 ~Tenshi High~ Welcome to Tenshi University!!! Tenshi is a blend of all forms of fantasy and reality. There are both imaginary places as well as actual locations here in the guild, as well as a few alternate dimensions. This blend allows for unlimited creativity. But don't forget to follow the rules. If you haven't reat the rules yet, you can find them here:

Please note that you must have a minimum of 15 posts in the guild before you are considered a true member. We clean out the member list every other week or so and boot any members with under 15 posts, just to keep things neat.
Be sure to read the specific rules for each sub-forum before you start posting. They are found in a sticky at the top of each page. After you've read the rules, head on over to the School Records section and create your first character profile. Once you've made your first profile, you are officially ready to role play! ~ FAQ ~
Q) Where are the cookies?
A) Uhm... I'll go find some... ::scurries off::
Q) What does ooc mean?
A) It means "out of character". That pretty much means you can chat how ever you want to. If you want to have some ooc text in an rp post, please use double parenthesis. IE: ((hey there))
Q) When we roleplay, what form of money do we use?
A) Hmm... There are all forms of currency used because the characters come from all over the world. But the main form of currency preferred by the headmistress is ducats, or large gold coins, which have the equivalent of 10 bucks. There are also Ryo, slightly smaller silver coins, worth about 5 bucks, and Gill, small bronze coins, worth about 1 buck.
Q) How do we know what season it is or what time it is when we rp?
A) Well, to make things simple, I live in California. That's in the Northern Hemisphere. So the seasons in Tenshi will follow the pattern that the northern hemisphere goes through. Time wise... You can pretty much have it be any time during the day. Just use what ever suits your current rp situation.
Q) If we were invited to the guild, do we need to create an application still?
A) No. If you were invited to the guild by one of the crew members, that means we know you are a good role player, so the application is unnecessary.
Q) Where is the chocolate?
A) I ate it! dramallama
Q) If a character is killed off...then how does that show in the characters page?
A) You could put something at the top of the profile saying like "now dead" or "died blah day" or something like that. If you really are detailed, you could add onto or redo the profile so it covers their whole time here up to their death. That way it almost resembles a story on the character and you can always refer back to it if need be. Oh, and put a strike thru on their name.
Q) Since I am NOT a sophomore or higher do I get a dorm?
A) Unfortunately, no. As a new member to Tenshi, you can only post it threads that have already been created. Once you gain enough credits to move into the sophomore category, then you can create your own dorm room. Usually what I have my new characters do is bunk in a friends dorm, or just say that they are off "to their dorm" and pick up the rp as the next day.
Q) I'm curious what time frame we're in? Do you image the world as being Modern or Middle Ages? Are universities common or rare? Also where on Earth is TU located? If we're not on Earth, than which country would you say the area is most like?
A) Hmm... I've never really had to specify this before, thanks for asking!
I've always pictured the world that Tenshi is in as an amalgamation of modern day and the middle ages. There is both recent things and technology and the like, but we commonly use things such as swords and magic. I'd have to say that Universities like this one aren't exactly common, but they're not rare either. And the planet is earth, but its not exactly earth. Some of the continents are different or changed, but you can still have real life locations to rp in. Sooner or later I'm going to try and make actual maps and everything!
Q) So where do you imagine TU is located on this alternate Earth?
A) I always wanted Tenshi to be located in Asia, since I'm such a huge fan of Japan and everything. But through past descriptions of the location, surrounding areas and how the sun rises and sets, its more like on the North American continent, I want to say somewhere between Oregon and British Columbia. Its in a place that has dense pine forests but needs to have perfect summer and cold snowy winters. There has to be a beach where the sun sets over the water.
