You can never have enough LARPing- live action roleplaying, if you didn't know. Just ask Roll to Dodge and Total Party Kill- they live for roleplaying games, and so this holiday season they are- for your entertainment- presenting you with a very short, very brutal adventure! How brutal? So brutal, it scared away the umlauts. If you're interested in hanging out in a park after dark and pretending to be someone you're not, then why not stop by? It's open to all the phonies in phonyland. (Sorry- you do need a phony to play this game!) To enter, you must fill out your character sheet!

[b]Class: [/b](Wizard, Rogue, Bard, Fighter, Paladin, Barbarian, Sorcerer, etc. Please keep in mind that magic users are not limited by unicorn abilities; all spells are represented with tossed beanbags. Similarly, a wingless character's character could have some manner of flying ability. It’s a LARP.)

You will receive in-character and out-of-character-but-in-Phony-character prompts and descriptions. This is a LARP and so it takes place in the “real” world- nothing bad will actually happen to your phony, despite what happens to their characters. The LARP is taking place around some interesting rock formations in a wooded park at night. Players are given flashlights to mimic the feeling of underground darkness. Please feel free to RP the in-character reaction (Elfstar recoiled as the dark mages bombarded her with spells, one right after the other) and the out-of-character-but-in-Phony-character reactions (PARTY was super annoyed that his friend with benefits wouldn’t stop cackling and throwing beanbags at his head). Just be sure you specify which reaction is which.
There is a prize for the winner, but we aren’t telling you what it is. In-character, you don’t actually know what the treasure is, after all. Only that you want it. Badly.
Choice 1 will be made on the 26th, Choice 2 on the 27th, Choice 3 on the 28th, Choice 4 on the 29th, and Choice 5 on the 30th… if anybody gets that far. The prompts will be posted the morning or early afternoon of the days. Please keep these times in mind, since if you don't post, you'll be eliminated automatically. We hate that. We'd much rather kill you with traps and enemies. You will have 24 hours at least to respond, although faster is better. Faster is always better. On the 31st, the winner will be rewarded. How? It is a mystery.
You have until 11:00 AM EST on the 26th to sign up. Like the last one, you may certainly join for that first day, too- but once the second prompt is posted, we will take no more newcomers. The prompt might be posted a bit after that, but it certainly won't be posted any earlier! Remember, use that form above and post it here in this thread to sign up!

I'm just gonna presume this is opeeeen.
Character Name: Gashnakh
Player: Shrill X
Species: Orc-pony
Class: Barbarian
Appearance: A massive orc barbarian who wears leather armour and wields an iron mace. Her skin is grey/green and her body is covered in numerous scars from past battles. She has one prominent tusk that puts her face into a permanent grimace.
(Shrill X has managed to acquire tattered leather jacket, a mace hastily made of cardboard and a truckload of eyeshadow makeup that she's splodged all over her face to give herself a more 'orc-ish' tone but really just kinda makes her look shiny. Someone has added scars all over her body with eyeliner ink, including one over her eye and another over her nose.)

Species: Half-elf-pony
Class: Sorcerer
Appearance: Bumble's never really done this sort of thing before, so she doesn't have a proper costume. She's got a bathrobe, a plain wooden walking stick, and a cheap, black, pointy hat leftover from Halloween. The robe is light blue terrycloth (she isn't too good at separating in-character and out-of-character yet, so supposes this means Dryssian values comfort over stealth and mystique), and instead of being cinched shut with the matching tie, she's using her normal belt.

Appearance: Kit heard of this strange past time and decided he needed to get out of his kitchen every once in awhile. That and his Mama's poking of his growing belly suggested he needed some exercise. So after a quick search on the internet for how to do this the blue haired phony showed up with a foam sword, a cardboard shield painted with a steak and baked potato, and cardboard armor. Somehow he really got into the cardboard.

Appearance: A slim-bodied dragonkin (slightly smaller than a "real life" horse) whose scales act as natural medium armor, a necklace with a detachable flute being all he wears.
(Zen, being a bab, went a little nuts. He has a sheet tight to his body, covered with construction paper cut into uneven scales, even sweeping down his tail that's been tied at the end to make it look more pointed; he has hoof-covers with rolled up paper claws glued to them. Small branches are tied to his head for the appearance of back-sweeping horns.)

Species: Dragon-pony (disguised as a regular old unicorn)
Class: Wizard
Appearance: An old, bearded unicorn dressed in the fine clothes of a medieval noble. It may not be much in the way of a costume or creativity, but Truths isn't about to put that much effort into fabricating something for a game that's mostly based on imagination and make-believe anyway. That, and he would like to avoid looking too ridiculous, thank you very much. No cardboard boxes for him.

Appearance: Caramell is normally big into dressing up and cosplaying with her sister, so its no surprise she too went all out. Donned in a cat eared beanie and a cat-Esq body suite complete with thick fuzzy tail 'sleeve' for her own tail to nestle snugly into. On her back, shes strapped what looks like a crudely hoof made wooden staff draped with fake leaves and flowers. There are matching flowers pinned in front of her left ear and at the base of her tail.

Class: The Healer
Appearance: Frag decided that today she'd play support, her best roll. Since healers are usually in light cloth colors, she poked around in her sister Faire's closet till she found a beautiful white dress to wear. It's too big and she's had to cinch it up with shimmering white ribbon, making her look like some kinda magical bride healer girl. (Faire wasn't getting married tomorrow or anything, she'd have the custom tailor, fitted, and designed dress back before she noticed!) Topped with flimsy feather wings from halloween and a cape and cowl "made" from Spica's christmas tree skirt, Frag was ready to bless the light on her allies and smite the @#$@# out of her foes!

Player: Nutter Butter (he likes being underground so this setting is perfect for him)
Species: Half dragon-wood creature mix
Class: Sorcerer's apprentice
Appearance: Peanut wore a long dark brown coloured robe that is torn at the sleeves, with a pinned on dragon tail made out of a long tree branch with thorns, causing a bigger lump to appear near the back where his tail is. In his mouth he held a HarryPotter like wand from a piece of carved wood from a dried tree branch.The entire costume was too big for him and all you could see are bits of his hooves while moving. You could still see his face shaded with the robe. Don't talk to him though, he most likely won't say much lol (unless it's Caramell talking to him).

Appearance: Mech's gotten someone to paint sleek, cyberpunk-esque robot joints onto him, and a harness with arbitrary LEDs near the joints. He's also found himself a pair of trendy modern goggles, a hard hat helmet, and various saddlebags carrying toy tools and 'inventions' (which are mostly his mecha figurines).

Appearance:
Tinker used temporary hair color spray to turn his hair nearly completely white(unfortunately, you can see a few streaks of red still, making it look a bit pink-ish! Oh well). He wore a simple worn down shirt and a leather vest, and made ragged-looking black cloak and hood with painted-on-gems-encrusted wooden broach. The toymaker had saddle bags full of foam throwing knives and had made a crossbow that shot nerf bolts.

Species: Hoofling aka halfling but smaller than your average halfling
Class: Bard (?) (Afterparty has scratched this out and written camp caretaker with lots of : D faces and '!!!' marks)
Appearance: A tiny halfling pony who attends to the camp and party be through cleaning, cooking, or making sure everyone is taken care of and happy and YES!!!!! 8D 8D 8D (the smile faces continue along with little happy clouds and a smiling sun and what looks like a happy dragon and monster holding hands)

Appearance: Reaper, being an extremely creative phony has dressed himself in silver gauntlets with a horned helmet, as his saddle already serves him as armor. It's best not to ask him about what Smashy is supposed to be like as he begins to start screaming and breaking things, probably because he didn't actually put much thought into this beyond a chance to beat people up and receive a prize for it.

Appearance: A pale but handsome elf who dresses in fine furs and leather, accented by body paint and feathers.
(Fruit Punch had some time to kill on his nights off from Cloud 9, so he enjoyed participating in avant garde ideas like LARPing. To dress himself he'd bought a leather vest with a fluffly fur collar, and cut apart an old leather bag to make himself some gauntlets. He'd gone with simple washable paint for some intricate purple tribal markings and somehow he stuck a ton of feathers in his mane and tail.)

Class: High Priestess
Appearance: Obi, having a closet of clothes from a swap meet over the last moon, is dressed in a ritualistic dark red robe. Under it is a very thin silver chain-mail in the design of spider webs with rubies. A crown made of silver foil in the shape of a spider sits elegantly on her head, which she donned a red medium long wig. She carries two fake silver and red ritual daggers with a lizard skin bag that holds her tools and belongs. This costume is both setting off her dangerous yet enchanting vibe, which amuses her greatly.
Battle cry: Do you want to be sacrificed to the Goddess?
