Hobbies: Outdoor Activites: Juniper has always been a very outdoor loving girl, she is quite a tomboy, much to the distress of her grandmother who has raised her. She loves to run around and play all sorts of sports, and doesn’t think the day is complete if she doesn’t have grass stains all over her pants. She would like to spend all of her time outside, and if she could get away with it, she would one day like to live in a tent.
Video Games: Something that all teens these days seem to be getting into her grandmother won’t let her get into any of the violent ones, so she has to settle for the more innocent, and somewhat boring games that are permitted in the household. It’s not easy though, for as much of a ‘little lady’ that Juniper tries to be, she really, really does want to play that first person shooter like that one boy from down the street! It just looks fun!
Piano: Juniper is beginning to be quite a good piano player, if she does say so herself. She began lessons at the age of four when her grandmother requested that she do so. She never liked it back then, but now with thirteen years of lessons under her belt, Juniper is getting to be very skilled with the instrument. She believes that there is nothing more calming than sitting at the piano and playing until things get better. Though, she is still a little rebellious, and often does what she can to get out of practicing.
Virtues: Honest: Juniper doesn’t like to lie. She really just doesn’t like it one bit. Whenever she’s tried before, her stomach gets all twisty and she feels very much like she wants to start crying or something. Plus, when you lie, you normally end up getting into a lot more trouble than when you just come out and tell the truth, so Juniper tries her best to always tell the truth, no matter if it’s good things she’s telling or bad.
Determined: When Juniper wants to get things done, she will get them done, and she won’t let anyone, ever get in her way. Ever. And if they try, well, that’s another story, but she will keep her mind clear and work very hard to meet her goals. Because getting things done is what matters in life. Leaving things half finished only brings eventual disaster.
Confident: Due to her constant piano practicing, Juniper has gained a level of self confidence that cannot be easily shaken. If presented with a challenge, Juniper will take a few minutes to analyze what her weaknesses are, then set about turning them into strengths. With having this attitude, Juniper cannot remember a thing that she has let beat her, she really feels and believes that anything can be triumphed over time.
Flaws: Foolhardy: Sometimes…well, quite often, Juniper will get it into her head, that she can do absolutely anything. And, while such confidence is normally a good trait, taking it too far can be rather dangerous at times. It's not that she likes to go into dangerous situations, sometimes she just really doesn't think before she acts.
Rebellious: It’s one thing to get things done, but another for people to tell you to get things done. Juniper enjoys completeing things, but she doesn’t want to be told that she has to complete them, she wants to do things on her own time and in her own way, and if someone tells her to…say clean her room, she won’t. She’ll find a million other things to do, (Like sit in her room and play video games all day), and she won’t clean it until she is darn good and ready. The more you push, the harder she digs her heels in the dirt to stop you.
Distrustful: Not everyone is honest, and Juniper knows this full well. She tries to tell the truth, almost to a fault, but she has a very hard time trusting what people say unless she knows them very, very well. This distrust for people doesn't stem from just one event...though a few times that her friends have turned against her. Mostly this distrust comes from watching the shows that are almost always about people betraying the trust of other people...it's just a terrible world out there. Why would anyone want to trust anyone that they just meet on the street?
