Trainee Mission ranking: External Status of mission: Encountered a cluster of enemies (exact nature unknown) in some sort of hallucinogenic fog/smoke almost immediately upon arrival. Eliminating the threat meant that we had little if any time for actual investigation. Additional points of extreme importance: N/A Commendations or warnings: Heidi Potter and Peyton Creedy were valuable defense; Gale Gentry pretty much saved all our asses. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Deathsweeper Name: Obadiah Thompson Division: Death Status: Trainee Mission ranking: Training Course/Internal Status of mission: Successfully completed nine rounds of Deathsweeper training course (solitary), after two failed attempts. Additional points of extreme importance: Not actually sure whether the aim of this course was to instill values of stealth and situational awareness or to entertain onlookers. If the latter, might consider installing stadium-style seating for the sake of transparency and honesty, as at the moment just seems irritatingly coy. Disregard if this only amplifies sadistic pleasure of course administrators. Assholes. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Mall Walking Name: Peyton Creedy Division: Sun Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: - External Mission for external missions Status of mission: The mission was mostly a success, but due to the mall having been under holiday renovation the selection of stores was very limited, and neither myself nor my partner were able to complete our lists in full. We did, however, improvise as best we could. Additional points of extreme importance: Nothing of extreme importance to report. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Three’s a Crowd Name: Jack Hawthorn Division: Life Status: Ranking Mission ranking: External Mission 4B Status of mission: Success, if barely. We were accosted by what appeared to be a multitude of either corpses or other disfigured creates. Uncertain if gas released prior to the fight was hallucinatory or simply noxious. Additional points of extreme importance: Suggest to other hunters taking on this mission to bring more than just three. My team survived more through luck than skill. Commendations or warnings: Everyone preformed adequately until the Sun hunter went supernova with her charge. While this did secure our victory, Chelsea Craft had to be taken directly to intensive care. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Hunter Games Name: Otto Graves Division: Death Status: Full Hunter Mission ranking: Random Event Status of mission: Loss of life and exposure of O's hideout Additional points of extreme importance: • Various hunters plus Mark were sucked into a portal that took us to a "trial" like event. • Many died either from environmental collapse or from friendly fire and backstabbing. • Death Hunter Sam died of her wounds. Assailant unknown. • Charlotte from Moon was murdered by The Judge in O. She had attempted to kill the Judge and failed. • The people in O were working on technology similar to our own. • A pod room of considerably smaller size than Deus held the downed hunters, making them relieve their nightmares continuously to power something. Commendations or warnings: • Lawr of Death attacked Sam in an attempt to win the games. It's also possible he'd attacked Ami of Life earlier on. • I attacked him with a runic weapon after his second attack, and Charlotte bound him before he was then killed later on. Assumingly by Charlotte. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Sign here. Otto Graves

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [PRP] Surprise! It's Chuck Testa! (Melvin & Jake) [PRP] Sneaky Research (Melvin & Ami) [PRP] Testing 1,2,3 (Melvin & Wilson) [PRP] Test and Trials (Melvin & Nevada) [PRP]This Is Only A Test (Melvin & Lex) Name: Melvin Wood Division: Life Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: - Artifact Research
Status of mission: Majority of participants volunteered their time with low numbers being unavailable due to missions. Due to the nature of each artifact, more information was accessible for recording than others. Summary of information includes:
- While most artifacts require a recharge time, some can be used in quick succession in a span of a few minutes between another, while others can only be used in a larger timeline, such as a week or month. Information suggests that different powers created by artifacts require charge times due to the exertion of energy. The ability to gain fear either is taken from the hunter gradually, or through a secondary leeching affect similar to weapons during battle (7a). Whether artifacts in rich fear environments charge quicker or can be used more often is still inconclusive.
- Artifacts have a variety of effects and, for summary, can be divided between environmental or personal. Most hunters have artifacts that affect them directly, either passively through some ability in appearance or power (which appears to have no offensive gain) or the change to their environment for a short time. Artifacts seem to co-exist with weapons, suggesting fear creatures made into weapons hold similar to artifacts. How artifacts are made is still being researched and no data has been gained through experimentation as of yet. However, no harm to weapons seems apparent. None of the subjects were recorded mentioning any drain or complaints from weapons by their artifact.
-Physical drain. While most artifacts tend to not take away from their owners in energy, that is not to rule out that they don’t slowly take fear in small dosage to recharge. In one instance, an artifact did drain a user after but not to the point of being unconscious. User admitted that artifact was a last-minute offensive move. -Side effects are possible through artifact use. Documentation of one artifact creating sea life after use has been recorded, along with the above mentioned fatigue from the other artifact user.
- Fear creation has been noticed in various forms. One artifact listed can either produce water in an area or somehow stores water in a very limited space while, above mentioned, another created sea creatures (though of normal variety). Creation would suggest artifacts can store water in a small place or even summon/teleport/create creatures. Dissection of sea creatures show them to be normal and not fear based. Taste – edible without any side effects. (Fear creation documentation on sea life and water production recorded in 18c.)
- All artifacts are under protection in uninhabited areas, linked to ancient mythology of some nature. Rich fear would suggest why items are still active, along with how larger fear creatures can exist in the area. Questions as to why artifacts have been guarded and not confiscated by the Halloween public earlier is still unknown, though personal danger seems to be the most likely reason. Areas also bring risk of personal harm and also physical change, much like the artifacts they protect. Minipet transformation has been documented. See attachment 12B.
Additional points of extreme importance : Artifacts store fear, which suggests that fear and space storage can be manufactured for Hunter use, notably in emergencies when titan weapons needs to be charged. Time shifts, illusions, and area changes currently too violate to actively practice without more data. Data available on USB inside attached manila folder. Commendations or warnings: All artifact participants accommodating when testing though hesitant to leave artifact alone in personal care. Attachment similar to weapons noticed. Still no information if artifacts can be transferred once hunter becomes indisposed or deceased. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:
