Off the right side of the main courtyard, next to the laboratory, is an odd looking building. Parts of the exterior wall have been patched together, and there are black smoke stains above the windows on the first floor. The entry way is two steel double doors with a series of padlocks and chains flung across them. Once inside there are a series of counters with sinks and Bunsen burners strewn across them. There are many holes in the walls, most of which have been haphazardly patched in. Cabinets line the walls, all of which are filled to the bring with the oddest of things. A small, frail looking lady who appears to have blown herself up one too many times is shuffling around the room muttering something about nitro glycerin. Her hair is frizzed out, her lab coat is burnt and full of holes, she is lacking pants, and is wearing an old pair of reindeer slippers. A tiny robot is scuttling across the floor behind her, desperately trying to keep up.
In the middle of the room is a spiral staircase that leads both up, and down. Up the stair case is a room full of fluffy cushions and feathered lamps. Pixies dart back and forth, whizzing by your head. At the far end of the room is a stunning woman with blue translucent flames spiraling around her. She is pouring over a volume of "Advanced Healing Techniques". The walls are covered with posters documenting various mythical creatures and magical spells.
Back down the staircase, it leads you to a dark basement. There is a large cauldron in the middle of the room, a fire lit underneath it, and some strange purple goo boiling in it. Books are piled in stacks on the floor, and the few shelves there are laden with jars of unknown contents. In one corner of the room a woman with dark purple hair levitates. A ring of violet flames circles the floor below her, and several dark apparitions float around her. The woman seems to be amusing herself by tormenting one pudgy little spirit.
