Personality: When Han was born, she was very ill. She was quiet and very still for the first few weeks of life, and it didn't look like she'd survive, but the little cub never gave up. Her determination saw her through the illness, and she survived. The damage had been done, though, and Han had trouble her whole life keeping up with cubs her age, taking down prey as she grew older, and keeping food down after not eating for a few days. She never let her shortness of breath or small size get in the way of her amazing outlook on life. Every day is a gift, she feels, and she will enjoy each day to the fullest. Her optimism and determination keep her going despite her stunted growth and poor lungs, and she's often found bringing a smile to just about everyone's face. She does her share in hunting when she can, and doesn't feel as though she should be treated differently.

Taking after her mother, she admires and prizes those males with darker manes and coats, although she knows she'll probably never be picked to mate with any of the males that come into power. She hates to let her mother and father down, and will do anything they ask of her. Her family - both blood and pride - are her life, and she would do anything for their happiness.

Personality: A bit of an instigator, Shi likes to ruffle the feathers of those around her. Not to get them angry, of course, just to see them squirm and then have a laugh with them. She's pretty light-hearted as far as the Firekin go, although when she does get grumpy she can snarl with the best of them. Thankfully that doesn't happen too often. Usually it's all sunshine and rainbows with Shi. She has a weak spot for older males and will attempt to flirt with them even though she's not very good at it.

Personality: A bit timid, Kiva enjoys his alone time quite a lot. He'd rather pretend to play knights with his little imaginary friends than actually go out and roughhouse with other cubs. He has a wild imagination that is full of kings, pretty, helpless females, lions with wings, and so many other things that preoccupy his time and make the days fly by. He dreams of becoming a knight to help those in need, but he's so quiet and mild mannered that he'll have to go through a lot of training to reach that point. He is very smart, both in book smarts and common sense, and can figure out most any problem that is given to him. Perhaps he can use his mind rather than his muscle to become a great, heroic knight for his kingdom.

Personality: Usiku Wingu, known by Wing to most, is a steadfast and almost stubbornly cheerful cheetah. Very little gets her down and she is usually the one rousing the spirits of others. She, although full of optimism and good spirits, doesn't bounce around happily and smile constantly. It's a subdued sort of warmth that she exudes, calm and quiet, like the last of the summer weather that touches the pride as autumn takes hold. Recently, though, she's slipped into depression as a result of the violent and sudden loss of her only cub at the hands of a recent storm.

Personality: Kriegerisch, or Krieg as she prefers to be called, is one hell of a hyena. Her mother's smarts and her fathers fearlessness have created an incredible monster. She is cunning, tactical, unafraid of pain or danger, and willing to put everything on the line for what she believes in. She is respectful to those of higher rank than her, but to subordinates she is merciless and cruel. Krieg has little respect for weakness and feels as though pain only makes you stronger. Her biggest weakness is that she doesn't expect anything from the underdog. To her, they are dirt and would never dream of rising up. Granted, if someone beneath her were to rise up, the element of surprise would only get them so far.

Personality: Known by Doodle to his friends, Uhleko is a shy but happy boy. He loves his family dearly and enjoys playing with his mom and siblings whenever he gets the chance. Visits from dad are always very special and he cherishes them greatly. He has a knack for painting and will do whatever it takes to make his own brushes and dyes, as well as find his own canvases. Lots of times he goes home to mom stained red and blue, and sometimes even his siblings end up multi-hued as well. He loves to make others smile with his paintings and will end up being very talented at his work.
