San could only chuckle at the comment of James. He was right, it would be terribly ironic. But that was besides the point. As they went up the elevator, the satetsu lost his mech hazmat suit, and began to chat away with james as they were leaving.
"So...i actually kinda understood the technique. I dont think i could ever have performed it...but i think i could help you produce it or something. This sensory thing is kinda...baller not gonna lie. Not that you actually could make an interesting technique and all...hahahah...just playing. Lets report to Mam and get this over with."

Doc walked closer to the old capital and remembered something that was mentioned to him earlier. He remembered that he had to go through the internal tunnels so he could not get in to a situation that was happening somewhere else. Doc walked through the tunnels and came out apon some men that seemed to be at the back of a group of shinobi that are holding back a huge group of protesters. "No one's in charge her my friend. But all you need to do is keep the rioters under control and find a way to get them to stop. So get going and just start trying stuff there because it looks like their getting restless there." said the shinobi.
Doc nodded at the shinobi while he was talking then looked over at the rioters. "Ok. Well I'm going to try and do something now. I guess." Doc said as he turned and started to head over to them. Doc didn't know what to do about the situation that was happening here. Doc stoped on a rock and looked at the rioters and analyzed everything around him.

When Doc was standing there, he noticed that some of the rioters were coming towards him. "Please stop this nonsense! You are doing nothing here that is going to get your water back quicker!" Doc shouted at the crowed. All of a sudden, everyone turned and started running at Doc. Doc started moving his hands to use a jutsu when someone had come up behind him and hit him in the back. Doc turned around quickly and threw a sendon in to the persons foot, then he quickly grabbed a smoke bomb and threw it on the ground. Doc poked his head out of the ground once he had swam out behind the big crowed of people. He perform the hand signs for Uo Tsuba, and shot a constant water burst at the crowed to stun them. Doc got around to the other side and he came out of the ground fully this time, but when he came out some one saw him. They picked up a rock and threw it at Docs face, but he saw it coming and dodged it. Doc acted like it hit him in the face, so he covered his face with his hands for a few moments and when he turn back around the rioters were looking at him (Kowaikao no Jutsu) The rioters were scared out of there minds that some of them actually ran away, Doc had the most scariest face that anyone could imagine. Doc got up off his knees slowly and looked up. everyone was still scared because his face was still really scary but there was one person that was running at him. Doc performed Iwa no Jutsu and the person stumbled and one of his knees hit the ground but he got up quickly. Doc was still in some pain from what happened to him but he quickly made the hand signs for Iwa no Jutsu. Doc shot water at him and stunned him enough for Doc to get up to him and put him on the ground. "If you guys don't stop this and leave, then there will be no chance of you getting water back. If you riot, then you are pulling people that could be fixing the water problem, here to stop you guys." Doc yelled at the rioters. Doc was really hoping that they would actually listen to him. The person that Doc just had his knee on ran back over to the crowed and when the person was running back, another person ran at Doc. Doc performed Iwa no Jutsu and stunned the person in their tracks. Doc ran up and punched them in their face to put them to the ground. "If you want to end up like these people then come at me, but if you want to keep your body intact then leave! Right now!" Doc shouted again at the rioters. The person Doc punched got up and ran back to where the rest of them were.
Some of the people in the crowed ran away back to their houses. The rest of the rioters just slowly walked out of the area and back to where they came from. "Man that was annoying. The San clone walked through the city, and found the forge.
"Hey, i need 2 tons of Flash Bainite made into grains? The Name is Sanshi Satetsu, your Queen knows me well."
After small talk about the queen, the bainite process, and all that shinanagins, the shipment was made. Due to the light weight material, there was alot of it. The clone then reverse summoned himself and the metal away

The caravan slowly rumbled up to the South gate of Rouran, heavily escorted by the shinobi concealed nearby. Al moved with the leader of the caravan as he produced a scroll marked with several hieroglyphics that satisfied the Anubis squad stationed there. Once they'd returned to the caravan, it rumbled forward past the large gate and deep into the City of Old.

San moved into his escort position, making sure to keep a wider perimeter around the merchant, as well as awaiting Al's orders. The Satetsu had all of his sensory "stuff" going on, drawing out and tagging everyone in the immedeate area. If this tea was as good as he said it was, this could get rough quickly.
The merchant walked up to Al, and began to speak as if he owned the place. He was clearly nervous. "I want to set up my stand there, by those buidlings in that large courtyard there. That should give us plenty of space for advertising as well as to create lines for people to form to keep confusion and tensions down."

Alvard nodded at the manager, taking a good "look" at the courtyard. After checking the manager's lease to make sure he could have the spot, he waved the caravan in and signaled the squad to regroup. "Alright, we're being paid to stay here for the grand opening and make sure everything goes smoothly. I'd like Wolf on that rooftop, covering the courtyard. Bear and I will be down in the courtyard on opposite sides, watching the courtyard and making sure nothing happens from down here." He turned to Doc, eying him for a second (figuratively), and said quickly "For now, just stay close to the shop and keep an eye on the owner and workers. If things go south, we're obligated to keep them safe. Unless you have more specified talents...?" Waiting for a reply, he checked to see who else was around.
