Now the blade grew to about 8 inches, 8 inches of pure lightning chakra. it was a rather thin blade and not dense, but its electric nature and thin, cutting quiality made it rather effective in combat. Also, the gennin had another idea and use for it.

Trying to push its max length and density, the Satetsu kept allowing his chakra to to flow and move....only to wath him loose control and the technique dissapted. It was ok though, he had gotten the technique down and that is what counted. he knew as he grew older and stronger that his maxes and abilities would grow.

Again looking at the scroll, it appeared the Next technique he was going to learn was actually an offshoot of the blade he just learned. Although an off shoot, it would require more chakra and a higher ability of shape minipulation in order to make it effective or even worth the training. Once again, San read off and perfomred the neccessary hand seals to perform the technique.

The gennin found it easier to form lightning chakra after all the practice he has had, but would need alot more concentration in order to make this technique work. Focusing his chakra inbetween his fingers, San began to visualize and form his 4 blades of lightning.

The blades where still forming, as San began to find it difficult to concentrate on all the blades and form them at once. taking a deep breath in, and closing his eyes, he visualized what the perfect set would look like and opened his eyes. To his sure amazement, it actually worked. Before him where 4 pulsating, sparking kunai made of pure lightning chakra. San couldnt help smiling at his accomplishment.

Feeling the energy flowing, San looked and felt his magnetic chakra once again draw the vectors making his lightning energy want to move. All the gennin did was wave his arm like he was throwing the kunai and the lightning blades propelled across the room, leaving glints of sun shooting through the opposit wall.

But now san needed to Work on getting it right, and getting it to form faster. Performing the same set of hand seals, the gennin concentrated in visualized like he did the first time, hoping the outcome was better.....

Drawing the vectors with his magnetic chakra once again, this time splitting each individual path, San waved his arm and watched the kunai launch. They hooked around pilalrs, aimed for the ceiling, overall did alot of things they shouldnt do. Overall, San was rather impressed with the technique.

Going back to the scroll, San read the last one listed. it apperently was talking about forming a cloud of conductive material and sending waves of electric energy out through it. Although San didnt know any jutsu to creat such a cloud, he read a pencled in marking that said "use your sand dummy" that could only have been put in their by the kazekage or Six Sensei. So the kid drew his sand from his burden golem and tried to dispers his cloud throughout the room.

The sand was clearly visible, and that could not do for a sedation style jutsu. The enemy would have to walk into a trap unknowingly for this jutsu to work, so his control over the sand needed to make it more descrete. The gennin concentrated and began to spread his sand out more and more, trying to make it as invisible as he could.

Still, san could make the cloud and fog a little more descrete. Although fin and refined, their was a distinctive dark hint to the area. he had to work this out. Once more, pushing and pressing the sand into a thinner thinner cloud would make it better.

Finally, the sand cloud was descrete and it was almost impossible to detect. maybe the tamer class could detect with the improved senses, but that would be about it to San's understanding. Focusing his chakra, once again forming the lightning, san focused for a little bit more before doing what the scroll said.

San released his lightning chakra and watched the waves prevade through the fog, shocking and sending sparks from particle to particle. It would be a great trap to exxicute, espeically with a few other prepared surprises as well as levi's origami abilities. Once again, san Smiled.

Pulling back his and to his burden golem, the Kid felt one last static charge leave his body as he reached through the scroll. Chuckling, the kid ran over it making sure there was nothing he had missed.

Realising he had covered and practiced everything in the scroll, the Satetsu placed it back into his burden golem. Removing a different scroll, san unfolded it and placed it out infront of him on the ground. Reading line by line, he remembered Sensei speaking about how his chakra was naturally affiliated with lightning and earth elements. So with a great change in pace, it seemed San was now going to learn to minipulate the ground.
The first technique spoke of how to minipulate your chakra to allow you to "swim" in the ground. Thinking, the gennin realized that this would be a rather useful technique. Performing the hand seals, san focused his chakra and allowed it to burrow and meld with the ground. Relaxing, the satetsu found himself sinking into the ground. Moments later, the gennin apepared getting out about 20 feet away with no visible dirt markings or anything. it was a rather cool skill.

The scroll then explained that San was going to fall into the ground and grab the opponents leg and pull them under. An interesting jutsu, but apperently quicker. performing the neccessary hand seals, San sunk into the ground.

A few yards away, San's hand appeared out of the ground pretending to grab aleg, and pulled it down under. Above ground he would either be using his sand or his team mates would be having a field day with their new victim.

Pulling himself out of the ground, Sand gave a kick at the imaginary head in the ground as he walked back to learn more from his scroll.

The next jutsu was going to be rather difficult only on the scale that San had never done anything like this before. taking hsi chakra and burrowing it under his imaginary opponent, San began to use ti to break down and make a cyclone in the ground, though no visible disturbances could be seen.

Not even a moment passed and the ground broke, revealing a cyclone like hole in the ground. the moving earth began to drag his imaginary opponent down into its depths.

By now the opponent was over his head with earth, unable to breath. It was a rather effective jutsu to catch people by surprise apperently, especially those who had no Doton abilities. They would have to either have an unbelievable ammount of strenght, or use a high level jutsu to escape.

The ground closed up, sealing the fate of San's imaginary opponent. poor guy, he recieved alot of abuse. His Attention returned back to the scroll, so he could see what other things he could learn.

The next jutsu worked in a similar way, but involved bring earth up from the ground rather then bringing them to the ground. San performed the needed hand seals and focused his chakra into a different spot this time, visualizing the earth rising and using similar shape minipulation from his previous blade techniques.
((Doryuusou - Earthen Rising Spears 1/4))
San could feel the earth pushing and pulling, preparing to spring up in an instant. The dynamic tension was growing, allowing the power of the technique to be immense.
