Personality: Disciplined, calculating individual. Enjoys training and learning as well as stories and time spent with older individuals. He is a kinda a softy when it comes to his village and its citizens, especially the young gennin who are starting their own path and their own journey. Sanshi was not exactly known for his jutsu or exceptional skill, but more of his mental and creative abilities. He could take a simple jutsu and turn it into a weapon simply because no one had seen it used that way. It was reasons like this that he was considered an asset and dangerous at the Academy in Sunagakure. Although looked apon by others, he has no real wish to be a “super” Ninja, but one who does his duty to his squad and village and does it to the best of the ability. They say that reputation spills less blood, but also causes confrontation. Sanshi always spoke that if he could add to the reputation of his village, the other villages would not know who was the “miracle” worker, and would thus think twice when beginning an engagement with them proving his tactical thinking. Even at a young age, Sanshi has extreme loyalty and patriotism to his village, even to the point of excepting that he would probably not be the best or most known, but the most dedicated and disciplined. He came to the idea that he didn’t care for what position or ranking he was given, as long as he gave 100% to his village, he would be satisfied with anything. He has plans to study hard and gain knowledge and power in all forms of combat, as well as the tactics and maneuvers involved. He wished to be a leader of a platoon, maybe even an ANBU someday, that served to the Kage that helped the position and status of his village.

Chuunin years: His time as a chunnin was brief, but very dramatic. With lots of fighting and training, San quickly learned that his tacics were his real gift. creative use of lesser techniques in conjunction together allowed him to fight with the upper level warriors and survive. He didnt win the battles, but also was not gravely defeated. He trained with his little brother Sarus in the form of ninjutsu and tactics, in return for his brothers natural ability with their bloodline.

Jounin: His time as a Jounin was only in preperation for his lifelong goal: ANBU. He wanted to be a black ops so bad, and his goal was so close he could taste it. With a few rounds of a** kicking by Bast sensei and Six sensei, San learned the required material and went through his tests and exams to become an ANBU. He passed with flying colors, and quickly worked his way to many difficult missions to further the power and stability of the Suna village. In gaining the ANBU status, he discovered that his long lost mentor and friend Ganchou, who was supposedly killed by Sarus, was actually alive under a very elaborate and complete disquise. After this revilation and knowledge was released to him, they as ANBU worked as the main black ops team for Sunagakure.

Konin years: San spent alot of his years as a konin teaching and training. He had many students come and go, one promising medic named James quickly became one of San's best friends and co workers. He would challenge James and all the ninja, including Bast to work as a team, deal with a powerful coordinated force, and use collaboration techniques. He would also be a pivitol and crucial member of the strike force that saved the citizens of Rouran from a jashin encounter, and even help fight Lord Jashin himself.

First time skip: One year: San fully jumped into his VOID responsibilities, going on many recon missions all over the Wind country and setting up a defense and intel network that could hear a fly on the a** of the a** (donkey). Working with james to form many different kinds of rounds for his magrail, he learned and worked it into it being a Weapon of Mass destruction and would act as a primary deterant for an attack on Suna, Promising unparalleled death and destruction on any attacking village. San promising "Your attack will be defeated, and your village will be destroyed." He personally would work on Fuuin as well as taiutsu, finding the need to train his body and reflexis as to take down enemies quickly and effectively to defeat enemies silently. If he was to be an intel guy, he needed to not just be unseen, but invisible and unnoticed.

More Konin years: After many years of great service, Mamoru decided it was time to promote San the title of "Yurie" or "next in line" for the title of Kazekage. Although it was a wonderful surprise for the ninja, San still saw it as business as usual, helping out the village in any and all ways that he could with a smiling and happy heart. With continued training, San found he has a new set of abilities in bukijutsu and taijutsu, making an absolute killer combination with his bloodline abilities. Finding him to be well versed in all forms of ninja tactics, disciplines, and arts San still enjoyes training and even observing the younger folks get stronger as the gained experience and wisdom in their own abilities, passing the same warmth and love that Six sensei passed on through him.

Sannin years: It was a great day, one San had never thought he would see. Six sensei and Bast sensei had both signed his forms, and given him their own seal of approval of his skills, character, and devotion to the village and promoted him to Sannin rank. With his new found authority and responsibility, San took it as his own personal mission to increase the education content within the academy, giving the younger ninja's in training assignments and "missions" that would almost force them to think outside the box, and if they tried to follow the mission parameters to the letter that failure was the only option. This would thus massage the cognitive ability of all the Suna ninja' and prepare them for life later. In the University, San would change the curriculum a full 180 and almost force them to follow parameters and rules by the letter, not to actually incourage this type of thinking, but to make the older ninja have to be more sneaky and aware of not just their objectives, but the higher ups motives and maybe even unspoken messages and objectives. Thus secrete missions could be given given in plain sight, but never on the record. In the University, San would form the TACT course (teamwork and collaboration training) that every single Gennin would have to pass before being able to be sent on to active duty, once again massaging the cognative and creative ability of all Suna ninja.

More Sannin Years: After returning from the Void, San would aid in the attempted rehabilitation of his student Akane, who was suffering psycotic breaks. Finally, in a terrorist style attack, Akane began calling himself Akio and attempted to destroy much of the village. It wasn't until San personally killed the body that the attack was over. From here, the Sannin would start a full investigation.
