Fia looked all around the room; the others were slowing down. Someone seemed to have an idea of what they were doing, but Fia didn't. All she knew was that she was stuck in the room with a bunch of others. Maybe someone knew the way out, but not her.
She sighed and went over to grab a rune, just so she could hold onto one if she needed it. Afterwards, she went and leaned on the table, patiently waiting for the others to figure out the... puzzle.
The Horsewoman couldn't help but feel a bit... slow, but these kind of riddles where not her forte. If she knew what she was looking for, maybe it would be easier, but all Fia felt was confused.
Hey, at least she discovered the thing with the crystal that others seemed to be using.

However, Remi would be the one to receive the most Judgemental of all stares. "Right." Red announced to herself as she finished off the popcorn, crumbling the bag up and tossing it at Remi. "In this case, I think this place will be a valuable lesson to you. In order words: I'm ditching you to make sure my Hunter isn't eaten. Do whatever you need to do in order to get it done."
The professor stood up and began walking away from the coffin. With each step, small specks of black dust (for lack of a better word) broke off and crumbled off of her. For a moment, it looked as though she was made out of sand that was being blown to pieces by an invisible wind. The entire process took less than seven seconds; she had faded from existence. Red had left.

Wrath took his blank rune that he had gotten from the ground, and brought it over to the crystal openings, placing it with another rune.
Because everyone else was doing something similar and he, again, just wanted to appear as if he were being productive

Energy restoring, he just wanted to take a good rest while his mind spun quickly. The finger tapped against the wall as his eye roamed, he walked towards each of the items and made note of the clues they consisted. Diagrams with digit below it, a blank rune, and he observed some creeple have some runes they personally owned when they went to put them into the slots of the crystal.
What he didn't tell anyone was he had five runes, with two of them matching with the paper and the parchment found within the mess of papers on the ground and dropped near the table respectively. "Six and zero huh..." He muttered, feeling he was getting close to the end of the riddle.

It was a weird sensation... being so heavy from sleep, but not even recalling going to sleep to begin with. Immediately the foreign surroundings were noticeable to the reaper as she roused from her slumber. She blinked slowly, head feeling kind of fuzzy and light... yet weighted at the same time. Her arms take awhile to pull from underneath her and push up, head hanging still as she shifts slowly to a seated position. Nearby she can feel the familiar warmth of her familiar, who is also looking rather sluggish, but protectively curled around her. Smiling to him, the ghoul reached out to gently stroke his low flames that ran along his back.
What had happened to them...?
She was prepared to ask the fire hound just that, when she realized they weren't the only confused ones in this.... wait... cave...? Looking around, her brows drew together with puzzlement. Why were they in this random place...? Where was it? how did they get here? She couldn't even recall the last thing they'd done. Stroking her canine companion helped her stay calm though, normal relaxed, and laidback expression returning. So long as she had him, she'd be fine. They could handle anything. Turning to face him, she got a more thorough inspection of the doberman, running her hands along his sleek form to check for any injury. He kept completely still, glowing eyes surveying the area while she looked him over. Seemed ok... that was a relief. Arms encircling around his neck for a gentle hug, she nuzzled lightly to his cheek, "Glad you're ok, Cannon.." he responded with a slide of his vibrant gaze to hone in on his summoner, narrowing his radiant sockets into a more softer expression. Curving his head around, he gave her a reassuring nuzzle back, snorting quietly in punctuation. Chuckling gently, Verusha gave him a few pats along the shoulders, "Alright, let's see what this weird place is. And figure out how to get out of here.."
Managing to get on her feet, Verusha looked around at what was littered about the odd little cave room. Such random items... and other things. Walking carefully, she was naturally drawn to the blood that stood out from everything else. Was someone hurt...? Kneeling down she let her fingers touch the red liquid, to try and get a better idea of what it was, before going to the water to rinse it off.

Silannas was sure her head was going to hurt after this riddle. She'd need to take a break with some tea after this. Something to soothe her mind. Jasmine tea sounded nice right about now...
She stared down at the blank rune in her hand and faintly wondered if there were more. There were a few spots she hadn't yet checked. Like that table. She had seen a few of the others mess around it so why not try.
Silannas walked over and looked about the table, running her fingers over the surface and along the edges of the table to check for any secrets it might hold.

Keen wasn't too sure how she had come to be here. Then again she wasn't all that sure where HERE was. She had felt so sleepy, and, maybe she had fallen asleep? She rubbed her eyes a bit and looked around slowly.
Stumbling a bit she pressed on what should have been a door, but no movement was seen at all. She frowned a bit and glanced around more. There was something on one wall, but she had nothing that could help here with it. She then gasped as a voice caused some rumbling. What in the world was going on?
A riddle... she was stuck until she could get out.
Keen noticed all the others that were wandering around and stopped to see what they may have found. A person in a coffin, creepy as heck.. some blood on the floor and.. wait what was that?
Moving to the crystals she knelt down, reaching for a blank rune. Could these be useful in any way? She had to look.
Okay so she had a blank, and one of the puzzles was solved with a simple nothing is equil to nothing. Made sense. She sighed a bit and then listened to the riddle that had been said.
The answer is simple as long as you are able To get the five numbers, and solve the table It was crafted from veterans of numbers and math They carved a hole in it for simple finger baths Next patience is the key, wait and see, A clue will appear, in the shape you should heed, Next is a thread winding simple and old, A guide will show the way, in the resources told, Lastly you should see the lines dots connect (Truth to be told, I forgot what comes next.) Lastly after the tenth there is one more riddle to solve What does a table with five people involve One faces against, the rest face towards Five numbers required none more straightforward It is a gamble, it is a risk, it is the emblem etched What is another term for a dark pumpkin sketched?
Well she would need to get her own marked rune if she wanted to move forward. How would she do that though? Ugh, so hard. She looked down at the blank in her hand then looked around for somewhere to use it, or something to do with it.
looking down at the table now she noted the grooves and scuffs and decided that maybe it would be good to rub some dirt into them..
If it worked maybe she could see what was written on there. It seemed as though the markings on the table were important and the first step to the answer would be finding out what had been going on here.
Leaning over the table she frowned a bit, and shook her head. She had no idea what she was looking for, and only the writing would clear her confusion.
"You are trapped here forever," rumbled the voice again, "eternally, this chamber is your burial ground; eternally you sleep; rest, upon you for-"
- It was then that the door burst open, the once locked door, and about five villagers stormed in.
-"The fog!" the first of the villagers didn't wait to catch their breath, running over to grab the sleeping villager (the one that kept on muttering about the secret to some room password), "the fog has disappeared! We are freed!"
"Wait- wait what?" There was a small pause as the large rumbling voice became much, much smaller, and a very small bearded dwarf-like figure (his beard was excessively long, almost twenty times the length of him) popped out from behind the picture frame. "Are you serious?" He gathered most of his beard and ran across the room to the open door, peering out.
Instead of a thick blanket of fog around the town, it was a clear as the sunniest of days. In the distance, several flying dragons were floating lazily in the sky, a few villagers from below waved at them from the caves above, and there was a gentle, chill breeze.
"The curse has been lifted," whispered another villager, turning to the visitors of Miasma Village, "we are free."
They all held hands and ran down the hill and forgot about the visitors entirely and maybe, possibly, the reason why the fog withdrew in the first place: the visitors that had vicariously tackled every obstacle and defeated every challenge given.

Congrats to all who solved the puzzle! Here's the solution for you for those stumped:

If anyone remembers this info thread, there is an NPC that clearly states that the key to the door is 8888.

This .png file is a little confusing? What does it mean? What would happen if we put it on a grey bg?
Here we go! It's some basic math it seems. The red A stands for the area of the red circle. The black B stands for the area of the black circle. The PX stands for pixels, the universal measurement in photoshop, of course.
How did we know this was area? There was a very well placed clue in this thread:
It not so subtly says: A=πr^2
Let's do some simple math then! The radius of the big red circle is 60px. The radius of the black circle is 10px. 11309-315 = 10995. Let's try it!
This is part one and if you got it you would have sent me a pm! I would have given you five runes. There were five of thirteen possible runes you could have gotten.
Next, you were also pmed a clue:
If you wait the 10 seconds, it is an animated gif that will show the shadow of a White Rabbit minipet. If you check the ID, 1, 000, 000, the name of the pet will be a hint, "Plants and Herbs." This one is a little tricky, but with some luck it isn't too bad. There is indeed a thread in our TiH guide as part of the official world lore called Plants and Herbs! On the first post is a quick puzzle:

This is just a pretty simple connect the dots game. Connecting it gave you the numbers 96.
If you pmed, you got another 5 runes. Now, how do we figure out which rune was what?
On page 7 was an obvious clue to place TWO runes you've obtained via PM in the image. When you did, it would show something like:
By ranking your runes, you would get a good general idea of what numbers you had. Didn't have enough? There were also blank runes that could be used either to clone your rune, or to figure out the value depending on how they were placed. The 0, 6 and 7, were also freebies so you could see where your number ranked. The true order was:
Now, you have 10 runes, and you've vaguely found your values. What do you do with them?
This is the most obvious clue. The image on the card is a black jack-o-lantern. Aka: blackjack! It would explain 13 cards, and sets of 5. The goal of the numbers is to hit as close to 21 as possible without busting. 20 and 21 were accepted as winning values. If you went over 21 it was bust and you had to try again! If you didn't have runes matching those two values, you could have cloned one using a blank rune:
