Name:Roxxanna Wilcoxx Nickname:Roxxy, Anna Age:32 Birthday:April 11 Sign:Aires Gemstone:Diamond Blood Type: AB+ Fav. Food:Apples with caramel dipping sauce. Hated Food:Hot dogs (what even are they? Roxxy will wait, take your time finding out) School:Graduated from Crystal Academy and a Bachelors in Business from DCU. She can't... remember... she works at a bookshop called Storytime and... she thinks that it's important to her... more so than a normal job should be...
Hobbies: DIY Roxxanna hates to call on people to take care of little things around the house, so she does it herself, from sewing to making her own clothes and even fixing the toilet. This saves a lot of time and money and this is why she loves it so much. She watches youtube tutorials and looks up problems on her laptop to find out how to do this little task on her own. If she can’t do it herself she grumbles but does shove out the money when she really needs to get this job done by another. This has grown into an even more prominent hobby as she has purified since Roxxanna now oftentimes busies herself doing Pinterest projects almost continually to keep herself busy. When Roxxanna finishes one project, she moves on to the next, usually having a list of projects on the bench. Roxxanna has also utilized this skill with her new persona becoming a kind of a worker for hire. Mostly posting herself on Craigslist, Roxxanna totes herself as a Jacqueline of all trades, stating that she can do anything from minor repairs around the house to larger DIY projects. Really anything short of actual construction, Roxxanna is happy and able to do.
Thrifting This is her favorite hobby of all time. Who wouldn’t want to go shopping all the time? Well, her shopping is going to thrift stores or the goodwill. It’s the only way to shop. Really, who would want to pay all that money for name-brand clothes when you can thrift and make cute little outfits of your own? Roxxanna will argue you to the ground that thrifting is the only way to go. She has been known to go so far as to take someone with her so that they can pick out what they want and she can transform the garments for them. Again, this has become even more important to her as she is trying to figure out who, exactly, Roxxanna Wilcoxx is. Thrifting means that she can go big and leave her previous comfort zones without worrying about spending piles and piles of cash that she doesn't have. It's also been handy for earning extra cash as she is able to re-purpose clothing and then sell it on Etsy for more than she bought it.
Coffee Shop Bands One of Roxxanna's rather weird hobbies. She is often spotted sipping herbal teas at local coffee bars listening to local bands of the town. She loves to go out to support bands that have yet to hit the big league. She also loves to go to listen to great music while drinking her favorite beverage, which is mint tea with a hint of honey. She says this tends to help her relax at times when she’s getting annoyed with the children at her store. She likes coffee shops bands more than "mainstream" bands because she can see that they are playing for their love of music and just not for the pay. Not that she doesn't enjoy mainstream bands at all, she just enjoys coffee shops bands a lot more.
Blogs There isn’t a moment in time where Roxxanna is not checking out her favorite blogs. She really personal blog over ones that teach you things because she feels she can learn a lesson or two from personal blogs. She is constantly opening her laptop to check and read pages of her favorite blogs. Either at a coffee shop sipping a beverage or at work. She cannot stop reading them and it’s one of her favorite past times at home. She loves to read up on people's lives and what they are doing at the time, or get cute fashion tips on the new styles. She also loves to check out her “Tumblr” and is also always seen on it. She didn't have a blog as Abbot, but since becoming Roxxanna, she has begun her own Livejournal, chronicling her transition from one woman to the other. Obviously, she's not going out and saying that she used to be a blood-thirsty monster for evil and is now a space knight, but she does state that she is coming from a very dark place and looking to heal and become a new woman. this has gained her a very special set of internet friends who are going through similar things, such as an addict trying to quit and make a better life for her son, a divorcee who is escaping his abusive wife, and a young lady attending college after leaving a gang. These are very special people to her and she learns more from them than anywhere else.
Virtues: Hard Worker This girl knows how to work and tries her hardest to work on it well. It bothers her if she is not working because enjoys doing this and it keeps her mind from wandering. When she puts her mind to something, she’s going to do it right, or at least try her hardest to get it right. She will do anything that is in her power to get this task, on hand, done. Since becoming Roxxanna, this has virtue has become a godsend. Her love of work and ability to focus helps keep her calm as she navigates the ins and outs of her new life. When focusing on building a new woman from the ground up becomes too much for her, she shifts her focus to her job at Storytime, updating her blog, or working around the house. It centers her mind, calms her nerves, and reinvigorates her drive so that when she begins again, she can go at it fresh.
Independant She works alone. She hates the feeling when she has to ask someone for help. Her policy is; if you can do it yourself, then why not do it. It gives her a sense of pride that she can save a few bucks rather than call someone in to do it for her. That doesn’t mean she won’t help people when they ask for her help, she’ll gladly do it to make herself feel proud. This has been a boon to her since purifying, as she is ready and willing to do whatever she needs to do to pull herself up by her bootstraps. Even with a new coat of paint, she will the same old barn, after all. She was a self-made woman once. She'll become a self-made woman again.
Sociable Roxxanna has no problem going up to people and saying hello or starting a conversation. In fact, she rather enjoys it. She loves to meet new people and learn all of the terribly interesting facts and quirks about their lives. Whether it's waiting in line for coffee or sitting at the bus stop, she will turn to the person nearest her and strike up some chit-chat. This has been very handy in her day-to-day life, making her an excellent saleswoman at her job and someone who is very easy to trust as a friend.
Flaws: Workaholic While Roxxanna is a dutiful woman, always ready and indeed willing to do what needs to be done, this behavior hinders her from time to time. She tends to forget to eat, go out with a friend, etc. Most of the time the only thing on her mind is work and she will forget everything else she needs to do because work is that important to her. This also oftentimes leads to overworking herself, ending up in an exhaustion-fueled haze of stress and irritation. She also will tend to blow off social engagements, sometimes on accident, but also on purpose, thinking that work is more important than having fun.
Self Punishing Where there was once ego, there is now self-punishment. Due to her past sins, Roxxanna feels that she is no longer worthy of praise and as such tends to shrink away from it and never give it to herself, even when she deserves it. This is a two-fold problem, as she is constantly tearing herself down when she may not have even done anything wrong, but it also means that she is incapable of seeing when she does something right. She cannot see the good in herself any longer, and no matter what anyone says she will not learn to anytime soon.
Perfectionist Everything has to be done right or this female will have a fit, and she has high expectations. She’s constantly nit-picking over things because she can always see at least one flaw in it and is never satisfied with her work. To her, everything has a flaw and she must work at it for it can become better. She will spend sleepless nights just fixing one thing that she thinks needs to be worked on. Due to her new self punishing nature, this has become an almost incapacitating personality feature for her. To avoid a relapse into the person that she used to be, Roxxanna will obsess over every detail of her new life, making sure that it can never ever become what it used to be.

Hopeite Chemistry: Zn3(PO4)2 - 4H2O, Hydrated Zinc Phosphate Class: Phosphates Uses: Mainly used as a mineral specimen.
Hopeite crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with prismatic, vitreous white to yellow crystals. It also forms druzy encrustations and reniform (kidney-shaped) masses. The related mineral parahopeite, which has the same composition but different crystal structure, is triclinic. The minerals are formed through oxidation of sphalerite by the presence of phosphate-rich solutions
It was first described in 1822 from Moresnet, Liège Province, Belgium and is named after Scottish chemist, Thomas Charles Hope (1766–1844) of Edinburgh University.

Past Lourdes The Well at Lourdes was actually a vast walled garden with a sunken well in the center. This well had fantastic healing properties for wounds of the mind and spirit. It was said that, no matter how violent or angry a person was, if they drank directly from the Well at Lourdes, their urges would be soothed. The most frequent visitors were those who suffered from broken hearts, who were in mourning, or were suffering from an anxious mind. For those who were especially troubled, it was said that the guardian of the well would rise from the depths and bless their drink himself.
Upon arrival, visitors were met with a gatehouse of pure white and gold. Inside was a luxurious waiting area, with interior fountains forever babbling and bubbling away. There were beautiful white and gold chairs and lounges which seemed to instantly ease the tension when visitors sat down in them. Walls were painted delicately with garden scenes, and filigreed with gold molding framing each beautiful mural. Attendants of the well cared for the guests, bringing them refreshments of tea and cakes while they waited. At the far end of the gatehouse was a long row of other attendants behind counters, happily checking people in as they arrived.
Once checked in, visitors were shown through the gate and into the garden surrounding the wall. The plant life always seemed to be thriving and balanced right on the edge of the wild. There were boundaries and order to the garden, of course. This was Venus, after all. But there was a considerable amount of leniency given to plants as they did what they did best. Spread. Attendants were also usually hard at work in this garden, tending various plants, cutting off spent limbs, and plucking weeds. Paths were paved with the same white stone as the walls and gatehouse and wound through the garden and around the well. There were meeting places with ornate benches and tables surrounding happily babbling fountains all around. Other benches were set up close to the wall, shaded by a tree or some other kind of plant. Occasionally, there would be a bridge that crossed a peacefully flowing river, leading either to the well itself or to private gazebos where visitors sat enjoying refreshments. This river was fed by a small spring at the opposite wall from the gatehouse.
At the center of the garden was a large structure, very much mimicking the central portion of the gatehouse. The difference was that there were no walls, only support columns which were intricately carved to look like they were covered in gold vines. The dome of the structure was glass, supported with impossibly thin bands of gold. There was a path of the same pure white stone surrounding the well, which was actually sunken deep into the ground. The path spiraled down, walled on one side by ornately painted and decorated much like the gatehouse, and on the other side by white columns and walls, still carved with gold like the columns up above. These paths were lit with lanterns from above and never looked dingy or gloomy, no matter what time of day or night.
The path leveled out into a ringed walkway so close to the water that visitors could bend down with their cups and their hands and touch the water themselves. It was always crystal clear and made the bottom seem like it could be touched if someone just reached far enough while still on the path. In reality, however, the floor of the well was still about three stories away. Visitors could always see the guardian of that well, a large fish, about the size of a person, with long, large, flowing fins that billowed and ebbed around him like a beautiful gown. He was pure white without a single blemish or spot. Mostly, he stayed at the bottom of the well, minding his own business. However, if he sensed a particularly troubled soul, he would rise from the depths and deliver water to that person directly from his mouth. This was, however, a very rare event, and oftentimes decades went between occasions.
Current Lourdes Stone that once was pure white was now dingley grey, stained with water and moss. Portions of the gatehouse and wall have collapsed completely, leaving clear openings into the walled garden where plants have begun to escape. The gold has tarnished to a dirty brown color. It is clear, however, that this was once a place of absolute splendor. Inside, the murals have mostly faded and chipped away, leaving small portions revealing a single blossom or vine. The furniture is damaged beyond repair, full of mold and oftentimes splintered and broken.
Where once the garden teetered on the edge of being wild, it was now totally unchecked. It was hard to tell where one plant ended and the other began, and oftentimes the paths were totally obscured by foliage. The path that could still be seen, however, was in the same stained and mossy condition as the walls. Roots have heaved stones up and cracked them in half. Traversing the paths requires care and makes for slow going. All of the bridges to the well at the center have been broken, but crossing is easy. All one needs to do is cross the dry river bed.
The structure over the well is now just a spider web of dirty brown supports, the glass having long ago shattered to the ground. The path down is just as treacherous as the paths leading around the garden; sometimes more so due to the downward slant. Just like in the gatehouse, the murals are largely ruined, and the wall on the other side was so broken that, in many places, there was no wall at all, and instead just a straight fall down into a dry well. The guardian is nowhere to be seen.
Important Locations Lourdes’ Office The second story of the left wing of the gatehouse is reserved for the Office of the Knight of Lourdes. This office was once decorated with ornate furniture, and it is clear, even now, that it was built as much for comfort as it was for work. Any paperwork found in this office, however, is damaged beyond recognition. There is a fireplace for warmth, and even blankets and pillowed should that prove to be not enough. Aside from the remnants of a desk, there is also what remains of a seating area, with couches and chairs that must have once been plush.
Lourdes’ Apartment The entire right wing of the gatehouse is reserved for the Apartments of the Knight of Lourdes. Within it is clear that the Knight was afforded every luxury. All vestiges of work, however faint they might have been, are left in the office. These apartments were meant only for relaxation and pampering. There are remnants of artwork on the walls and statues on pedestals. Delicate china, however broken it is, gives the impression of splendor and grandeur.
The Well of Lourdes A dry hole in the ground. Nothing of note here.
The Machine Room The what?
The Spring at Lourdes What once was the source of the river that ran through Lourdes is now just a wall of rock and moss.

January 1, 2024Lourdes finally gives in and visits her Wonder. She is greeted by a very grumpy but generally well meaning ghost (GHOST?!) of who she learns is the last Knight of Venus. Lourdes doesn't really know what to make of this old woman, but she seems... at the very least to not hate Lourdes.

Aredana When Awakened at 18, Aredana As She Appears to Lourdes at 80
Ancestor Name:Aredana Age of Knighthood:18 Age of Death:Mid to Late 80’s Cause of Death:Old Age Appearance:In her youth, Dana, as she was known by most, was a tall, lithe woman with soil-brown hair and the clearest green eyes anyone had ever seen. As she aged, her hair was snow-white, through her eyes never clouded. Even as an old woman, her skin retained the youthful and flawless glow of most denizens of Venus, and she never seemed to lose the Venusian grace she learned in childhood. Personality:As a young woman, Dana was a form-over-function sort of girl. If things were pretty then that was good enough for her. She was also very “all play and no work.” Attendants of the well would often find her chatting with visitors or napping in the flowers as opposed to attending to her duties. This, however, proved to be a folly of youth, as her duty slowly taught her responsibility and prioritization as she grew. She began to have little to no tolerance for willful ignorance, chiding those who would refuse to learn. However, once it was proven that people were willing to try, she softened and became a willing and enthusiastic teacher. She still, however, enjoyed the beauty of life right up to the end, and could still be found, from time to time, napping in the flowers.
Family: Serenath: Dana's lady in waiting. While not related by blood, the two were similar ages and as such became fast friends and as good as sisters. Dana was never far from Serenath, and often times gave the young woman a run for her money keeping Dana on track when they were younger. As they aged together, Serenath was given more responsibilities around the Well, and oftentimes they only saw one another at the beginning and the end of each day. Serenath outlived Dana by a few years and carried on her duties as Steward of the Well until she died as well.
Baphemoore: Dana's father. He was the previous Steward of the Well, and passed the mantle of Knight on to Dana when she proved that she was ready. While she was training, Baphemoore oversaw her, instructing her, much to her dismay, in the history of the Wonder, the planet of Venus, and drilling her in their duty to them both. Though she shirked her duty a great deal when she was younger, it was only because she was still, essentially, a child. Later in life, she took her job very seriously and did everything she did to make her late father proud of her.
Trisayne: Dana's mother. The previous Knight's lady in waiting. She was the one who trained Serenath in serving the next Knight and training Dana in how to treat her lady in waiting. Just as Dana saw Serenath as a sister, Trisayne saw her as a daughter. She taught them in tandem, teaching them poise, etiquette, airs, and expectations of young Venusian women. Regardless of status, she believed, every young Venusian woman should hold herself to the highest possible standard.
