Hey, guys! It’s Alihi Kaua, the resident female tactician! :3
... So, things tend to get hectic sometimes, so I’ll explain and summarize what’s going on, alright?
Let’s begin!
------
The Calling Dark
So, what happened here was pretty simple.
... Er, straightforward. Melethia was in her room one night, when suddenly... she started to move. Step by step, she moved closer and closer to the door, until the darkness was suddenly taken from her and she collapsed, unconscious.
Now, enter Nino. She wandered down into the basement, to find the unconscious Melethia... and another woman. Well, the figure of one. And then, the door swung open and the darkness around the woman blew away.
After a bit of dialogue, threats, and injuries (to Melethia), Nino fled with Mel in tow. The mysterious woman disappeared into the darkness...
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 1)
Nino brought the injured and unconscious Mel up to the main area. The unconscious woman was put in a bed to rest, and then conversation began between the people slowly flooding into the mansion. Who caused this? Why did this happen? Will another be attacked? No one really seemed to know.
Then, she appeared again, dragging one into the darkness...
---
The Bard Arriveth! (Part 1)
... And while the stuff at the FEFGA mansion was happening, a bard by the name of Ganon Firenight arrived. He was first seen by Blossom and Nils, who introduced themselves to him. Ed then appeared. As it turns out, she and Ganon are friends who haven’t seen each other for four years. After a little bit of catching up, the reptilian bard began playing again, having the audience of Blossom, Ed, and some children.
---
Twisted Shadow
Now, back to FEFGA’s. The mysterious woman dragged one person in.
It was Rei, the druid.
He was forced into combat, his new tome (Erebus) versus her blade and feet. At first, it seemed rather even, with blow being matched by another.
And then, Rei began to change. After actually getting a good, bleeding wound from the mysterious woman, he became more ruthless. With one barrage of attacks, the whole battle turned around into Rei’s favor, and was granted her name: Asami Meiuqer.
After a bit more of Rei being all ruthless, he was sent back...
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 2)
Rei had a rather landing, bleeding like crazy and in a good amount of pain. But still, he flung himself into the main room, where others immediately came to his aid. They tried healing him, which proved to only make the pain more severe.
The druid requested that he be brought down to where the Door was. So they brought him down there. Then, he began his assault, wanting to destroy the Door, shouting that it was the cause to all the problems. When the young general Amelia tried to stop him, she was just flung into the wall, which triggered a moment of “what am I doing?” for Rei. Renault came down to the basement and healed the now-injured Amelia, carrying her back up the stairs and leaving Rei and the tactician, Alihi, alone.
Then, he had his awakening. The darker Rei made his escape after threatening Alihi, immobilizing Ashnard, using Alihi as a shield from Renault, using Amelia as a shield from Renault, and then making a pile at the bottom of the stairs consisting of Renault, Alihi, Rhys, Amelia, and Aran. Rei headed out the door, immediately pursued by many (Oujay, Amelia, Rhys, Nils, Ephraim, Aran).
He sealed himself and Amelia from the rest, ready to fight and kill her...
Meanwhile, one headed back to the mansion, looking for some rings. However, Asami decided that he would be her next target...
---
Duel to the Death
... So, Rei and Amelia fought. And fought. And fought some more. Taunts were made, walls were climbed... It’s hard to summarize it, really.
It’s a very intense battle that I say that you should look into yourself.
The battle ended with Amelia narrowly escaping death due to the voices in Rei's head demanding him to stop. He left, heading into the forest. Amelia was healed, and they headed back to FEFGA's... (go to Bittersweet Return).
---
Corrupted Music
Now, we turn attention away from Rei and Amelia and focus it on the next victim: Nils the dragon bard. The battle between him and Asami was rather short-lived, for he was a bard who almost never fought. He almost had the darkness rise then, pulling out the cursed flute and was about to play it... when he collapsed to his knees, unable to play. He was sent (well, kicked) back to where he belonged.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 3)
Nils landed back in FEFGA’s manor, definitely not fine. Renault immediately appeared, staying by the bard’s side and trying to care for him. Luna and Ninian soon joined Renault. The bard was screaming and thrashing, trying to stop the darkness from overtaking him...
But he lost. After putting on the façade that he was still fighting for a bit, he played his cursed flute, which enabled him to get out of the house safely. But once the others were freed from the powers of the instrument, they began to pursue him. After realizing how terrible of a situation he was in (Sue ready to fire at him with Renault and Aran at his heels), he fled, disappearing into the forest.
The group dispersed a bit from there. Renault wandered over to where Amelia and Rei were still battling. Sue, with Ninian, headed back to FEFGA’s. The dancer soon left again, wondering about Amelia and Rei. Ephraim headed into the forest, curiosity overtaking him. While in there, he ran into Nometal. Together, they went into an abandoned cabin they happened to stumble upon, taking from it a pendant. The purpose of it is still unknown.
As people slowly began to flood back to FEFGA's, the tactician Alihi began to formulate a plan. She told those who were there to stick together, for Asami had yet to attack someone who was in a group. Some agreed, and soon the thought arose of notifying the people in Eyris. After a bit of thinking, Alihi decided that she and Sue would head into town, while Nometal and Valter would alert those in the surrounding area. They set out to do so.
---
Blade of Fury (Part 1)
Around this time, Abel arrived, heading into Eyris.
Little did he know, he was Asami's next target. They engaged into combat, as usual, blade against blade. He was holding out well, and then he got the injury from Asami, completely warping him into someone else completely.
He was sent back to Eyris. Abel headed for a tavern, where he was going to meet someone and give the person some information, but... he was different now. He got provoked by a man at the tavern and proceeded to attack him and other citizens as well.
---
The Bard Arriveth! (Part 2)
Meanwhile, Nometal and Valter ran into Ganon, Ed, Blossom, and the children. The two proceeded to update them on the situation.
Their response was not good. Blossom began to freak out, worried for Aidan's safety. Ed was trying to remain alert and logical. Ganon was unresponsive, playing his mandolin to give Ed an extra energy boost. They all agreed to head into town to figure out what was going on. They were ready for a fight if it got to it.
Nometal, however, began to wander off. He came back a bit later and, alongside Valter, went to rejoin the group that was heading for Eyris.
---
Blade of Fury (Part 2)
Sue and Alihi arrived in Eyris, only to see the bloodshed that Abel had caused. It didn't take long for the pair to realize what the mercenary had done. The tactician became fearful, but Sue kept her emotions in check.
At first, the tactician went unnoticed by Abel. But once she demanded that he was brought back to normal, she became noticed and he even hesitated for a moment before pointing his blade at the pair and declaring that he wanted a fight. Sue accepted the challenge.
Abel then proceeded to tell the nomad about how her father, Rath, abandoned her. The first strike was made, which Sue parried away easily. It was quite obvious to Alihi, though, that the words that Abel spoke, lies or not, had affected Sue. So, the tactician quickly calmed her down and slid off Sue's horse, ready to defend herself. And Abel attacked, knocking Sue aside, and was about to attack Alihi as well... when suddenly, his body wouldn't allow him. He ran off into the forest as well.
The others (Ganon, Ed, Blossom, Valter, and Nometal) arrived, too late to stop Abel. They decided to head back to FEFGA's.
Alihi told the others to go ahead and that she'd catch up to them later. She then ran off, nearly in tears. Valter and Ed decided to go after her, worried for her safety. After the tactician convinced the two that she was fine, they headed back to FEFGA's (go to Troubled Beginnings (Part 6)).
Ganon, Blossom, and Sue started to head back to FEFGA's, but ran into a small girl on the way.
The child was Amara Kaua-Aelfgar, Alihi's daughter. After a bit of dialogue, they headed off towards FEFGA's in Ganon's ox-drawn cart (go to Troubled Beginnings (Part 5)).
---
Shades of Gray
Asami's next target would be Siegell.
Siegell was in his house when Asami appeared. They got into a battle, Asami determined to turn him dark.
However, even after giving Siegell injuries, he still hadn't changed. Why? She didn't know. Suddenly, things were looking rather bad for Asami...
And then, Rappahannock (or "Barry Lincoln" ) appeared, stopping Siegell from delivering the blow that could have killed Asami. Siegell fled, heading to FEFGA's for medical attention. After a bit of dialogue, Rappahannock and Asami seemed to team up. She disappeared back into the shadows.
---
Bittersweet Return / Troubled Beginnings (Part 4)
Slowly, people began to flood back into FEFGA's after the battle with Rei. Ashnard began to cook after talking to the injured Victoria. The injured Amelia, supported by Rhys and Renault, got to the manor. Amelia was immediately taken to her bed (with the help of Aran), where she was left to put bandages on herself. Oujay and Chad arrived as well.
Then, Siegell came crashing in with Shastah. Ninian, who happened to be there, began to help Siegell heal, with Amelia helping as well and then Rhys finishing up the job. Siegell was carried off to a bed.
---
Convergence of the Dark
Nils was forced to flee into the forest, which irritated him to no end.
Meanwhile, Rei was fleeing into the forest, retreating from the battle that he just had with Amelia.
The druid happened to stumble upon Nils, and he was a bit surprised about the bard's sudden changes. Rei questioned Nils, but eventually the druid pushed aside his surprise when Nils said that he had a plan. And after hearing the plan, Rei thought it was good, and even gave Nils the piece of paper that he wrote his note on. However, Rei had his own thoughts in mind...
The messenger left, heading straight for FEFGA's.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 5)
The squirrel messenger Daniel Tuck arrived at FEFGA's, waiting to deliver the note to its recipient: Renault. Others were curious, wondering why a squirrel had a note for Renault. They didn't act on their curiosity, though. Eventually, the bishop reacted and grabbed his tome (Luce) and staff (Mend), heading out to meet Nils in the forest.
Meanwhile, Ninian brought some soup for Siegell and then they talked for a bit. The topic of Nils came up, which upset Ninian. However, he promised to go search for Nils as soon as he recovered enough. Ephraim then walked in, giving the necklace he found before to Ninian: it turned out to be a gift to her from Nils. Ephraim then turned and started to head out, but was stopped by Victoria. Then Renault passed them, heading into the forest to meet with Nils.
As Ninian was leaving Siegell's room, a newcomer arrived. His name was Arashe Nyilas. Being polite, Ninian showed Arashe to a room. Bartre arrived around this time as well.
Ganon, Blossom, Sue, and Amara arrived back at FEFGA's house. Nino made a reappearance as well. They all gathered in the main room.
---
Two Sides of the Same Coin
... There was a very sweet moment with Rhys and Amelia after Daniel Tuck arrived. It was super sweet. Like rot-your-teeth-and-make-you-say-"d'aww" super sweet.
... Yeah. More would have probably happened if they weren't so tired.
---
Fun and Games
... The battle between Nils and Renault. In the woods.
It was an interesting battle, though a bit short. In the end, Rei bailed Nils out and they both fled deeper into the forest.
---
Shame of a Friend and Father
Asami and Rappahannock attacked Eyris Castle. It wasn't before long that Tibarn himself made an appearance, beginning to shift forms but getting dragged into the darkness first by Asami.
The battle turned bloody rather quickly. Some messengers fled, heading to the manor...
Eyris Castle eventually fell to Asami.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 6)
A man named Octavio walked into the room, coming up from the basement. He began to talk with Nino, and presented her with a light tome, one that could wake up Melethia. Victoria used the tome, and Melethia was finally awakened, her vision restored. Octavio then proceeded to tell the group about the tome and its abilities: it can restore people to their original state, as long as they are asleep or unconscious.
Renault returned from his battle with Nils, injured from the bard's successful stab to the ribs. Immediately, Rhys was fetched, and Renault was healed. Renault and Amelia also had a touching father-daughter moment. It being early in the morning did irritate some, though...
The messengers arrived from the castle to alert the occupants of the manor about the situation: that things were falling apart fast at the castle. This caused panic and worry to arise. Alihi, Ed, and Valter arrived, not knowing what the rest of the group was just told.
Then, a bat messenger (Malachi) flew in, carrying a note for Renault. The note revealed that a dark god was watching, preventing the goddess Ashera from doing much (or anything) at all. The bat flew off once more, carrying a note written by Renault.
The group then began to discuss what to do next. They seemed to agree to go after Tibarn, but the time of day held them back a bit. They became split between getting the Hawk King back as soon as possible with a problem of lack-of-vision and waiting until later in the morning, when the corrupted Tibarn could have already killed many and fled. After a speech or two from Alihi, they went to sleep.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 7)
The sun rose, a little too early for some people. Eventually, the manor's residents started to awaken and seek food. A pegasus knight, one that nearly died at Tibarn's hand (erm, beak), was taken care of by Ninian.
Plans began to be made as well, but were halted at the arrival of two people: Ayra, Tibarn's wife, and Vaherianslyeri, Tibarn's daughter. Ayra was updated on the situation by Renault, and she was pissed. After a bit of freaking out, threats, and having someone get knocked unconscious (Nometal), Ayra was calmed down and proceeded to get in a conversation with Arashe, who turned out to be the grandson of one of her companions. After this, Rhys brought up a valuable point; that maybe, they don't have to fight as much as they believed. Both Rei and Abel had hesitated before, so they believed that was an important key. The plan shifted from a "let's hurt them until they are unconsious and hope they don't die in the process" to "let's try to make some mental triggers and then get the originals free, resorting to knocking them out only if necessary". Melethia left, deciding to go after Tibarn.
Amara and Ed ran into each other in the library, and they began to talk. After a kind of sad moment, the two of them went off to explore the house, running into Bartre and Ephraim in the process. Some moments happened there that are cute but not essential to the plot summary.
---
Darkness Reigns
At Eyris castle, all of those who fell to the darkness were called by Asami. They began to discuss their plan: try and get Melethia alone by removing as many by her side as possible.
After some general threats from Rei, Asami took her leave for a bit... only to be confronted by a voice inside her head. It told her about the tome, and one of her minions, Large, was sent through the shadows to the manor to retrieve said tome.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 8 )
Large arrived, landing in the cellar of the manor. He snuck outside, slipping into the woods and proceeded to take the role of a battle-weary soldier named Matsu. He was questioned by Ghis a bit, but was deemed innocent enough when the protective wards were mentioned.
The group, consisting of Amelia, Rhys, Sue, Ninian, and Kishuna, headed out towards the woods in search of Rei and Nils.
Meanwhile, the group of Ayra, Arashe, Large, and Victoria headed out to find Melethia and Tibarn.
---
The Hunt Begins
And so, Amelia, Rhys, Sue, Ninian, and Kishuna headed into the woods, in search of their darkened friends. Rei and Nils began to attack with magic and a tossed flute, and some of the members were hurt a bit, but eventually Rei's location was revealed. Ed arrived in her wolf form, charging at Rei, but was injured by Fenrir.
Then, Nils turned into a dragon, and things got rather cold. He managed to harm Amelia, Sue's horse, Siegell (who arrived sometime after Nils turned into a dragon) and freeze Kishuna to a tree.
However, upon seeing Ninian's tears, the normal Nils regained control, firing a Frosttongue right at Rei. Out of energy, he was forced to flee. Siegell eventually caught up to Nils and knocked him unconscious.
Rei, deciding to take his chance, isolated Amelia and himself with Apocalypse. The two began to duel. It was pretty even, matching blow for blow.
But then, Rei made a Mogall-shaped magical bomb. It was about to detonate in front of Amelia...
And then the normal Rei regained control and forced the bomb in front of himself. The battle ended and the group was fully healed.
But what happened to Rei...? They tried to heal him, but he wouldn't wake up.
Siegell, along with an unconscious Nils, reappeared. Ninian soon woke up, followed by Nils, and there was a sweet sibling moment.
They all headed back to the manor (go to Troubled Beginnings (Part 10)).
---
The Hawk and the Dragon
Melethia and Tibarn face off in an aerial battle. However, it was clear that Tibarn seemed to have the upper-hand and eventually sent her to the ground, causing her bones in her wings to snap and break.
Victoria, meanwhile, stayed hidden, restorative tome in her hand. A rock was flung towards the bishop with the intent of knocking her out... but it hit Ayra instead. Arashe then began to attack Tibarn, but was soon knocked out.
Large took the opportunity to steal the restorative tome from Victoria and headed back to FEFGA's... (go to Troubled Beginnings (Part 9))
Ayra, recovered from the rock, proceeded to knock Tibarn out after he fell dramatically by her feet. When Tibarn woke up, he was back to normal. They started heading back to the manor (go to Troubled Beginnings (Part 10)).
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 9)
Large made it back to FEFGA's once more, tome safely hidden away in his coat. Unfortunately for him, he was immediately spotted by Ephraim and Amara.
Unfortunately for Ephraim and Amara, things turned sour for them rather quickly. Amara was taken hostage by Large and Ephraim, with only a small knife, was forced to surrender. Large made his escape through The Door with the tome safely hidden away.
A soldier appeared, telling the occupants of the attack in the village. Alihi, Ephraim, Blossom, and Ganon set out to stop said attack.
---
Unleashed Tornado
... Although I could divide this into two parts, the second part would have begun at the third post, so... I'm just squeezing it in here.
Large made it safely back to Eyris castle, turning the tome over to Asami. Abel and a group of corrupted castle guard attacked the village. Some of Ghis' men rode back to warn the people at the manor... (jump back to Troubled Beginnings (Part 9))
The small group of Alihi, Ephraim, Blossom, and Ganon were soon joined by Ghis and his men. Upon seeing a rather large fireball coming from the direction of the village, they decided to hurry up and head over there.
It was a trap. They were surrounded by the castle guard and were immediately attacked. Blossom, after being slammed into a wall, had said wall collapse on her. Though not dead, she was unconscious and injured. At first, Ephraim was stuck in a three versus one situation, but that was changed when Alihi went over and assisted the noble. But still, things weren't looking too good, and only got worse as Rappahannock appeared. Chad also slipped into unconsciousness after slamming his head into a tree. Then, later, Rappahannock committed suicide, preferring to take his own life rather than have someone take it away from him.
Aidan appeared and was immediately confronted by Abel. Abel asked Aidan if he could avenge his brother, and got a negative response from Aidan.
Abel tried to attack and kill Aidan, but was stopped by Alihi. With the help of the real Abel, Alihi was able to stop the darkened Abel. She carried the unconscious mercenary back to the manor (jump to Troubled Beginnings (Part 10)).
The rest converged by Blossom.
Victoria and Aran arrived in the village. The battle at this point had died down, but it was still existent. Healing and fighting occured.
---
Dragon Claw
The battle between Melethia and Asami.
It seemed pretty even at first, but then Melethia, consumed by her rage, snapped Asami's back. Asami's life was now in Melethia's hands.
Melethia took Asami's heart and devoured it, regaining the missing half of her powers. She flew back to the manor.
---
Troubled Beginnings (Part 10)
... There wasn't much that happened here. People started to come back to the manor, and there was some interactions between some people.
... Oh, and Tibarn proposed to Ayra.
---
Wish Upon A Star
Night fell on Eyris, the conflict finally being over. All was well and peaceful.
A shooting star darted across the sky. The people, following the tradition, began to wish upon the star...
Some wished for peace. Some wished for the safety of others. Rhys, however, wanted Amelia to be his wife. And it turns out that Amelia wanted Rhys to be her husband, so all was well.
Rei finally woke up and requested Alihi's presence. When she got to his room, he was Zelos. After a sad conversation, Alihi received Zelos' rapier and he disappeared, replaced completely by Rei. The druid was feeling rather angsty, so after saying some words, Alihi headed back to her room.
And, with a post from FEFGA, the event drew to a close...
------
... How do I know all of this? It's simple, really. I know all.
Didn't you know? =D
... Don't give me that look.
[[If any of this is inaccurate in any way, please PM Cortesa or Alihi Kaua!]]
... So, things tend to get hectic sometimes, so I’ll explain and summarize what’s going on, alright?

Meanwhile, Rei was fleeing into the forest, retreating from the battle that he just had with Amelia.
The druid happened to stumble upon Nils, and he was a bit surprised about the bard's sudden changes. Rei questioned Nils, but eventually the druid pushed aside his surprise when Nils said that he had a plan. And after hearing the plan, Rei thought it was good, and even gave Nils the piece of paper that he wrote his note on. However, Rei had his own thoughts in mind...
The messenger left, heading straight for FEFGA's.

And, with a post from FEFGA, the event drew to a close...

... How do I know all of this? It's simple, really. I know all.
Didn't you know? =D
... Don't give me that look.
