San Sat there and began to applaud the kid for his success at connecting and creating the form for his bloodline. It seemed with this level of control, the kid named Maro would be able to continue with his training. without standing, the ninja began to speak again.
"Very good! Woot woot! alright here is your next technique buddy! its called the Explosive release: pop. A skill used mostly for disarming an opponent, but can also be used for typical combat purposes. The user will first concentrate their explosive chakra into their index and middle fingers. They will then attempt to 'poke' the target's limbs, typically the wrist when attempting to disarm, releasing a small explosive charge. The explosion is not very powerful at all, but it can still singe and offset when executed properly."
San then had the ferrofluid sculpture demonstrate and visualize the effects of the technique, and then showed the outline with how the chakra was supposed to work. At the same time, the ninja himself began to train a few jutsu. He pulled out a long stretch of cloth and wrapped it around one of the rocks. This technique was completed. Using his iron sand particles to carry one of the large rocks to him, the ninja placed a hand on it and it was instantly teleported across university to bee seen on the other side. Finally, the ninja pulled his hands together and began to put Maro in a trance, allowing to pull back the long forgotten memory of him instinctivly using the explosive pop technique. Smiling, the ninja relaxed again. it was good to be awesome....
On the other side of the university, San explained to steven how to use the technique.
"Just relax and flow your chakra, and connect with the moisture in the air. Form it into the mist...."

Maro's mind wandered back in time watching himself using the explosive pop technique against a random bandit. In that moment of his memory his father had ran up to the man and punched the attacker right across the face. The father and the attacker were fighting amongst each other but the father had the upper hand with his taijutsu mastery. Maro's mind kept fluttering about using the technique and stared at his hand. The vision then vanished.
Maro broke off from the trance and freaked out as if he had been gone a life time. He picked his hand up to his face and stared at it, remembering the powre that once surged through him. Knowing that the technique is used to disarm an opponent and no one around was holding a weapon that he would think would take it kindly to him disarming them, he had taken out a kunai into his left hand and focused all his chakra into his right index and middle finger. He gulped as he was realizing with the lack of control he might end up blowing his arm off out of instinctive use of power so he took major precaution in having complete control of his chakra. He then poked himself in the wrist, sweat coming from his brow out of concentration and hope not to blow his own hand off and released an explosive charge. The explosive shock caused him to shake his arm and he dropped the kunai. He freaked out in excitedness that he had control. He successfully disarmed himself.
'I DID IT! I DISARMED MYSELF! OH MY GOD MY ARM IS STILL HERE AND I DID IT! Oh boy is this going to come in handy, haha what a pun.'
Maro then stared at his teacher and smiled so widely and said, "Like that?"
Maro's smile was as big as ever and was waiting for a compliment from his teacher because his teacher was so kind. He expected his teacher to be proud of him and continue to work with him and be happy of how fast he is actually accomplishing his bloodline.

San gave the kid a double thumbs up with his classic cheesy smile going. With an excited voice, the ninja continued.
"That was very awesome buddy! I like your style! Here is your next technique, called Explosive release: detonate. The user slaps or chops his/her intended target with a simple chakra enhanced hand, releasing an explosive charge on contact. Because of its simple method, low cost, and effective results, this is a more commonly seen Bakuton technique. Use it on the very heavy boulder i created for you, see what destruction you can do!"
San continued with his own training. Hitting a summoning technique, the ninja summoned....lots and lots of boulders. The forming another single hand seal, the ninja appeared on the other side of the university in a astral and multi colored view, speaking in a low and distorted voice.
"You can do it buddy! Bust that damn boulder!"
Then the ninja was about to slam his hand into the ground to do a triple rashumon summon, then thought agaisnt it. he really didnt need to practice a simple technique like that. The sannin seemed quite and relaxed

Maro's enthusiasm had rose to the roof! He was so confident in his teacher's belief in him that he believed he could blow up 10,000 boulders. Then he had looked at the boulder and his confidence fidgeted a little bit but confidence soared through his veins almost as much as chakra.
Maro walked up to the boulder and said to himself 'Fingertips won't work like on the last rock, I need to use my whole hand.' He focused the chakra into his right hand, mainly the side he would chop the boulder with, focused his hand in the air and brought it down on the boulder with a mighty swing. His strength broke the boulder just a tad bit with a little mini explosion like from pop and made a bit of the boulder just break off.
He screamed, "SON OF A BISCUIT EATING ROCK NINJA! THAT HURT!"
His faith would not be shaken, after focusing himself again and not paying attention to the throbbing pain of smacking a rock with the side of his hand, he focused the chakra to his hand again. He brought his hand up into the air and focused mainly on the nature of the skill instead of just generic chakra, pictured in his mind what he was going to do. In that moment he brought his hand down upon the boulder and an explosion greater than any he has done occured. The boulder bursted into many pieces flying in all directions but not small little fragments like he did with explosive skin to the tiny rocks but generally small.
Two pieces flew towards his teacher San and he yelled "Teacher, watch out!"
Maro's heart raced and his mind flooded with thoughts 'Oh god, how angry is he gonna be with me if that hits him! Oh god, Oh god!'

San could only smile as the kid succeeded in blowing up the boulder. He would have to get used to this, because if he could blow up a boulder, a massive and heavy boulder, then the human body will be easy to destroy. He quickly heard his students voice about the flying pieces of rock he felt through the particle field around him, and decided to try a new technique on them. He had about one million ways of defending, but now was a perfect time to try a new set of techniques.
Forming a single hand seal, all the debree flying through the air around sand would suddenly stop as a seal expanded on the ground out from his feet. Getting a cocky smile on his face, the ninja spoke.
"He he he...this technique is awesome. Your next jutsu is the Explosive release: Explosive wave. Rather than making contact and releasing the explosion upon the enemy, the user will stop their hand about two feet from his/her target. At this distance, the user will quickly pulse chakra through their hand in order to create a short-range withheld blast, roughly the same width as the user's palm. The blast travels about three feet, but the focal point is at its center."
Dropping the seal, and the two pieces fell to the floor infront of him, San reached down and touched the ground for a moment, then quickly ran to the other side of the university. With a big grin, the ninja formed another hand seal, and a single layer of protection formed over him in the shape of an orb. Speaking yet again, the ninja smiled as he placed a hand on one of the boulders stuck in his protection field.
"I want you to use your technique to break my barrier, and see if you can hit me with it. Got it?"

Maro was hesitant about hitting his teacher. He didn't want to cause harm on accident to the one who is treating him so well.
"I will do as you say but please protect yourself."
Maro backed up with his head down about 20 feet, not knowing if he really wanted to do this. 'What would happen if I hurt him? Would someone blame me? Will I be banned from being a Ninja? I'll try to keep it light.'
Maro saw the barrier and saw the distance to hit his teacher. He focused on what his teacher said 'The user will stop their hand about two feet from his/her target. At this distance, the user will quickly pulse chakra through their hand in order to create a short-range withheld blast, roughly the same width as the user's palm. The blast travels about three feet, but the focal point is at its center.' He focused his chakra into his palm like instructed. He noticed the power coming and realized it was time to test his ability. Maro charged forward, remembering what his teacher had said, and stopped approximately two feet in front of the barrier with his hand raised and let out a light blast. The blast went towards the barrier, hit it, and did nothing.
Maro jumped in shock. 'I've underestimated my teacher, he expects me to go full force. I must trust that he knows what he's doing.'
Maro went back about 20 feet, head held high, ready for the task at hand. Focused all his chakra into his palm, shaking from the amount of chakra and concentration on this move which seemed necessary. He factored in the distance, what is required for this specific skill, put all that is required into this and charged forward. He ran with all his might, his face tensed with passion.
"Here it comes!"
Maro then throws his hand forward, approximately two feet infront of the barrier just as before, and pulses out his chakra to let out a blast far larger than the other one smacking the barrier with a loud BAM! A cloud of dust erupted and Maro couldn't see anything for a second, he waited for it to clear to see the result.

Steven listened and while he was confused about how it was supposed to work without water chakra it did say it was a maruton technique and as such should be possible either way. putting that aside he began to slowly extend his chakra tentitively trying to reach out at the moisture in the air. suddenly and unexpectedly the moisture condensed and thickened in the air. startled Steven quickly let it drop but was able to retain enough to prove he could at least do the technique to a minor degree.
"how's this look sensei?"
he asked hoping for some praise.

San could only smile as the first impact didnt break the barrier. Yet when the kid went to try again, the satetsu smiled and was excited that he had so much heart. He would actually have to use the technique he was planning on using. In the moment the barrier broke, San's body dissapeared like he had used the body flicker technique, but he had formed no hand seals. He had place a seal earlier, back on his original chair, and sat smiling.
"Very good! I like the effort and the perseverance. Those are the real tools of a ninja. Your next technique is Explosive release: landmine palm. A weak version of the Landmine Fist technique. The user performs a hard palm thrust, attempting to strike a weak point in the target's defenses. At the same moment as the impact, he/she will release explosive chakra in an instant, causing a moderate blast which will push the two parties from one another. This technique can also be manipulated to create distance. Here, hit this boulder with it."
San used this chance to use a technique to grab the other boulder. Using the manipulated lightning technique, the ninja created physical threads that would wrap around a small boulder and pull it to him. Throwing it in the air the ninja hit a set of hand seals, then exhauled a huge amount of lightning chakra that burst the boulder into pieces. As the pieces fell, the sannin held his hand out infront of him alowing one to land. Pulsing a bit of chakra through it, the ninja smiled.
"Lets see what you can do"
The other San clone in the area had to laugh with Steven as he spoke.
"Well, you have to remember that i dont see anymore so i cant tell you how effective the mist you have created is. I can feel the coolness on my skin, but thats about it. I dont have vision for you technique to obscure."

Steven looked down as he had forgotten about that fact and felt bad for having brought that up. to him. the loss of sight would be a great disadvantage and he wasn't sure if it was even possible for anyone to truley overcome being blind without the use of extensive sensory techniques.
"i'm very sorry about that... i forgot. please forgive me sensei!"
he said then dropped to his knees as if he were praying to San.

Maro's heart jumped with enthusiasm. The hairs in his arms had stood straight up from the excitement and nervousness. To have heard his teacher say his effort and perseverance were real tools of a ninja, it gave him such confidence.
"Oh boy, I am learning so much! And I am not even that tired!"
Maro refocused onto the boulder and the new skill he is supposed to master. He took a good distance of about ten feet away from the boulder.
'Hard palm thrust, strike a weak point in the target's defenses. This is a rock.. At the same moment as the impact, I will have to release explosive chakra in an instant which will push the rock and I from one another. This will be difficult but I will do this.'
Maro tried to do exactly what the description of the skill said. He focused himself on releasing chakra in an instant, instead of a dead giveaway of chakra being charged into his palm right away. He readied himself, realizing what he was about to do and ran towards the boulder. He smacked the boulder with his palm with all his might and tried to release chakra from his palm in an instant to cause an explosion like the rest. The result was a minor crackle and no push back. Maro's hand started to throb.
"Oww! Man I did that wrong... oh boy.. That hurt."
Maro proceeded to walk back to where he started the last time and ready himself for another attempt.
'Okay last time didn't work, I need to fully gain control of the flow of chakra.'
He readied himself yet again, focused on not letting chakra be exposed until he actually makes contact with the target. He charged forward yet again with his right hand ready. He hit the boulder with his palm again, when the palm hit the target he desired, he released chakra into his palm. He then made a loud connection with the boulder. At the impact the explosion caused him and the boulder to back up only inches. The boulder took a bigger hit than before but still not big enough to send either the boulder or him back very far and it broke the boulder but not drastically.
'Why didn't that work? It felt right but yet was wrong.'
His mind flurried in possibilities of why that did not work.
'Strike a weak point in the target's defenses. That's all I haven't factored in but a boulder doesn't have weak defenses..'
Maro stared at his teacher wondering if his teacher had a response but the teacher just stared intently waiting for results. Then it had hit him.
'The hole I just made with my second attempt, that is a weakness in the defense. This ability isn't supposed to just be used as an opening attack but maybe a finisher for something I have already done, maybe to finish off an opponent but push me back from others to regain my ground.'
Maro focused himself yet again confident in what he is going to do. He went to the same position he had for both other times.
'If this doesn't work then I don't know what will but this WILL work!'
Maro was fully confident in what he was about to do. He readied his hand, even though still hurting from the first attempt, he was confident he could do this. Maro talked to himself "Be brave and put your might into this." Then he was off, ran towards the boulder at full speed. Yelling out a battle cry "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH", released chakra at the moment of impact and SLAM! The boulder was drilled right through, even though not totally destroyed and sent flying backwards around fifteen feet while Maro was sent back about five feet.
Maro's heart jumped out of his body, he was so excited. He couldn't believe what he had just done yet could believe it one hundred percent. Even though he felt as if his body was going everywhere, he just stood still, not moving, staring at the result. His mind flew everywhere, doing so many things, picturing him jumping off walls, blowing up enemy towers, anything that could cross the mind, the impossible would have been achieved.
Even though this result is tiny compared to what his mind followed he knew in his heart he was learning quickly and would soon become a great assett to the village.
Maro turned his head, towards his teacher, with a smile on his face still in shock and basically unable to move. He gained enough focus to say, "You never told me if I could take my shirt off." then started to fall back into shockness but shook it off.
"Teacher, if I can do all this with one hand, is it possible to do my abilities with two?"

(What is this bullshit I disappear and s**t happens.. I don't think this is going to change my mind that me posting in places just kills them.. stare ) Ken of the Long KnivesSunagakure's Butcher Ken heard the sounds of explosions from elsewhere in the University after having passed out looking through scrolls in the University and he felt like one he should explore and that he should figure out who the hell was making the explosion sound. He went exploring getting closer to where he thought the explosions were coming from before looking into the room and watching the training of Maro.

San smiled as the kid spoke, seeing as the kid had picked up on his next technique already. Speaking while flashing a set of hand seals, the ninja had summoned a change clone in the form of Gene Simmons. This would be the target of his genjutsu.
"Very good guess my young padawan learner. Your next technique is exactly that, called Blast release: Twin landmine palm. With a bit more training, the user will be able to release the Landmine Palm technique with both hands at the same time. (This is done as if using the technique twice in one instance, so it will consume the needed chakra twice.) You already have most the mechanics, so it wont take you long to learn it really (2 posts). Let me see what you got!"
The ninja went on to perform a vocal genjutsu on his clone, and watched it suddenly loose all will to do...anything...except rock out to his song "Dr. Love."
The other san clone gave a perplexed look to Steven then gave a histarical voice response.
"Buddy, its all fine really. I dont mind being blind...it actually offers more benifits then challenges...."

Maro smiled as he realized he figured out a piece of his next ability.
He thought to himself 'He still didn't tell me if I can take off my shirt.. I guess I will just take it off and see if he says anything after I am done.'
Maro slipped his shirt off casually just making it seem normal and went and lined up two boulders that San had summoned before hand.
He made a 10 foott gap in between himself and the two boulders.
'Knowing how to do landmine palm, I should be able to do the twin easily, even though my left hand is not as proficient in activities, I have proven my decent balance of chakra to myself.'
Maro readied himself for what he was about to do. Knowing the knockback might be bigger he checked behind him to see if he was clear and nothing was in his path, he also said outloud "Please do not step infront of the boulders" and let out a small chuckle. He then raced forward, no chakra presence to be found. He then slammed both boulders with his palms with extreme force and chakra bursted from his palms creating the same result as before in both rocks and sending them flying backwards around the same distance. He himself had been pushed back around the same distance as before, maybe a little more.
'Hmm, it seems the force together didn't add itself but just equalized. I guess that makes sense.'
"Not to sound cocky but that was fairly easy as you said it should be." Maro laughed a bit and then said in an enthisastic voice "What's next?"

The sannin noticed yet another ninja to enter the area, and quickly formed his iron sand particles into another clone who approached him.
"Hello there! I am Sanshi Satetsu, aperent leader and professor of Suna's University. Whats your name? Are you in need of training?"
Back with Maro, the sannin kept a blank face as he took of his shirt. Attire wasnt exactly neccessary here in the University, but depending on the training it was deemed helpful. In this instance, the kid would be in the right.
"Nicely done buddy! Your next technique is the Blast release: Earthen rising blast. A technique whose name is a bit more frightening than its effects. The user places his/her hands to the ground while releasing explosive chakra. After a short period of time, they will rip their arms up in a swift yank, causing an explosion which tears the terrain upward in chunks. Typically used to create mild barriers or to simply destroy the flooring. Lets see what you can do...."
San went off to train his last genjutsu he would ever learn, and probably ever need. At his age and level, he was near his own perfect army. When James would come around, and undoubtedly get stronger, the VOID would be finally i good runnings. lots of good ninja were on the rise, and San could see many great futures. So the ability to persuade seemed to be neccessary...especially as the CIA director.
Speaking to his change clone in the form of Gene simmons, the ninja smirked as he gave his wonderful orders.
"Gene Simmons! Stop playing a song you know is already horrible and vile and play a song you know everyone likes. Pick up your guitar and begin to play the wonderful tune of "friday" by Rebecca black. Sing in her key, and your best imatation of her voice."
As soon as San was done speaking, the clone immedeatly sought out to follw his orders. Slapping his knees and laughing miserably, the sannin seemed to greatly enjoy his new found technique. Maybe the kid would help blow him up?

"Umm, my teacher wants me to blow a hole in the floor.... LIFE CAN'T BE BETTER THAN THIS!"
Maro overheard what San had said to the clone and said, "Never mind.. I retract my last statement..."
After a good laugh Maro focused on what San just said about his new ability.
'The user places his/her hands to the ground while releasing explosive chakra. After a short period of time, they will rip their arms up in a swift yank, causing an explosion which tears the terrain upward in chunks. Okay time to give this a shot.'
Maro took his hands and placed them on the ground and tried to release chakra as he was told. He waited a period of probably about two seconds and ripped his arms from the surface in a yank like what he was told and expected the terrain to tear into chunks. Nothing was infront of him and he looked down to notice he just put a hole in the floor but did not rip anything into the air.
'Oh shoot! I just blew a hole in the academy.'
He looked to his teacher out of his peripherals to see if he was agitated or shocked but couldn't see a sign of either. He let out a sigh of relief.
He then refocused himself and paid more attention to what he was going to do rather than just going ahead and doing it, this is different than the abilities from before. He placed his hands on the ground again and released explosive chakra. He waited a short period and yanked his arms into the air having a constant flow of chakra explode into and under the surface ripping it upwards into the air in giant pieces. Maro then released the chakra and watched the pieces fall back to the ground and tore no more of the Academy floor.
'I did it! That wasn't so hard... Oh crap... if I have to fix this, this is gonna be a lot of loss training time!'
