Quote: The village is running low on food and it is up to you to find some steaks and cook them for the village. You are granted exactly one portable spit though you will have to do the hunting yourself. Right in the outskirts of the village are EVIL HAND TURKEYS. They have 10 HP each, which your character will have to defeat in normal battle combat style (attack with the dice mechanics of your current character until it hits 0 HP). They do -2 auto damage to you every time you hit it. When you have defeated a turkey, you can carve from it, a turkey steak. Roll 1d10 to cook your steak. If you roll 1-5 your steak is raw, if you roll 6-8 your steak is perfect, if you roll 9-10 you steak is unedible. Only RAW and perfect steaks are allowed. gaia_star If you acquire a perfect steak, it is considered a quest item. Add it to your quest item list.

He caught the turkey and went back to the village, the time he took impressed the villagers. They took a quick glance at the upside down evil hand turkey in wonderment before went back to their work. From their back, they asked him to cook the turkey into delicious steak. A fire they spared to him and a set up ready for holding the spit. Despite he didn't win the hell kitchen contest, he was confident with his talents over cooking.
Killing the turkey to end it suffering, he removed the feathers and plucked the neck off the body. He gouged all the giblets from the cavity to clean the middle and fed them to Head. It was afterall a beast that wasn't picky on foods, albeit its favourite was desserts. AJ cleaned his hands and secured the whole turkey onto the spit, he made sure it won't fall during the turning movements. He turned around to grab his bag, in which he picked out bottles of salt and pepper and bags of spices to season the turkey. He grabbed two seasoning between fingers and shook, another hand rubbed on the surface of the turkey to make sure it's evenly disturbed with a little bit of massage.
Time to put on the primitive roaster, he checked one last time to make sure the turkey won't drop during the cooking process. AJ fixed the spit onto the set-up and started rolling it slowly. Manual swirls without the convenience of handle was tired and hot. He let the scales to cover in sheer layer over his hands to avoid direct burning, the heat reminded him of the scar he obtained. It was horrific and bitter to see with his eyes.
A drool dropped onto his hand reminded him of the cooking, he sharpened a claw to dig into the flesh to check with its status. Red myoglobin water drained from the small hole, indicated its rawness. "Far from perfect." He mumbled, continued the tedious swirling near the fire. Despite the fact that he inhabited the desert for a long time before Amityville, it didn't mean he won't sweat. Yet, it was another reason he didn't wish to stay near a fire for long.
AJ shook the thought off his mind and checked with the turkey roasting, the color looked gorgeous, dark golden yellow to brown and made crispy sound when touched. He put his claw inside it again, feeling the firmness of the meat and how wonderful its juicy context was. "Perfect." He grinned smugly. Believing it would be a crowd-pleaser, he presented the turkey steak still emitting white lovable steams and scents.
The cloaked villagers gazed at the steak, and took it without saying anything. In return, they gave him another perfect steak, just lack of seasoning at all.
Perfect Steak GET!
