  At the far end of of Tenshi lies an enormous circular building. Its modeled after the ancient coliseum, but on a slightly smaller scale. Inside the arena is a concrete battle floor, about 500 feet in diameter. Next to the entry is a panel with labeled buttons. Each one changes the floor of the arena to a different field type. Above the arena floor rises a stadium of seats. There is no ceiling to the arena, which allows for air born battles, and all the weather to pour down.
As soon as you step foot on the arena, you see Hector standing in the middle of the floor. He turns around to face you and his voice bellows through the entire stadium.
"The rules of the arena are simple. All fights must be held on one of the ten field types. A barrier will protect the stand from being hit, so there is no need to hold back. There is no killing allowed. Now, please select your field."
Battle Field Types:
[1] Ice
[2] Desert
[3] Open Field
[4] Ocean
[5] Dense Forest
[6] Land of Fire
[7] Concrete
[8] The Abyss
[9] The Sanctuary
[10] No floor
To chose a field type, use the random number action to pick a number between 1 and 10. What ever number you get corresponds to the field type you will have to battle on. Best of Luck!

Battle Field Types ~Ice- Pretty simple with this one. The floor becomes solid ice. There are random chunks of ice protruding from the floor. And of course, you have little to no traction.
~Desert- Pretty much nothing but massive sand dunes. You sink down into the sand, which slows you down a LOT. If the wind blows, the sand gets kicked up, which obscures vision.
~Open Field- A plain grassy field with nothing on it.
~Ocean- A mini ocean about 40 feet deep. There are five floating platforms for battlers to stand on. The plat forms bob around and it's really hard to keep your balance on them.
~Dense Forest- The arena is packed from wall to wall with dense, tropical trees. As in any tropical jungle, there are lots of vines and other such things to get tangled up in.
~Land of Fire- Parts of the arena floor sink away, leaving behind pits of lava. Also, pillars of fire erupt from the floor periodically
~Concrete- A plain concrete floor.
~The Abyss- Near complete darkness engulfs the arena. Dark energy is abundant in this field.
~The Sanctuary- Opposite of the Abyss. Light energy fills the arena. Its very bright!
~No floor- The floor drops away leaving a pit filled with spikes. There are levitating platforms at varying heights, going all the way to the top of the arena. It's hard to jump from platform to platform, and trust me, you don't want to fall.

James entered the large dome and waited for the others to get there. She had complete confidence in her skills, but she remembered her sensei's words. "Confidence is sometimes mistaken for cockiness and vice versa. Remember, know your strengths and your weaknesses and that alone will ensure a victory. Be gracious in a lost and a win."

Shinkirou suddenly appeared in a swirl of wind. "When Kathlyn gets here, you can start. Victor, roll it. " She said, motioning to Victor. Victor went over to an electric panel and random numbers 1 through ten appeared on the scoreboard.Okami appeared shortly after, walking through the door. "So you beat me here. Feh. Doesn't matter. You're going to loose either way!" She said, smirking. If only that damn dragon girl would get here. Who the hell is she?!" Shouted Okami, crossing her arms, and tapping her foot. Shinkirou looked at Shiro. "Shiro, shut up!" She snapped.

Kathlyn smiled, "I'm right here." She said as she stood only a short distance behind Okami. "Shall we being then?" She drew her blade and smiled.

James smiled as she watched the field change into ice. "Lucky you Okami. Looks like you have the upperhand." She laughed to herself, knowing that whatever Okami could do with ice, she could counter it. Then she turned her attention to Kathlyn. James didn't know a thing about her fighting style. This challenge seemed harder now. James entered the arena and waited for the signal to start the battle.

Kathlyn shivered, ice; fantastic. She knew nothing of how her two oppenents would fight. She didn't know if they were more magically inclined; or more of physical fighers. It hardly mattered to her either way. This battle she was dead set on figuring out their fighting type; rather than winning the battle. She let herself flost of the icy cold ground hovering as her black bat like wings streached out and light wisps of steam rose from her skin.

Shikirou stepped into the stadium seats and sat back to watch, while Okami Jumped into the arena and landed without skidding a bit. "Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. My haven. Oh and James? Your going to llose like hell. And you're not even competetion, dragon girl." She smiling. "In fact, I might even go easy on you!" She said, laughing and pulling her blades out. "Alright, you all know the rules. No killing each other. Oh and James? Shiro? No offense, but there is a good chance that Kathlyn will win." James and Shiro would probably only attack each other, leaving themselves open to attack. "Oh, and the winner wil get 10 extra points in my class." Victor spoke. "Start when I say go. Ready, set," OKami tensed. "Go!" Okami started to race around the arena effotlessly.

Kathlyn spun her blade in her hand and watched Okami rush effortlessly around the staduim; clearly ice was her element. Kathlyn new of course that this was anything BUT her element and that she couldn't allow the battle to go for long; or there was a chance that the rule about no killing could be violated. So keeping her feet off the ice she rushed into the fight silently. She wouldn't waste her breath with cockiness or any senseless banter.

James began a graceful dance that shifted the ice into a protective and yet dangerous position. Her plan was simple. Get rid of Kathlyn first and then Okami so as to make sure she wouldn't be surprised. Defense was her idea. She moved her arms in an eternal dance of the water and sent out dangerous weak, almost completely melted lines so as to slow down Okami. Then she fired off several spires of ice at Kathlyn. All the while keeping up her defenses.

She laughed at the melted ice. "Oh James....You're forgetting that I can make ice any where, as long as there is liquid around. I could freeze soda pop! And melted ice only makes water that I can turn into ice again......" She formed the melted areas into ice again. She also shot out a wall of ice to block James' attack on Kathlyn. Then she skated around the arena again and trapped James in a box of ice, and jumped lightly on the top of the box, so that James wouldn't hear. Her daggers were in her hands, and she was ready to pounce if needed.

James may not have heard Okami, but she did see her. "You messed with the wrong element!" she shouted. James quickly burrowed down into the icy ground and barried herself in a pocket of icy air. Then from beneath the ice, began violent tornado that surrounded Okami. From her hands she formed a small fire that grew rapidly. Using the tornado as a firing mechanism, she propelled the fire straight into the tornado, igniting it. A wall of fire flew not only at Okami, but also at Kathlyn.
