Willow had never expected a summer exhibit to be set up in one of the parks that lasted until night time. What with all the "terrorist", youma and strange stuff running around. However, when she saw a poster for a summer exhibit at the park she couldn't pass it up.
It sounded fun the dinosaurs featured there had been done by a local artist and a few other people. And when night fell there were suppose to be some pretty cool lighting effects including some black light exhibits and a movie about dinosaurs!
She'd brought popcorn too because you couldn't just watch a movie without popcorn! She was walking past a stegosaurus looking up at it because the background was lit up with all sorts of scenery that changed and made the dino look like it was moving. "OH MAN this is sooo cool!!!"

Sailor Tyrannosaurus really had no choice in defending an exhibit like this one. It was literally in her name, after all. And really, it was right up her alley anyway, with or without the strange destiny that now tied her to the fossils and informational displays that currently filled this small section of the park. The art was fantastic, and it seemed like they had really gone all out on the vibe.
It was really like not working at all, when she thought about it. Not that she was getting paid either way.
Looking very much like a particularly enthusiastic fan, the senshi walked around freely in her uniform. She doubted she would feel any chaos orders, as they did not tend to blend in as well, but she supposed they could either be particularly bold, or off in the shadows. she was doing her best to keep her senses on high alert, just in case, but there was talk of a movie and she was getting antsy wanting to go catch a peek.
Just outside the range of the lights, a particularly life like dinosaur watched the happenings in confusion and curiosity. And no small amount of hunger.

Willow had caught sight of the senshi; though it didn't register that the person she was about to gush over with the outfit looking like some adventure hero archeologist was in fact powered. "Oh my gosh, your outfit is so cool!!!"
She said looking at the other woman. "Are you an archeologist or just a fan of the movie that's suppose to be playing tonight?" She had sooo many questions and thought the outfit fit really well with the theme of the display.
"Also, what's your favorite dinosaur!?" Willow was oblivious to the lurking danger just outside the range of lights.
She smiled, "Oh I also brought popcorn if you didn't I'd be happy to share. I'm Willow!" The girl realized she'd been rude to not introduce herself before gushing all over the stranger.

Tyrannosaurus grinned broadly as someone noticed how cute she looked. Really, she had to agree. There were some fukus she saw that seemed ridiculously impractical, while she was both comfortable and warm. But not too warm. Really, she had nothing to complain about, not even getting one of those skirts, which was ultimately a small blessing for the tomboy.
She loved the compliments when they came from someone else, though, and she immediately seemed to light up as she waved her gloved hand.
"It's not so cool!" she droned, though she clearly thought it was. Clearing her throat, and adjusting her jacket, she composed herself and shook her head. "not an archeologist, no. Though it looks really cool, and there are some great fossil finding games that I like a lot. If I were smarter, maybe, I could do something science-y like that. Just a fan, I guess!"
She was rounding her choice of favorite dinosaur as she held out her hand to introduce herself to this Willow person. She was saved the awkward realization that she could not really introduce herself with her real name, and calling herself Tyrannosaurus would be super awkward, as a roar interrupted them. It did not come from the direction of the film, where thankfully most people had already gathered, but rather back towards the displays behind them. Turning, she spotted a dinosaur-like shape leaping onto the Stegosaurus sculpture.
"Whoa! Hey, you better get somewhere safe. That. Uh. Er. Animatronic looks like it's out of control. I'll handle it!" She waved and hurried toward the youma, frowning as she considered her options. Wait, had she seen this guy before?

Willow smiled, "Ohh fossil finding games sound awesome! I've seen little blind box type things that let you make a model dinosaur after you uncover all the bits." She said, "I know it's not quite the same as a game but it looked pretty cool!"
Willow blinked owlishly when the roar happened and went "Oh!" Well that was pretty damn impressive of a malfunctioning animatronic" It didn't take Willow long to find a place to power up and popped back out,
She then realized the other person had been a senshi the whole time. "Oh man... She really does have the best uniform." She muttered. Shortly after she made sure to make it into ear shot range of Sailor Tyrannosaurus, "Hey! Need some help?"
There was a wink as she then whistled at the Youma to try and grab it's attention. "Here boy, come on you don't want that it's all plasticy."

"Oh, hey!"
Tyrannosaurus lit up, grinning wide and waving her gloved hand, just in case the person talking to her had not, somehow, seen her. She was just excited to have another person to fight with her, not putting it together as her brain fizzled in a particularly unique way that this was the same person that she had just been talking too.
They had clearly run off to hide, because her story was so very convincing and an animatronic on the run was no one's friend.
"I think so. This is a big boy. I feel like I've seen it before, but they all blur together," she laughed. It did seem that, more often than not, when she ran into a youma it was on the bigger side of things.
Novus turned, snarling as it looked at the two new enemies. Instinct told him he hated them, and that was all he needed, roaring and holding his clawed hands up. The stegosaurus was sufficiently dead, and these two were actually moving and, potentially, real flesh.

Willow nodded when Tyrannosaurus said this was a big boy. "This is probably one of the larger Youma I've seen lately. He needs a nap."
She seemed to think, "I wonder how many dinosaur youma there are. They could make a new movie with them and not have to use animatronics." She chuckled but it fell a little flat when the youma actually noticed them.
Mayyybee calling it had been a bad idea. "Should we split up and confuse it?"
She asked as she thought maybe her attack would work on it??? " I can buy a bit of time!"
She added as she called, "Superstitious Illusions"Lithiasaur Sailor Scout Attack: Superstitious Illusions Halley casts her magic on her target and the magic begins to twist the target’s personal superstition into a reality, or so the target believes that’s what’s happening. The illusion of the target’s superstition is purely based on what the target believes in. This attack distracts the target by feeding into a fear, paranoia, or something else based on the player’s discretion. This attack can last for 25 seconds and be used 3 times; though if the player wants lingering side effects of the magic, they’re welcome to it.

"I think you're right," T-Rex laughed, watching the dinosaur youma with unwarranted confidence. He looked big and powerful, and very annoyed: she had no business acting like she was not worried. Yet here she was, standing with her hands on her hips and grinning ear to ear.
Sometimes, it was all about appearances.
And what sort of an adventurer would she be if she were afraid of a dinosaur? She was the SENSHI of FOSSILS. So it made sense to make this guy back into one. She clicked her tongue behind her teeth at that thought, chiding herself for not saying it out loud. Maybe if she got a good moment, she'd try it out in the fight.
"Eh?"
The walnut brained youma snarled as the senshi began to move apart, turning to Halley as she spoke but not quite understanding senshi magic. He blinked, not noticing any sort of effect. Or maybe he did, seeing something or thinking something, but it did not register in his very simple mind. That in itself, at least, was enough of a distraction, as he was just standing there in confusion.
T-Rex charged, attacking the youma from the side while it was distracted. She leaped at it, pulling her fist back and smashing it into his lizardy face as hard as she could. He moved slightly, then snarled as she dropped to the ground beside him. That had not done much. It was his turn, and he turned to smash his tail into her and send her flying back the way she had come.

Halley chuckled when T-rex said she was right. Nodding along Halley paused though as she watched the dinosaur youma seemingly be confused by whatever it was watching. Well . . . at least her attack did something right? Right?
She grinned as she continued to skirt around the Youma to line up for a punch to it's rib cage when T-rex charged at the youma, punching it directly in the face. There was a small cringe as she noticed the tail whip around and strike the other unsuspecting Senshi, "Oi, you okay!? That looked like it hurt. . . . a lot."
Though too late while the Yuma was busy with the other senshi Halley took a chance of her own to aim a punch towards it's rib cage. Which might not do much but . . . go for what hurts right?
She was hoping she wouldn't get the teeth or tail of the beastie when she did this. "Pick on someone you're own size you big bully!" She called at the youma.

Tyrannosaurus wuffed from where she lay flat on her back, struggling to gain a breath back with enough substance to it to re-inflate the lungs that sturdy tail had unceremoniously emptied. She held up a hand, though, when she heard the worried voice, and offered a shaky thumbs up before dropping her arm back to her chest.
Almost knocking the air out of herself again.
She forced herself to sit up just in time to see Halley attacking the youma. The dinosaur grunted, clearly not liking its own tactic being turned on it, though it did not seem to be as winded as T-Rex herself was. It turned its head toward Halley, snarling for a moment and baring its many, sharp teeth before lashing out with its claws.
"Watch out!" T-Rex gasped, struggling to her feet, but most certainly not fast enough to help much. The claws were tipped with a type of poison useful to animals that hunted, numbing the area they scratched to the point of pins and needles or, if he got a good slash in, making it completely numb.

Lithiasaur gosh this is like a year old so sorry for the delay - I hit requirement word limit if you want to wrap this up soon.
Halley moved trying to keep away as much as she could but the claw got some of her arm as she could feel it go numbish. "W-welp don't get hit by the claws it's a little tingly!"
She called out as she tried to keep her arm from falling completely asleep the senshi called her magic again, even though it didn't seem to do much for the youma, it would buy both of them some time maybe to get things back together.

LP Sailor Scout Attack: Feeding Time! Sailor T-Rex can summon the ghostly image of a skeletal Tyrannosaurus Rex’s head above her, which roars at an ear piercing pitch and causes a mild, temporary paralysis. The effect is not in the sound itself, but rather a shock wave that emanates from Sailor T-Rex in a five-foot radius around her. Unless someone is standing within that range, even if they hear the roar, they will not be affected by the attack. Likewise, if they are inside the range but cannot hear the roar, they will not be affected. The paralysis lasts up to 15 seconds. The strength of her opponent can impact this. She can use this attack two times per power up due to power strain.
She heard the other senshi call her attack again and decided to add her own power to the mix. Maybe the two of them together could overpower the thing. It seemed stopped in its tracks for a second, and she ran over to throw her hands up and yell, "It's FEEDING TIME!"
The image of a spectral tyrannosaurus skull roared to life above her hands, though thankfully she had managed to use her skill without being too near to her current partner. Sometimes she forgot that she could hit other White Moon with it, but being reckless and brainless did not hurt them this time. Instead, an already stressed and fearful youma turned to see a much larger, scarier looking predator roaring at it and, for a moment, Novus was completely paralyzed. Both by magic and fear.
Which was admittedly also magic.
"Punch it!" T-Rex suggested, the image above her fading as she charged forward and took a swing for the youma's stomach. She would have loved to punch it in the face, but it was just a bit too tall for that, and had been craning upward to look at the T-Rex head.
It occurred to her that a better move might have been to just run away.

Halley nodded, "Right? Like I don't think they needed to add random venom or whatever this is to the thing for it to be scary!"
She chuckled and watched the other senshi's attack which was admittedly pretty damn cool "Whooooaaaa Awesome!" She called shortly after hearing punch it.
Halley wasn't sure she could feel her one arm good enough to throw a punch but she leapt into the air and aimed a punch with her not tingly arm; to the closest part of the dino she could find. Maybe with both of them full on battling the critter it'd take it's cue and dino waddle out -- or dust. Dust might be cool.

LP I swear I wrote a post for this one before. Maybe I lost it somewhere ;-;
But at the very least, he was gone.
Tyrannosaurus huffed, looking exhausted. She was grinning ear to ear, though, and only barely holding back a hoot and holler of victory. She was not sure it would be appropriate, given the struggle, but she was definitely proud of at least chasing the thing off.
"Man, and I thought I liked dinosaurs! That one is definitely on the bad list. Still cool, but I'd hate to hang out with him again. Are you okay?" She seemed to remember they had been in a battle, rather than some sort of video game, and moved to examine the other. Now she was a little more sobered, frowning. It would have been a lot more fun without anyone getting hurt. That part sucked. "I think we'd better call it a night, eh?"

Halley had jumped back and watched the dinosaur youma stomp off when it finally decided to leave. She gave a sigh and chuckled a bit shaking her hand on the arm that felt like it was asleep.
"Huyh?" She paused when Tyrannosaurus asked if she was okay "Y-yeah I think so; my arm is pretty tingly though like it's fallen asleep. Hopefully that wears off soon."
She nodded when the other suggested they take their leave for the night, "Yeah we probably should before someone shows up to rope off the area and blame it on like some dinosaur robot or something."
Halley laughed, "Good job though your attack is awesome!"
She was stretching her arm and getting a little bit of feeling back, "Good night, I hope to meet you again!"
