Personality: quiet, adaptive, suspicious
Niabi is quiet to a fault and dislikes all sort of confrontation. This tentativeness keeps her secluded from the others most of the time, and she tends to not make many friends, though not by her choosing.
Her seclusion from the others has her reaching out for odd choices in friends. She's open-minded and doesn't turn anyone away for their appearance or demeanor and lives by the mottoes "Beggers can't be choosers" and "There's good in everybody".
In order to make friends with others, Niabi has to be adaptive to the circumstances and she goes along with things as they come and makes the best of all situations. Yaholo tends to put himself and her into precarious situations and she has to use ingenuity to solve the mess that they're currently in.
After Niabi's encounter with the bug mages she's secluded herself from most others. Her timidness has faded and in its place is a sense of distrust in anything not Alkidike. After such a vicious attack, who knows what someone who isn't her Sister is capable of. Her demeanor is now solemn and the bows and weapons she used to disdain are now her lifeline and defense.

Personality: courteous, energetic, upbeat
As Sathe grows, so does her outlook on life. Every situation is met with positivity and ambition, and to Sathe, there’s nothing she can’t do and no problem she can’t solve. She tries to make friends wherever she goes, regardless of its species or ability to befriend her back. The best way to describe her is just: adorable. Her energy can be a little overwhelming at times, but she’s constantly finding productive outlets to channel into, and tries to use this to help others whenever she can. Her parents were alarmed with the amount of manners Sathe always showed from an early age, but it's not something that they're disappointed in. Sathe's courtesy towards others is downright adorable as a child and doesn't seem to diminish as she gets older.

Personality: methodical, inquisitive, serious
It's not that Sriina doesn't know what fun is, or how to have it, but she constantly questions what the point is. She just sees the world in a scale of grey, and it takes a great deal of effort to get Sriina to open up and joke with someone, but once they do, she remembers them for a lifetime. Sriina is very serious for her age, probably due mostly to her upbringing and isolation from others her own race and devoid of friends while working on her masters' farms. She doesn't understand sarcasm and tends to think of things literally, always wondering why someone would pull on a leg, or why she would be killing someone when she very obviously wasn't causing any physical harm. And when met with something she cannot understand, she pushes and prods until she can make sense of it. This eternal sense of wanting to know why has her pushing to travel, not so much to explore for the fun of it, but to understand why the world works the way it does.

Personality: reckless, adventurous, arrogant
Amoe is full of herself to say the least. If she wants to do something, she's going to do it regardless of who gets in her way. And gods forbid if someone tells her she can't, that'll not only push her to doing it faster and perhaps much more haphazardly, but with the full fury of her attitude to boot. And don't think that she'll forget to rub it in their face when she proves them wrong. (If she proves them wrong.)
Amoe hears about something new and interesting, and her ears are fully perked, waiting for the next drop of information, and gathering together some plan to go out and find whatever it is that's new, whether it be a fun spot for exploring, new materials for gathering, whatever the case may be.
She's a spitfire, but also open and ready to make friends. She'll accept anyone, regardless of where they came from, who they know, etc. As long as they give her the credit she thinks she's due, she has no qualms making and keeping the friends around her, and will share probably way too much to keep the conversation comfortable for the other person.

She welcomes in almost everyone into her home and treats them with the same kindness as she would her family. Betoto is also very gutsy, wanting to explore and live her life to the fullest. Elna, while the youngest of three, has become very serious as she's gotten older. She's more interested in what she can learn and what she can practice, than with goofing off or playing around. While other kids her age would be all for getting dirty and playing rough, Elna needs calm and order and cleanliness to keep her going. She's almost always with her nose in a book, though when her brother asks her for something, she'll drop what she's doing to go to him. Whether he needs help, or he just wants to play, Elna has no qualms doing what she can for him (but only for him).
She's a worrywart of sorts, and when she is pulled away from her studies, she's just busying herself worrying about what she's missing or what she could have learned in the meantime. Don't be mistaken in thinking that her studies is the only thing Elna worries about, she'll fret about anything if you let her. She worries about her family, her friends, potential friends, traveling, you name it and she can find something to fret over.
Plots: Struggles with her wild magic and travels to find anyone who can teach her to better control it, but will have to come to terms that she is just going to have to give up control and let it do its own thing

Personality: stubborn, loyal, systematic
Etana is the type of person to always think they are right, though that may or may not be based on facts. She follows her gut, with a bits of her education peppered in here and there to really round out her ideas, and she is willing to defend her opinions and her choices with a stubborn vivacity.
Because most of her decisions in life are based on her gut feelings, her relationships with others follow the same stubbornness and insistence that make her opinions. Anyone she determines is a friend becomes a lifelong bond and she will stick her neck out through thick and thin to protect and support them. Though that’s not to say she’s blinded by what they might do. If they slight her, or do something she finds herself morally opposed to, she’ll try to see their side of things, understand why they chose to do it, but if she can’t understand it, her feelings of being right and just in cutting off that bond can come just as quick.
Her daily life is best described as systematic, and her perfectionist nature has her doing things in a precise fashion. Her bed is always made, her room is always kept, her habits and schedule are typically the same, and upheavals to it can upset and frustrate her to no end. She likes order, and she likes to understand things, so surprises are not her style, and her softer side can come out when she is emotionally distraught.
She is prone to sensitive fits of crying (though she tries to keep those only to herself) when upset and she is not above emotionally lashing out at someone who has done something hurtful towards her.

With a flare for the dramatics and enough sensitivity for all three of the triplets, Jhana is known as the cry baby. She reads into a situation even when there's nothing to read and tends to think that the world is out to get her in some way. She's not above resorting to crying to try to get what she wants, and while she is told over and over again that Alkidike women must be tougher than that, it just feels like more pokes and jabs at her as a person. She is overly self conscious about what people might say about her and tends to take things the wrong way.
She couldn't doubt that she might have the most loving parents in all of Tendaji, but for some reason she can't really overcome her insecurities about her hybrid-ness. Her mother Aminah is a proud hybrid, telling her over and over again that she doesn't feel negatively about any choice she's made in life, but her mother Jerarda is a pure blood Alkidike: how was she supposed to live up to that? She wants in all the world to be a proud Sister warrior and establish herself as an Alkidike, even with her hybrid parts.

Kalpana tries to make himself seem like he is confident, where he is quick for conversation and feels like he can hold his own. That is until he gets put on the spot where, he usually messes up and becomes nervous and awkward and fumbles through normal conversation. He likes to call himself funny, though not all of his jokes land. Sometimes he will not notice how loud he is being, and can be overwhelming at times.
Always ready to joke around, Kalpana enjoys goofing off and relaxing, choosing to fish when he gets the time.

Malea was born quiet. Her large eyes always looked inquisitive, but she would barely make a fuss. Even growing up she seldom had friends, and would barely squeak by in her day to day life, keeping to herself and watching life from afar. When she was just a baby her parents moved to the larger town of Salicora, wanting their daughter to be protected, but their overzealous ideas of protection has created problems with even simple things like play dates and making friends, not wanting anything to happen to Malea, not even a scrape. Now that she is older she is able to voice her opinions to her parents, but is still quite intimidated with the idea of meeting new people.
Plot: Elehun swamp witch, stays in Elehun for the majority of her time. Travels only occasionally and brings her potions with her to sell. Covered in tons of clutter, develops career as an apothecary.

Personality: resilient, bossy, sassy
Mirin has never been one to follow what everyone else was doing just because she was told she was supposed to. She pushes against boundaries and people's nerves, making her own way to do anything. She refuses to take no for an answer, and will tell anyone when she thinks they're wrong.
She can be a bit of a bully, calling an idea dumb, or someone wrong on what they're doing, even though she generally means well and just wants to educate them in why they are idiots. She doesn't handle criticism well though, and will throw a tantrum if someone turns the table and tries to correct her.
She has no trouble taking charge of a situation, wanting to lead rather than to follow, and will talk anyone's ear off if they care enough to listen. On top of all of the pushy qualities that she has though, she is an honest person. She might not tell an unbiased truth, but she will tell you whatever it is she thinks is the real deal on a situation, and doesn't like dishonesty at all. This however, leads to her being somewhat of a tattle tale, getting other kids (or adults!) in trouble whenever somebody may be doing something bad.

She accepts her shortcomings and flaws with a unique grace and plays on her strong suits in order to give whatever she tries her best shot. She fully believes that whatever happens was meant to be and has learned to accept that whatever will happen will happen.
She has a super sunny and light aura to her, always happy to see a familiar face, and always looking for a new friend. And once she’s made herself a friend she will protect them any way that she can and defend them as best as she’s able to. She feels personally responsible to do her utmost to be there for whoever she considers “her people”.

While Onora wants to say she's 'strong willed,' she really is just bull-headed. The moment she decides on anything, she is set of it. The only person who can change her mind is her mother.

He is remarked as being intelligent for his age, always knowing just a little too much than he should growing up, and able to make decisions on the fly that he feels is not only appropriate, but confident in their possibility to succeed no matter what the case may be. When proven wrong, or when slighted by someone else, Orin is a petty person. He will have no problems with passive aggressive behaviors to make that person well aware of what had been done to him, though he is not quick to physical violence.

Her confidence often times has her diving headfirst into situations without really thinking through the outcomes, both in physical situation as well as verbal.
Her mother gave her her smart mouth, the sarcasm freely flowing, often times getting her into more than one fight, but she's tough and rambunctious enjoying a scuffle here and there and will even consider inciting riot just to have a good time in a crowd.
Tyyn is always asking why. Why does something work the way it does? Why is that person in a relationship like that? Why won't her parents let her move away sooner? Anything and everything that she could inquire about the nature of it, she will ask, though her methodology isn't always perfect, and her questions will very frequently get her in trouble before anything good can really come from it.

While not completely unwilling to give others a chance, she will not hesitate to turn her back once challenged or betrayed.
She believes that her views of others are typically right and justified, often looking down on those who might disagree with her, and disagreeing with Vaena is effectually the same as disagreeing with a rock, there is no changing her mind.

She keeps to herself in all aspects and is slightly confrontational when dealing with others, with the small exception of her twin brother, Nkole. She's brash and stubborn to a fault. She knows what she wants and can't be changed either way. Her always-right attitude creates this overwhelming need to be sarcastic when others question her.
She's happy being nearly alone, though there are those occasional flickers of doubt. Her base needs as an earthling (since earthlings are social creatures by nature as she's well aware) can push her to sometimes doubt her choices to push away additional companionship. While she enjoys it most if the time, there are nights when she wonders if she would be happier sitting under the stars with someone beside her. These are usually the night that she's not with her brother and she hates to admit it but she misses him. And their parents.

Corra doesn't hesitate on anything and refuses to give anything less than one hundred percent. She is a firecracker of energy and aims to be one of Aisha's toughest warriors despite her mixed heritage. While her parents are more curious of the world around them and passively exploring, Corra wants to be in the thick of things and get her hands dirty.
She is not without a temper though. While her two mothers are collected, analytical, and fairly quiet, Corra is set to ignite at the smallest of inconveniences.

Eslae was always one to ask questions, ‘why’ being her personal favorite. While some might call her nosey, or perhaps even pushy, she feels the need to always have her questions answered and her mind satisfied. She likes to think that she picked it up from her mother, and would hope that it would help her better understand her future students once she begins teaching herself. She always wants to know why someone thinks the way they do, acts the way they do, comes to the conclusions that they do. She wonders why things work, how they work, what keeps them working. The questions continue to tumble from her mouth, always aiming to know more, and understand more.
She is not shy about her questioning and even less so about her opinions. If she feels she knows the answer to something she will do little to hide her knowledge from others. She feels the truth is valuable, and facts should reach the ears of anyone she can manage to get to listen. While she can come off as a know-it-all, it’s always with the intentions of bettering herself and all of those around her.
She is working on her patience, trying to build up the confidence to teach, and trying to understand that while facts do not change, perception does. So while she might swear she is right, she is always willing to hear the other’s reasoning and see if the logic to it holds or surpasses her own. She is slow to anger, and even slower to aggression. It takes quite a bit to get a rise out of her, but when it happens, no doubt it was over a heated debate about some theory or tidbit of knowledge.

Hyten is a happy-go-lucky type of guy, living life to its fullest and taking the quhar by the horns, if you will. He is very much confident in his abilities as a person, both physical and mental, and believes that anything he puts his mind to he can achieve, no matter how absurd or impossible it may seem.
His confidence is paired beautifully with his enthusiasm, which pushes him to make some very rash decisions thinking that nothing could possibly go wrong if something sounds fun enough. Though this tends to not be true nearly enough of the time. His abilities to ignore consequences if he doesn’t think something is bad leads to very shortsighted living. He doesn’t tend to think of the bigger picture and will do whatever feels good or right at the time. And it’s almost always something he has to deal with later.

Mayra has always been a firecracker, born with the desire to prove herself and wanting to be accepted as one of the Sisters. She will do whatever it takes to become an alkidike warrior and show that she is just as strong and worthy of respect regardless of her lineage.
This need to prove herself rears its head as a very competitive nature, wanting to do better than anyone else and break records wherever she can. She will challenge others to tests of skills, and gloat over her wins as they pour in. She works hard to make sure she won’t be proven foolish when she picks fights/matches, whether its strength or wits.
When she does lose, she becomes reactive and the firecracker soul ignites and stokes a bomb. She can be volatile and wears her emotions on her sleeve, even such strong negative emotions as hate, rage, and envy. She has a lot to learn in the way of being a good sport and will struggle for a long time with being a sore loser and the impact that has on her relationships outside of the home. Let’s just say she’s not the social butterfly she thinks she is.

She is strong-willed, and while ever polite, she will make sure she has said her peace before ending the conversation, regardless of who she is talking to. This makes him incredibly passive and introverted, avoiding those who have done him wrong but not standing up for himself in the slightest if it were to happen again. His attitude is far different than the rest of his family of strong-willed hybrids, and he often lets himself be overshadowed by his twin sister.
He has a need to help and this will turn into a desire to heal people as he grows older.

Anything can be meaningful to him and can be part of the gods’ plans if he looks at it the right way. He lets the cards he uses tell their tales of what’s to come in life and believes in them wholeheartedly. Whether he believes in exactly how he says things is another story, but for the right amount of coin he can flip a story any way that his patrons would prefer to see it.

Personality: Volatile, Persuasive, Haughty
Anaru can be described as near devious. Whatever she is doing, it's for her own personal gain and she doesn't quite care who gets in her way to get to what she wants. She has no qualms with using others to further her own ambitions, and doesn't feel remorse for her narcissistic behavior.
She uses others as best as she's able to do her bidding, persuading and 'coaxing' others to choose the 'right' way, and if someone doesn't want to fall in line or shows any amount of distaste for her or her way of living she can explode in an array of negative emotions. She's very confident in herself and that haughtiness lends to a large ego that can be easily bruised if proven wrong, all with a lack of self reflection to care when she's creating a scene.

Personality: Stoic, Doubtful, Unreflective
Tala comes across as permanently grumpy, though once you get to know him you’ll understand that there just isn’t much critical thinking going on in his mind. His face is permanently turned down in a frown, but it’s just his resting face. He doesn’t quite believe things that are told to him, but doesn’t do much to correct the information or find the truth. He just knows something isn’t quite right and tucks it away in his backpocket for later… if later ever comes.
This distrust makes it harder for him to make friends and create relationships with others, so if someone is driven enough to befriend him the experience comes along with a few off-handed comments about their eventual desertion of Tala and leaving from his life. It’s more akin to him asking “do you still like me” rather than him thinking that someone is actually going to leave him forever.
Tala is hopeful for a lifetime partner through life, but pessimistic enough to think that it is probably never coming.
