Hobbies: Research - Alexei's occupation requires him to do constant research, but more than just what his job requires, he has an obsessive need to know as much as he can about all things that might even remotely concern him. He likes to be educated and focuses especially on local politics and crime. He spends a substantial amount of time researching cases, trials, and crime, but will invest himself in anything he feels might be helpful to advance his social standing or personal wellbeing.
Procedurals - Procedural shows are a guilty pleasure; he finds some familiarity in the setting, however due to the unrealistic dramatizations he is able to destress and finds them amusing. Though he will not admit it, he enjoys the romanticization. Judgemental - While judging is a part of his job, it is also a part of Alexei. He frequently sees himself on another level than those around him, and his arrogance results in him judging others.
