◦ Romantic: Not in the lovey-dovey sense of the word, but in the literary tradition. Ender likes long walks in the heather, mooning on the moors, and generally expressing wistful nostalgia for the wilderness and days gone by. ◦ Gothic: Again, literary. Ender's dark and not afraid to admit it. She's very poetic and likes to write about inexplicable, supernatural phenomena. She likes tragic love stories and tales about ghosts, and does rather love a good thunderstorm at night. ◦ Melancholy: The temperament, not the emotion. Despite being all ghastly, she can be happy sometimes. But most of the time, she's somewhat despondent and definitely restless. She's not really irritable, as the classic definition implies, but she does definitely get spookier in autumn.
◦ Timid: Moth is an awfully shy little girl. She's frightened of trying new things and will probably always be a weak flyer. ◦ Quiet: Moth doesn't talk much. She prefers to communicate in nods, and her favorite pastimes are quiet things like reading and knitting. ◦ Curious: Despite her fears, Moth is incredibly curious about the world around her. She loves insects and arthropods and the idea of traveling to exotic locales to find them.

◦ Stubborn: When Sass gets an idea into her head, she doesn't let it go easily. This could be a problem, but not for her, as she's resourceful enough to figure out a number of solutions to anything- and if she can't, she'll just bulldoze her way through it. ◦ Spitfire: A rough-and-tumble mare, Sass doesn't take no for an answer very often and doesn't put up with stupidity. She's pretty agressive and brusque and can come off as rude if she doesn't warm up to you right away. She's also as sassy as her name would imply. ◦ Smart: Don't let the slight drawl and the temper put you off. Sass is secretly a genius when it comes to chemistry, specifically the chemistry that goes into soda. She might not be the cleverest when it comes to navigating the social spectrum, but she's quick on the draw intellectually. She just prefers doing physical things and running around like a madman.
