Nindo: "Quickly and correctly; mostly quickly, though!" Personality: Zhi is mostly known as a hyperactive girl who likes to keep on the move. Likewise, she is well known for her impulsive actions as well as tendency to openly speak her mind. Being the honest knucklehead she is, Zhi has an arguably bad habit of being unnecessarily blunt with her opinions and observations. The young go-getter can't help but keep herself busy in one way or another simply because she feels that doing things faster leaves more time for other experiences in the paltry amount of hours in a day. Despite this habit of hers, Zhi is actually quite attentive to detail because she has learned to loath repeating tasks because she got them wrong the last time it was attempted. At least she can bare to hang tight and focus if something she's doing is interesting or important. Her chipper attitude had been mellowed out somewhat after the tragedies which befell Sunagakure after the war with UHV, but she is still mostly an optimistic and outgoing lass.

Background: Zhi was born and raised in Sunagakure. Being the sand bumpkin she was raised to be, she rather loves the desert for all of its givings and takings. Her home is what it should be. Her parents noticed her keen awareness of her surroundings from a young age and enrolled her in the village's ninja program as soon as possible. Since then "school" life was full of fun and interesting experiences. Zhi has always given one-hundred and ten percent of her effort toward her lessons and plans, but more than that for her peers and teachers. Although, she'd be well-known by them as the antsy girl who had to hop or jog in place during class because she hated sitting still for the whole time. Now that she's graduated to become a ninja, Zhi expects that things will get even more interesting and definitely more difficult. She won't shy away from the challenge though! No way!
Zhi has matured a bit from the loss of her home, sharing the loss of her dear friend Taylor's teacher and foster parent, and due to the disappearance of her own parents. She remained at Taylor's side throughout the course of the passing five [5] years, and used the training from Lady Bastet to the best of her ability. Where she could manage to do so, Zhi even further advanced her abilities as a Sensory ninja as well as mastered her inherited Speed Release skills. Currently, she seeks a means to settle Taylor's grief- even considering putting herself in danger to approach Nariomi's bijuu which rejected him.

While active, her body becomes mildly slower (speed) but heavily more durable (fortitude). Also, this form can be utilized as a conduit which can more effectively gather natural energy. Zhi doesn't gain the ability to gather any more natural energy than normal (A-rank amount per post), but does become enabled to gather natural energy even if not remaining still. However, this still takes a bit of effort and thus consumes one activation per post that natural energy is gathered. Also, counts as Medium Armor while in use but yields no further penalties than listed in this technique.
Technique Name: Hiryu Gekizoku Shinten Raiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) ( -2 Custom Slots ) Rank: S+ Type: Bloodline | Spiritual Element: Hikariton (Light Release) Description: Zhi holds both of her hands out in front of herself, with the bottoms of her palms touching and fingers outstretched. A massive amount of hikariton chakra is charged as this unique hand seal is maintained and then unleashed to devastate a massive area in front of where they are aiming their palms. The destructive wave of plasma washes over all in its path while also brutally electrocuting anything caught in its currents capable of reshaping whole landscapes. This attack boasts a diameter of eighty [80] feet in diameter and can travel for up to two-hundred [200] feet in whatever direction it is aimed. Also this attack can be channeled for up to two posts (including the post it is executed in).

This technique heavily speeds up everyone and everything indiscriminately, including the user. Adversely, this technique also moderately decreases the reflexes of everyone affected due to the tax on everyone's minds with things being disproportionate. This technique lasts for five [5] posts. After the duration, everyone affected has their speed greatly decreased for two [2] posts.
Technique Name: Exitium Consilio [ Destruction's Design ] Rank: Variable (D-B Rank) Type: Bukijutsu | Spiritual Element: Maruton Description: The chosen wielder of Adfer Fatali can channel their chakra through the blade to force it's sections to separate and rearrange. The chosen formation can only become that of another weapon and will function however that weapon normally would. The conducted chakra fills in the gaps between the blade pieces to take the desired shape. Also, Adfer Fatali's temporary form can be no more than thrice the chosen weapon's normal size (D-Rank=Normal Size, C-Rank=Doubled Size, B-Rank=Tripled Size). Returns to its dormant state after two [2] posts (per rank applied) unless this technique's cost is repaid. This technique can also be used at least at E-Rank power to remotely recollect any lost pieces of Adfer Fatali if the user is holding the weapon's handle.
Technique Name: Chorus Saeva [ Cruel Dance ] Rank: A Type: Bukijutsu | Complex Element: Maruton Description: Adfer Fatali's wielder can only learn and utilize this technique if they are capable of drawing out the Hyuuga bloodline-favoring power of the blade. Utilizing refined chakra control, the user first channels their chakra through the sword then spreads that chakra outwardly throughout a twenty [20] meter radius. The twelve sections of Adfer Fatali's blade can be controlled individually or coordinated to attack enemies with motions of the sword's handle and their free hand for the duration of this technique. The invisible chakra field collapses and forces the blade to reform after five [5] posts of usage.
Technique Name: Mundi Ruptor [ World Breaker ] Rank: A Type: Bukijutsu | Spiritual Element: Maruton Description: Only usable while Cruel Dance is active. The user controls all twelve pieces of Adfer Fatali's blade to assume a circular formation. This formation acts as a conduit for a surge of chakra to be unleashed when the wielder thrusts the sword's handle toward it. A grinding, destructive wave of energy is sent forth from the formation in the direction the thrusting motion was made. This energy washes over everything in its path to shatter trees and reduce most structures to mere rubble. Severe bodily damage awaits anyone who receives this attack unguarded. The wave travels for up to twenty [20] meters from where it was launched and is has the same diameter as the formation it came from (no more than ten [10] meters wide).
Description: Literally lost to time thanks to the meddling of Sonosuke Jidaikyo, Adfer Fatali is an extraordinarily well-preserved relic to be passed on only to the most worthy of his progeny. The timeless sword hails from a foreign and ancient land. Thanks to its simple design and impeccable construction it has not lost its original value or function. Adfer Fatali's three [3] foot long blade is separated into a total of eleven [11] sections, each being about three [3] inches in length except the tip. The tip of the blade is six [6] inches long and can be split in halves to bring the total pieces of the sword's blade to twelve [12]. Adfer Fatali's grip is a rather standard basket design most commonly seen in rapiers and other duelist-type swords.
Ability Summary: • Indignus - If anyone but whomever is designated by its previous master attempts to wield Adfer Fatali by its grip then they will suffer an incredibly intense pain to their soul throughout the wielding hand and connecting arm. This soul attack renders the affected limb completely limp and numb, severely limiting the limb's usage for two [2] posts (including the post of initial effect). Adfer Fatali's fated owner is alerted of the sword's location, no matter the distance or present obstacles, at the moment this effect is triggered but taxes them for twenty-five [25] chakra at that time. • Saeclum - This effect will only be accessible if Adfer Fatali's wielder is of Hyuuga descent. For every piece of the sword's blade that comes into contact with an enemy, a single tenketsu point will become rotted; Saeclum targets the tenketsu points closest to the area(s) of contact. A rotted tenketsu point becomes far less functional for 5 posts; if another contact is made during this time then the duration is reset. For each rotted tenketsu point a person has, their maximum chakra is lowered by one [1] (capped at -361). However, it also costs Adfer Fatali's wielder one [1] chakra per affected tenketsu point.

Biography: Ada was adopted into the Rio family of the Land of Lightning's lower tier nobility at a relatively early age. Her original family was left behind to give her an opportunity where she could prosper rather than suffer in the poor, unstable conditions she was born into of the mountainous outlands. Her adoptive family put the young Ada's curious, and surprisingly innovative mind to best use as they saw fit. She received basic training in various crafts which she showed promise in, but it was decided that she would become a kunoichi when she also displayed the ability to harness chakra as shinobi could. Ada was moved to Kumogakure for proper training and to be enlisted into military service when she graduated the academy. Surprisingly, the paths set before her worked just fine with her developing personal ambitions. Now, Ada strives to not only fulfill the purpose given to her, but also to go beyond them to every capacity she believes she can for her own sake. Testing her own boundaries, achieving greatness akin to or even beyond the legends of ages past, and earning respect and recognition for her feats are the primary motivators which guide her forward one step at a time.
This much hasn't changed much since the conclusion of the war against the UHV. Ada's honorable service earned her a place as a Royal Guard to the newly appointed Daimyo, who was before the Raikage, where she only continued to distinguish herself both on and off duty. Of course, her achievements earned the Rio family much prestige and raised their status to that of other mid tier noble clans and families. As a successful achiever, Ada continued to perfect her craft as a talented kugutsu user. Her works only continue to develop and better serve her in fulfilling her duties to her country and people.
Her change of service from the Great Emperor Shiro to the shinobi life under Arashikage Toso was all too timely. Disaster struck the world as superhuman and rather inhumane "revolutionaries" made their mark. Uzushiogakure's demise was felt by the world around and Ada showed little hesitation in offering all of her abilities to overcome the threat. Doubt briefly plagued her due to the godly factors of the deus machina they were charging headlong into. She joined many brave warriors among the vanguard to face the leaders of the Kogarashi insurgents. With Kenshin Kosei as Arashigakure's Vanguard Commander and reinforcements from Uzushiogakure's survivors, Kogarashi was stopped before nearly everything seemed lost.
Life for all seemed to find a new, wary sort of normality throughout the ensuing five years. Ada, like others didn't seem to wholly feel the effects of time's passage, but there was no denying that her life also pressed ever forward. Prodding from the Rio family led her seek her own solutions- unfortunately resulting in avoidance and independence from her noble patrons at the imperial capital. Ada used the funds she'd accumulated and bought several small businesses which would soon make into sort of tycoon. Before long, the Light Foundation was firmly set atop the flying Hidden Storm Village, and its influence reached throughout much of the ninja world in widely varying degrees. Ada made use of this self-sufficiency and a capable, well-trained and motivated staff to focus on her more desired professions. X capably acted as a nexus and trusted administrator of her conglomerate and subsidiaries while she pursued work in the APD and as a shinobi. First Class:Puppeteer ▱▰▱ Master Mechanist → You have a fantastically creative mind, focusing your puppetry to make creations with highly unique characteristics. Your chakra-based mechanisms (for example, a puppet with a chakra shield) gain the overwhelming quality up to S-Rank. Each puppet has [3] unique mechanisms that do not count against the puppet’s mechanism limit. The mechanisms can be approved and used for other puppets but would otherwise not count toward the Puppeteer’s mechanism limit. The Puppeteer’s mechanisms push the limits of innovation, able to scale an additional rank. In addition, the user gets [2] more puppet points per rank, helping the user to better display his designs. Second Class:Tamer ▱▰▱ Chance Encounter → You are allowed to have a pet with a mythological aspect to them. This branch requires the pet has a minimal of four TA points, (points may be borrowed from later in the class if a single class, as well as bypass that rule of TA per body rank until C-ranked). Jiton Abilities: • Deconstruction: While the Magnetic Manipulation technique is active, basic metal items like kunai and shuriken from an enemy can be broken down into iron sand for an E-Rank amount of chakra. Armor, shields, weapons, and puppets can be broken down into iron sand for an equivalent amount of chakra. For example, an S-Rank amount of chakra for heavy armor, A-Rank for a large shield, S-Rank for a legendary weapon, S+ Rank for a tier four puppet, etc. Deconstruction requires an offensive action. However, the opponent may expend the same amount of chakra and a defensive action to protect the metal item against the deconstruction. In addition, after the battle is over the enemy may expend the same amount of chakra to restore their custom item. • I've Got No Strings: Jiton users of the puppeteer class are able to completely manipulate their puppets with the Magnetic Manipulation technique. They are even able to transfer their chakra into chakra-based mechanisms using their magnetic field, forgoing the necessity of chakra threads entirely. • Iron Maiden: Puppeteers of this clan are renowned for their ability to engineer powerful metal mechanisms. As a result, they receive [1] extra unique custom metal-based mechanism per marionette that does not count toward their mechanism limit. • War Gears: Using magnetic chakra, puppeteer Jiton users can expend an extra amount of chakra depending on the tier of the puppet to increase the resiliency of their metal mechanisms in a collision. D-Rank for tier one, C-Rank for tier two, B-Rank for tier three, and S-Rank for tier four. When this chakra is applied before the collision post, a one rank higher technique is required to destroy the mechanisms. This ability has a 5 post cooldown.
Personal Attributes: • Deconstructed Essence: When custom metal armors, weapons, and items are successfully reduced to iron sand by the deconstruction ability, the jiton user is able to retain [1] of the custom abilities of the original item in their iron sand for the duration of the battle. Up to [3] custom abilities from [3] separate weapons can be obtained in a single battle. Additionally, you receive 200 extra chakra to your pool, which is useful for deconstruction. • Martial Magnetism: After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. Physical contact can include using a melee weapon. You also learn [2] additional taijutsu or bukijutsu styles, one at D-Rank the other at B-Rank. • Electromagnetism: For an additional 10 chakra, all Raiton techniques can magnetize the target individual(s) or object(s) on direct contact and apply T1 burns from E-B Rank and T2 burns from A-S+ Rank. Using this method also allows Raiton techniques to turn the magnetic field created by the Magnetic Manipulation technique into an electromagnetic (EM) field. The result of this is that the Raiton technique can instantly travel over the area of the EM field while being manipulated by the user around allies. Doing this does not consume a combat action. Finally, you are granted [10] ninjutsu slots exclusively for Raiton techniques. • The Force of a Great Typhoon: Gains one additional element (wind) • Metal Bender: Can perform all jiton techniques with simplistic and complex somatic actions (claps, waves of the arms, stomps, etc.). • Chakra Bender: Can perform all ninjutsu techniques with simplistic and complex somatic actions (claps, waves of the arms, stomps, etc.). • Genetic Palette: With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. The nearest clone (must be B-rank or higher clone technique) is converted into raw essence and then stored within the seal. As long as this seal remains intact the object retains the clone's sentience; must repay the cost of this technique for each seal after every twelve [12] posts of use. Also, if the object has moveable parts the clone can animate that object.
Technique Name: Puppet Magnification Technique [ -1 Custom Slot ] Rank: B-S+ Type: Kugutsu Element: Maruton Description: The user completes a series of hand seals and designates their puppet(s) to be affected by this technique. The molded chakra is directed upon the puppet(s) and causes it to transform into a larger version of itself. This transformation can be up to two [2] times the original size and B-rank, five [5] times at A-rank, ten [10] times at S-rank, or fifteen [15] times at S+ rank usage. All of the puppet's mechanisms' effects (and techniques they use) are proportionately increased in size and range of their effect(s); the puppeteer must be careful not to catch allies or their self in a magnified attack. For example: a 5x magnified puppet launches an explosive kunai that usually only creates a 5ft blast, but now that blast will proportionately be 25ft. Up to three [3] puppets can be affected by this at a time by paying half the cost paid for this technique for each additional puppet. This transformation lasts for up to 6 posts, or sooner if the puppeteer ends it sooner or if the puppet suffers damage equal to the rank this technique was used.
Technique Name: Magnetic Performance [ -1 Custom Slot ] Rank: B Type: Kugutsu Element: Jiton Description: If applied when activating the Magnetic Manipulation skill, the puppeteer applies this effect to a magnetic field they have created for no additional activation cost. This allows them to control their puppet(s) to the same capacity as the Puppetry String Technique allows, but they must pay the cost of this technique again for each puppet to be controlled. Multiple puppets may become controlled at once for the same activation, but any others brought in afterward require their own activation to be used. Can only control puppets that the user has gained a firm understanding of (must have made the puppet, repaired the puppet, or encountered a puppet several times in some other way). Must repay the cost of this technique every six [6] posts to maintain its effect.

The user can freely change the colors of the sand to match that of the original which the clone was modeled after. The clone doesn't "leak" sand due to the strong magnetic force sustaining it. The clone can alter its form once per post. It turns into a pile of metal dust after 5 posts unless sustained with more chakra. Must remain in the same topic as the user at all times. Despite its funding and resources, the facility was dedicated to but one primary project. Their technological advances over the other shinobi nations were nothing but stepping stones to the completion of Project X. The Enhanced Humanoid Combative Synthetic, or EHCS (pronounced like the letter X), was intended to replace all of UHV's deployed military forces with the battle-ready automatons. However, they soon realized that the project was too cost ineffective to pursue after barely finishing just one prototype. A Royal Guard to the Land of Floods Daimyo, Ada Rio-Kyuri, was sent on an investigative mission in that area by following a chance lead. What she discovered in the post-war ruins was a semi-operational deeper facility. Finding herself in a pinch due to the facility's automated defenses and a severe depletion of her chakra reserves, she accidentally activated the EHCS prototype which quickly designated her as its master before saving her life and escorting her to safety. Since then, Ada has collected any scraps of information about Project X and applied her own knowledge of ninja puppet machinations to improve on her newfound metallic comrade.

Type of Mechanism: Chakra-Focusing Crystal - Blast Mechanism's Rank: D-A Mechanism Description: This chakra-focusing crystal mechanism can be activated to fire a 1ft diameter (+1ft per rank) blast of chakra in whatever way they are directed (D-rank minimum cost). The chakra blast inflicts concussive force on whatever it collides with, vanishing on contact, and sending the obstacle flying 5ft (+10ft per additional rank) away from the impact site. The damage inflicted from these concussive forces scales according to how much chakra is applied: skin-deep bruising (D-rank), muscular bruising (C-rank), minor bone fractures (B-rank), or moderate bone fractures & minor internal damage (A-rank).
Type of Mechanism: Chakra-Focusing Crystal - Wave Mechanism's Rank: C-S Mechanism Description: This chakra-focusing crystal mechanism can be activated to fire a 2ft diameter (+1ft per rank) beam of chakra for up to two [2] posts reaching up to fifty [50] feet of range. The chakra beam continuously inflicts concussive force on whatever it collides with, bombarding the target, and sending them flying 5ft (+10ft per additional rank) away from the impact site. The damage inflicted from these concussive forces scales according to how much chakra is applied: muscular bruising (C-rank), minor bone fractures (B-rank), moderate bone fractures & minor internal damage (A-rank), or major bone fractures & moderate internal damage (S-rank).
Type of Mechanism: Chakra-Focusing Crystal - Guard Mechanism's Rank: B-S+ Mechanism Description: This chakra-focusing crystal mechanism can be triggered to create a spherical barrier of chakra around the puppet it is installed in to repel anything it comes into contact with for as long as it is sustained (up to 3 posts); cannot reactivate this mechanism for 3 posts after this duration has ended. Weaker obstacles are thrown away with significant repelling force, obstacles of equal strength negate the barrier, or the barrier is destroyed when faced with an obstacle stronger than itself; barrier cannot be reactivated for 3 posts after it has been overwhelmed. Can pay the difference in cost to increase the defensive power of the barrier after it has been activated but doing so does not reset its duration.
Type of Mechanism: Chakra-Focusing Crystal - Blade Mechanism's Rank: C-S Mechanism Description: Creates a blade of chakra; can be further augmented with a single basic element (main five). The power of the blade is dependent on the amount of chakra supplied. Up to +2ft blade size per rank applied, starting at 4ft minimum for C-rank cost paid. Must continue to supply chakra to maintain the blade every seven [7] posts. Can supply elemental chakra to give the blade the properties of that element instead.
Type of Mechanism: Chakra Battery Mechanism's Rank: S Mechanism Description: A device specifically designed to store Maruton chakra. When installed into a puppet, the puppeteer may use that puppet as an alternative conduit/source for their Kugutsu/Maruton jutsu or for the puppet's mechanism(s). Doing so drains the chakra stored in the battery. Cannot store more than 320 Maruton chakra.
Type of Mechanism: Magnetic Battery Mechanism's Rank: S Mechanism Description: A device specifically designed to store Magnet Release chakra. When installed into a puppet, one who can use Jiton techniques may use that puppet as an alternative conduit/source for their magnetic jutsu. Doing so drains the chakra stored in the battery instead. Cannot store more than 320 Jiton chakra.

Type of Mechanism: Overloading Device Mechanism's Rank: C-A Mechanism Description: Unleashes a violent blast of pure raiton chakra in all directions from the puppet this mechanism is installed in. Electrical explosion may not damage/destroy the puppet depending on what it is made of or if designed with proper insulation; likewise, foes with proper protection against raiton chakra can resist or even be immune to this mechanism's function. C-rank = 10ft diameter electrical explosion; inflicts minor burns on exposed skin. B-rank = 20ft diameter electrical explosion; inflicts moderate burns on exposed skin and stuns anyone hit for one [1] post, and exposed areas of body remain numbed for 2 posts after stun ends. A-rank = 40ft diameter electrical explosion; inflicts severe burns on exposed skin and stuns anyone hit for one [1] post, and exposed areas of body remain numbed and suffer from hypertension for 3 posts after stun ends.
Type of Mechanism: Chakra Thrusters Mechanism's Rank: D-A Mechanism Description: Allows the puppet it is installed into to perform a high-speed dash (+1 speed per rank applied) in a single direction. Once per fight, can be used to move at the same speed as Shunshin but still takes up the puppeteer's Shunshin usage limit (and follows all other standard Shunshin restrictions). Can also be used to hover if the minimum cost is paid every post but gives no speed increase for doing so. This mechanism also works for submerged maneuvering.
Type of Mechanism: Super Chakra Thruster Mechanism's Rank: S Mechanism Description: Coats the puppet this mechanism is installed into with a pointed, protective chakra barrier while launching them in a single direction at a supremely increased speed. The barrier effectively acts like a lance, shredding anything hit by the tip and defecting attacks of equal and lower rank; however, higher ranking attacks and defenses will overwhelm this mechanism's functions entirely. If used more than once every two posts, the mechanism will become broken and need repairs.
Type of Mechanism: Jiton-Alloyed Light Endoframe Mechanism's Rank: S Mechanism Description: Crafted intricately to the specifications of the puppet it is installed into, this endoframework is comprised of various metals to support it against forces/masses many times its own without sacrificing any mobility (-1 rank damage from AoE abilities, skills, and techniques).

Type of Mechanism: X-Vision Mechanism's Rank: S Mechanism Description: Eyeball mechanisms specifically designed to be installed into ECHS. The design was completed by Ada Rio-Kyuri based on UHV prototypes. It allows ECHS to see everything around him at a "higher framerate", supremely increasing his reflexes (cost paid at the beginning of the fight). Also, he can change to alternate visual spectrums with the X-Vision such as infrared, x-ray, or even filtering colors of light.

With the press of a button on either side of of the hairclips (or if activated remotely by EHCS), it creates a nearly transparent chakra screen across the wearer's eyes like a visor. This screen can be used to access EHCS' ocular mechanism to see what X sees in real time as well as provide information about objects/entities/chakra in X's field of view with as much detail as the X-Vision mechanism installed in EHCS' eye sockets.
