Hobbies:
Studying the Occult Willow loves the Occult, from trying to capture proof of ghosts right down to fortune telling. She believes that eventually she can help others. Of course because of this some days she can be studying Wicca and the next have moved onto telling fortunes and reading palms (Well... not really palm readings she's still working on perfecting that). Then it seems on weekends and lots of times during the summer (speically in a thunder storms as it's believed that's when most paranormal activity is at it's peak.)
Supporting Wild Life Foundations Willow wants to help support and save wild life. Especially those animals that are endangered. While she can’t always help her parents or volunteer at the local zoo she normally takes an hour or two out of her day to see if there’s anything supporting any of the Wildlife Foundations. When she finds things that have proceeds going to the foundation, she’ll buy the items and either stash them away or if it is something like soap she’ll use it.
Watching TV Willow watches TV like it’s going out of fashion, that said she also likes to watch late night movies that come on TV. She’s got one of those fancy DVR’s so she can record her favorite shows and watch them whenever she likes or has some down time. She tends to pick up sayings or general knowledge from the TV especially when she’s channel surfing. But when those light night movies she watches ends up being horror flicks she’s just a little more paranoid than she was before watching them.
Virtues:
Challenge-loving Willow loves a challenge. She can’t back down from one. She may occasionally be hesitant because of a fear or what not, but in the end, her pride wins out. When she actually completes a challenge, it makes her feel warm and fuzzy inside. It also helps root out a little fear, not much, because it’s still there, but a little. She finds studying the occult to be a challenge when it comes to the religions and beliefs of certain societies, she'll spend days trying to find common ground and flipping back and forth to dictionary websites to find meanings of words that might be just out of her vocabulary.
Curious Willow has a curious nature. When something catches her attention or ear, she has to go see what it is. If it’s a noise in a house, for example the one she stays in, she occasionally carries a bat. (Depending on how many horror movies she’s seen.) In case it’s someone that she has to defend herself from. However, sometimes what catches her attention is a little less dramatic. Sometimes it’s something close to, “is that psychically possible?” Also Willow will grab the TV remote and channel surf during commercials, heck sometimes even when a show is on considering she has one of those satellite dishes. If she finds something on that she hasn't seen or knows the title of but hasn't seen that particular one she'll just have to watch it. Never mind your movie.
Flaws:
Personal bubble space Willow hates having her space invaded. When she's talking with people and specially when there are large groups Willow has a tendency to make more space between her and the people she's around, while still being close enough to talk to them without shouting. This also creates a problem if she's basically cornered with no way out. A slight eye twitch will develop while she mentally begs for them to move, or attempts to push her way out of the enclosed space. This some times hinders her TV watching. If the chair/sofa/etc is too small to seat her and someone else with an arm's length space between them (even if she's sitting on the arm of said object). She'll then take the kindasortaabadveiwoverhere chair giving those big sad kitten eyes. (Heck she'd sit on the floor if there was enough room or the back of the couch if it's not a lazy boy and could fly out from under her.) This often effects her on a day to day bases because she finds some of the classroom tables seat people too close to her, desks do as well, and sometimes she starts to panic trying to find a way to make herself feel less surrounded. Including requesting seats in the back of the classroom or in the front, which ever is closest to the door out. It also causes a problem in settings when she's shopping, she tends to get those associates that like to stand right on top you wanting to help her which just drives her nuts.
Prideful Willow has a sense of pride, a rather large one. She doesn’t like to embarrass herself in front of others by admitting she’s scared of something. She might occasionally hiss a hurry, and make it sound urgent they get to their destination, but her, scared? That’s a laugh. She’ll do anything to prove that she’s not a wuss, because she prides herself in being, well what she thinks is being strong. (Unfortunately her pride likes to get the better of her when there’s dares or challenges that come up, which she doesn’t want to admit she’s a bit scared of doing.) They always say curiosity killed the cat, but I think it’s pride that killed it.
Physical Description:
Hair: Black - Long (at least down to her knees) with sherbert orange Highlights (Orange color #f7b379 or something close)
This for her hairstyle.
Eyes: Ice Blue, slightly catish shaped
Eyes Maybe something close to 14 or 16 in shape.
Face: Looks sort of Asian.
Body:
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 152"
Chest: 38"
Hips: 42"
Fashion: A lot of Gothic/Lolita stuff, sometimes large baggy pants with a nice shirt, always darker colors [purples, maroons, blacks, darker blues, some greens] nothing in the 'powder' colors only thing she wears that's an exception to this is oranges and whites. She also likes lacy accessories and funny/awesome goth/lolita and animal themed hats and head bands. (Like tiger/cat ears or hats or Skeleanimal hats) She also prefers small animal/coffin shaped/print backpacks to purses.
*Willow's heritage on her mother's side is of Asian descent, mostly from China but there are other Asian countries in the mix. Her father is white/American, though his family heritage hails from France.

The illusion of the target’s superstition is purely based on what the target believes in. This attack distracts the target by feeding into a fear, paranoia, or something else based on the player’s discretion.
This attack can last for 25 seconds and be used 3 times; though if the player wants lingering side effects of the magic, they’re welcome to it.
Henshin Phrase: Halley Comet Power! Make-up!
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Superstitious Double Illusions
Halley casts her magic on her target and the magic begins to twist the target’s personal superstition into a reality, or so the target believes that’s what’s happening. The illusion of the target’s superstition is purely based on what the target believes in. This attack distracts the target by feeding into a fear, paranoia, or something else based on the player’s discretion.
This attack can last for 35 seconds and be used 2 times; though if the player wants lingering side effects of the magic, they’re welcome to it. Halley can now target up to two characters at a time.
Henshin Phrase: Halley Eternal Power! Make-up!
Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Superstitions Abound
Halley casts her magic on an area of fifteen feet around her and the magic begins to twist the target’s personal superstition into a reality, or so the target believes that’s what’s happening. The illusion of the target’s superstition is purely based on what the target believes in. This attack distracts the target by feeding into a fear, paranoia, or something else based on the player’s discretion.
This attack can last for 45 seconds and be used once; though if the player wants lingering side effects of the magic, they’re welcome to it. Any one in a faction not Halley’s own faction can be affected by this.

Halley is the name of a comet that passes by earth, about every 76 years. Superstitions soon rose about the Comet's passing. One astronomer said that Comets came around once and then disappears never to be seen again. However, Halley, using Newton's laws of physics determined that to be not quite true. In the year 1910, it was discovered the earth was going to pass through Halley's tail. Moreover, that one of the molecules in the tail of the comet was none other than cyanide. Many people bought sickness pills, others sold off all possessions and others even killed themselves. One other time Halley passed around the earth people thought there to be Aliens waiting to invade the earth after she passed, most people didn't live long enough to see that this was indeed a false superstition. Other comets have been believed to cause wildfires, floods, and even Armageddon. As well were they rumored to predict the passing of a King or Prince.
Halley's homeworld visually looks like a mix between Niflheim in Ragnarok, Halloween town from Nightmare before Christmas.
