Sessrumnir, Knight of Jupiter

Sessrumnir sucked in a startled breath when he heard Alastor finally respond. He saw vague, strange images, but he hadn’t been sure what to make of them. But Alastor was there. Somewhere.

Yeah, Valhalla has a stone that seems to be connecting others together. They’re all connected to a point in the sky,’ he observed, sharing what little he could as he held Alastor’s unconscious body.

Don’t take too long. I can’t hide you from the boys forever,’ he warned, but the thought was light. Almost teasing. He was relieved to know Alastor could respond to him, but he would feel much better if he was moving again.

We managed to capture it. Looks like the trap is holding… but I’m not sure how we’re going to get out.’ He wasn’t even sure if Earth was still there. No, it had to be. He just had to believe.

Lucien - Humanoid Form

Lucien stood, and placed himself in front of Sessrumnir and Alastor, making sure to block them from as much view as possible. Especially from the Negaverse who might take advantage of their moment together.

They were in a bad spot. Not only were they in such close proximity to the Negaverse’s Queen, but being inside the prison with no known escape…

There was a possibility this would happen. He just hoped they’d be able to get out.

General Lopezite
Location: I10
Action: with Jasper and Kamacite ; picking up Jasper and preparing to move/look for aid

Success came in waves, and just because one problem was solved it didn’t mean the others were too.

He’d taken a few seconds to process the situation as it was, but rather than dwell on that, he returned to Jasper. Still breathing. Still at risk of being struck by lightning. Still unconscious.

Kamacite was back by the time he decided to pick Jasper up, and as he carefully scooped him into his arms, he explained, “We can’t stay here.”

His bracelet was glowing, and there were other strange lights that he neither understood nor trusted. They were away from the others, which had been good when they were fighting, but now that they seemed to be done with that, the future was a bit foggy.

There was no benefit to being on the outskirts of things now.

“Are you hurt?” he asked Kamacite. He couldn’t see much beneath the robes and assumed Kamacite would just lie anyway so he didn’t intend to press the matter. “I think he might need medical assistance. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him and I don’t want to waste time guessing. I’m sure there’s a medic out here somewhere.”

Belmont, Squire of Jupiter
Location: F5
Action: Talking with Connie ; recalibrating

When the Calamitous Hollow fell, Belmont was thinking about ice cream.

It seemed a little nonsensical, but it was just the right sort of whimsy that kept him grounded and in that moment.

Not thinking about Earth, not thinking about how to get out, not thinking about getting struck by lightning.

Just thinking about the future.

It felt stupid to ask, but he did anyway.

“What flavor?”

There was a giant, lightning ridden snakelike god hovering above them. They were trapped in a prison of their own making with no clear way out. Earth was hidden behind a cloud of darkness–maybe still there.

“I’m thinking something weird. Butter pecan.”

Eternal Sailor Caia
Location: F3
Action: Trying to wake up Oberon, panicking. Using healing magic but very confused

“Oberon?” Caia blurted, rushing to the Senshi’s side. He held his hands up, maybe in a panic or maybe because he wanted to assure everyone that he wasn't trying to sneak in some low blow to their Commodore or kick one of their Cadets, or–

Caia didn’t know anything about the Vanguard, he just knew that Oberon was unconscious. Hopefully unconscious. Hopefully not dead.

Oh, what was he going to tell Sessrumnir if his brother was dead!

There was a princess there, she could do something, right? And a Knight–she’d just come back from–wait, what? He had no idea what just happened over there, his brain couldn’t keep up with all of this.

There was too much noise, too many lights, too much movement.

He couldn’t even begin to process whatever had happened to Earth, or whatever was going on with the Calamitous Hollow, or the prison they were trapped in.

One thing at a time.

He decided to focus on Oberon first.

Sessrumnir was here somewhere; Caia wasn’t very strong, but maybe he could have picked Oberon and took off running to find him. Oh–wait, he had healing magic. Okay. He was going to try that first.

“Oberon, are you okay?” Obviously not. He’d been hit so hard that he was seeing stars–he'd been hit so hard that Caia was seeing stars!

He had dropped to his knees to hold him closer, and he took Oberon’s shoulders and shook anxiously while casting his magic. “Wake up! You can’t sleep here!”

General Carminite
    Location: F4 → C8
Action: Heading toward the Queen as originally planned, dragging Staurolite along to give Wolframite some space

Carminite flinched when his thoughts briefly shifted to his girlfriend. Despite the discomfort he let his thoughts linger, eyes moving skyward to the cloud of dust that obscured the aftermath of the creature's massive attack against Earth. There was an ache in his chest as he thought about Seren, Dai, and Remy…his only family. For all he knew, they were lost along with the rest of Earth.

For all he knew, he was alone again.

The General shifted his gaze, briefly watched as Wolframite processed what had happened. He imagined the general in his arms was someone special…

When he next spoke, though, Carminite lifted his eyes to meet the nearby Captain's. All thoughts purged from his mind, the order alone enough to snap him back to focus. He gave a nod toward the direction they ought to be moving.

"You heard him," he said, moving to put a hand to the Captain's shoulder for a moment–a small acknowledgement of a job well done getting the downed general to safety–before he stepped past him to lead the way. "Let's move."

Captain Staurolite
    Location: F4 → C8
Action: Quietly freaking out and failing to keep it off his face, following after Carminite

The Captain stood stock still where Wolframite came and took Laven from him. He took a hesitant step back, his mind spinning, still shocked by the sudden loss. It was all over his face–he'd always been a heart of sleeves type, and he knew it. His sisters had always pegged him a dead giveaway whenever they played cards.

That was actually why he didn't play now. Or at least, he never played when there was something big on the line.

He kept quiet, eyes on the unconscious General, and worked through processing what happened when he felt someone's eyes on him. Refocusing, he tensed when General Carminite met his eye. Staurolite nodded as he received the orders, surprised at the hand to his shoulder, but not feeling worthy of any kind of acknowledgement.

What good had he done, exactly?

He mulled that question over in his mind as he followed after Carminite, occasionally looking back to check on Wolframite once in a while as they went.

Gimlé, Page of Jupiter
    Location: ??? → D8
Action: Reappearing, trying really hard not to cry

An out of body experience was nothing like in the books, TV shows, or movies. Somehow those always highlighted something positive to come out of the experience, but all he felt was…nothing. Which was quite possibly the scariest part.

Gimle was numb, hovering just beside his unconscious body and staring down at it as though looking at it for long enough would somehow draw him back inside his body.

Y'know–bring him back to life.

But no. He wasn't sure how long he'd been staring, but nothing changed. There was chaos and devastation all around him probably, but it fell on eyes and ears that were blind and deaf to all of it. The teen and freshly awakened Page could only focus on one thing–himself. Lying there. Probably dead.

His breaths were shallow as he looked on at his unmoving physical self–was he still breathing if he was a ghost? Did ghosts breathe?

Maybe. His chest was moving, anyway, ghostly or not.

For all the stories he'd read or watched, for all his fascination with all things in fictional, usually fantastical worlds, he was not prepared to see his own (probably) dead body. He doubted anything could prepare anyone for that kind of thing, and honestly? If there was? He'd really rather not have to experience it at all.

He hadn't signed up for this.

Not really.

Numbness slowly morphed into loneliness as he thought long and hard about what happened from here. Finally looking up, he watched the world continue on without him. Watched the battle end without him, and although they won…it was hard to feel like they did all things considered.

Gimle bit his trembling lip to keep it still, bit back the sudden urge to cry out for his family.

When he turned his eyes back to his own body he noticed the light coming off of his wrist. It was enough of a distraction that his tears never came–or maybe they couldn't since he was a ghost and all–and he floated closer, soon realizing it was the bracelet from the pouch. It was brief, but he felt a quiet hope stir somewhere deep inside of him…

And the next thing he knew, he was staring up at the sky. Sore, and his vision was blurry for whatever reason–he was seeing stars or…something–but Gimle shot up from where he lay. The very real and intense pain that felt like his brain ripping in two was enough for him. Quickly fixing his lopsided glasses, the Page quickly got up and made his way, stumbling a bit as he went, to the closest person (Michel) he could find.

"I'm alive!" he called out, the sudden and very loud admission causing the telltale prickling on the bridge of his nose. He didn't care to maintain appearances at this point, and he just kept on going. "I made it back! I don't know how, but I'm here." He looked up at whoever it was–a tall, blonde guy he didn't recognize. Actually, he didn't really recognize anyone nearby when everything got started…which begged the question of why he even bothered to come.

Well. Not really. He knew why he came–it seemed important.

Did he regret it?

At least for now, the answer was a firm "yes."

"C-can we get out of here now, please?" His voice broke a little, and he raised a hand to rub at his eyes to try and hide the tears that managed to slip past him. "I really wanna go home…"

They still had a home, right?

Kiringul, Squire of Cosmos
    Location: ??? → H6
Action: Reappearing pretty much exactly where he disappeared from

"Oh, ******** this," he muttered, arms crossed as he glared at the enormous black star in front of him. Had it called him here? Did he die? Was this supposed to be heaven? Hell?

Maybe hell, or some version of it.

There was a small part of him that felt that maybe he ought to treat it with something more akin to reverence. Considering how large it was, and if it was at all related to the massive thing they'd been fighting until…whatever the hell happened to him…he had a feeling it was, good or bad, supposed to be some kind of significant existence.

Not that any of that mattered to him.

An itch in the very back of his mind gave him the tiniest bit of reason to believe that he wasn't dead. Maybe stuck somewhere in between, or maybe in some pocket dimension away from where all the action had been, but not dead. Which meant that there had to be a way back.

Turning, Kiringul spotted the curious red sparks soon enough. It wasn't much, so small and faint that he nearly missed them. But he didn't, and no matter how small, if he wanted some kind of hope of getting out of here, of seeing his loved ones every again, this was probably it. So he followed after the sparks for what felt like an eternity, a singular focus trained on the wispy path that he was being led down. Ice cold was soon replaced by a curious warmth, and then quite possibly the most uncomfortable tingling sensation he'd ever experienced in his life.

Kiringul materialized just in front of Ein, and he watched her for a quiet, disbelieving moment.

Ekström, Transcended Knight of Mercury
    Location: ??? → I7
    Action: Waking up !!

It was hard to put words to what she saw when she next opened her eyes–the Dark Star, or so it seemed. Immense even in the vastness of the universe all around it. Ravenous and insatiable, as terrifying as it was captivating. A bottomless pit of fear and hopelessness and despair.

For a long while, Ekstrom could hardly look away.

The darkness clawed at her, threatening to consume her as she wallowed in the guilt of her absolute failure.

Who was she, that she thought she could have protected anyone?

Her insides wrenched as faces and memories flashed through her mind. People she cared about, the friends and allies she'd made, the enemies she'd faced, the obstacles she'd overcome. Everyone, everything–just gone. She was alone, now. And maybe she was always meant to be. Maybe this was where she was always going to wind up.

Ekstrom furrowed her brows as she let the thoughts flow through her, fluid and unhindered. Tears soon welled in the corners of her eyes as her mind slipped into a quiet, miserable abyss. Every negative thought seemed amplified in the presence of this star, and yet…

Defiance lingered in her bright blue gaze.

It grew with each negative thought, even as tears fell when, no matter how hard she tried, she realized she was at a loss for what to do to keep them from coming. It bolstered her as she willed herself to finally look away when she felt the most curious sensation in the back of her mind. It steadied her when she saw the faintest of red paths reveal itself bit by bit, and she fought with every fiber of her being to turn and properly face it.

Turning away from the Star, Ekstrom took one step forward, noticing the bracelet from Almadel only then. A guiding light offering a sliver of hope that she wasn't meant to be here. That this wasn't it. It wasn't over. There was more to be done.

There were more to protect.

In the distance, a little red something drew her attention and she honed in on it. It was small and faint, but like the Star called her attention. Kept her moving, wading through the icy cold of this space as she desperately clung to the hope that was budding inside of her chest. Desperately, she followed the path, sometimes moving on her own and sometimes, when she felt too weak to keep going, letting the bracelet pull her along, until…

Ekstrom took a sharp, shaky breath, the sudden sensation biting at her lungs and causing her to cough and sputter where she lay. It was proof enough that she was at least still alive, so she took solace in that fact despite the immediate discomfort. She was absolutely shivering as she came to, as though coming out from under a frozen lake. She could barely focus, and even when she managed to after a few seconds, it was hard to actually see. That galaxy still lingered, somehow, but just beyond it she could see a familiar face.

"Solaris," she eventually managed to croak out, groaning as she tried to sit up. "What'd I miss?"

Ashur, Knight of Uranus
    Location: ??? → G2
    Action: Reappearing…

Ashur did his best to focus, as if staring down the gigantic star in front of him would make it collapse in on itself and create some sort of wormhole that would suck him back into the world he was in prior to…wherever he was now. He could only imagine–somewhere else, deep in space, maybe? A new dimension like the one he'd just come from?

Or maybe he was supposed to be dead?

But could dead people still think?

The Knight snorted, thoughts immediately landing on Alya–his dead ancestor's ghost that resided on his Wonder.

So he could be dead, but that didn't mean that he actually was. So he chose to hold on to some sliver of hope as he took in the details of the giant black star as best he could, hoping the earring were still working and his thoughts were somehow still making it to Dani so she knew he was still…somewhere. Maybe not quite on Earth, but he was alive and kicking. At least enough that he could probably try and claw his way back to their reality.

If it meant making it back to her…

He curled his lip as was just about to scream some kind of profanity at the damned thing when he saw the bracelet glowing, and looking up and around he saw it. A path of some kind, faint but there, and if that was all he was getting then it was a no-brainer.

Ashur moved quickly, following the path and doing his best to ignore everything else, pain or otherwise…

However long it took, soon enough he materialized in the middle of ******** nowhere. The battle was over, though, he quickly realized, and glancing around, he spotted Andronicus not too far away.

"Yoh!" he called out, moving slowly first to make sure his legs were functioning properly before setting into a jog and, from there, quickly closing the gap.

Eternal Sailor Hugbell Transcendent Senshi of Comfort: Journal
Location: F3
Action: Feeling awkward around the amount of Vanguard considering there were those who didn't trust her already. Offering first aid or supplies to Lysanna and Vyn.

They had won? Normally this would be cause for celebration. However, one issue down there were still more to deal with. Like why the vanguard were so distrusting. Also how to get home. The senshi of comfort was rubbing the back of her head as she looked around.

Considering how distrusting they were, she almost doubted she could offer to help most of them with their wounds. She held Barnaby in one arm and pulled out a first aid kit into her free hand from subspace. There was a deep sigh as she looked at Barnaby. "Do you think they'll let me help or should I just offer them the kit and back away?"

She paused, oh wait she hadn't used her ribbon to wake up Barnaby. She wasn't sure if she could now or not considering the fact that things had been so hectic. While it was calmed down now she still wasn't sure the bear would come to life. And with the amount of people who looked like they needed some comfort -- it'd take more than one Barnaby.

Even if she used Barnaby for the Large pillow that he was, it probably wouldn't be enough. This was easier when she was a kid, she had the charm and none of the worries or doubt. Butter yellow eyes glanced around those who she'd seen and choose to start with Lysanna and Vyn. Well, Vyn at least, she'd looked over to Lysanna, "I've got a first aid kit, is there anything I can help patch up so it doesn't get infected?"

Thankfully Lysanna was probably the easiest. However, the rest of the velencians she didn't know how they'd react to her. Worst they could do was shoo her away or reject her help right? She looked to see if she was close enough to Vyn who's back was to her. But she hoped he could hear her without her actually intruding or anything, "Um, Excuse me... I have a first aid kit if -- you'd like to use it?" She said holding up the kit while waiting for Lysanna to answer her; "If you uh don't want to use it . . . that's okay too.."

She offered the commander a soft awkward smile and then turned back to Lysanna. "Want to hold Barnaby too? I don't know if the excitement's calmed down enough that I could wake him up." She said wondering if she should explain the bear's functions as a distraction while maybe they figure out how to get out of here. She noticed the bracelet on her arm was glowing by this point and there were faint, wispy red lights starting to appear; which was curious.

Corrupt Super Sailor Ako
Location: A7

All Ako felt was emptiness and despair as she remained curled in on herself. She had done her part, though felt somehow she still failed. Failed Kaga, failed her family, perhaps failed Earth. So she had resigned herself, then, to remain in whatever gods forsaken abyss she found herself in. Imagine her surprise, however, when she felt something stir. Opening her eyes, she slowly lifted her head to seek out whatever was calling to her. As her eyes fell upon the faint trail, she forced herself to move, forced herself to follow, silently begging whatever force there might be that she could be given one more chance, that she might be allowed to return. To be given yet another chance, to be allowed to claw her way back, was more than she could ever have dared to ask for, and so she forced herself to move, no matter how heavy her body felt or how uncomfortable the sensation was.

It felt like an eternity, as if the path absolutely would never end and that she would be adrift forever. Just when she was starting to lose hope, however, everything seemed to shift and she felt everything around her change. Opening her eyes, she found herself back in her body, back on that damned battlefield. And then her eyes, clouded as they were, fell upon Kaga. Forcing herself upright, she gently pulled the woman into her arms and held her tightly as tears slid down her cheeks. "Please....please wake up..." She couldn't care less about anyone around her, not right then. The only thing that mattered to Ako was the woman in her arms. "I was finally able to tell you I love you, so please...please wake up, Kaga..."

Chibi Sailor Aquitania of Courage
Location: G8

Aquitania nodded to Niflhel as he caught her. "I'm OK, thank you," she replied.

As she was set back on her feet, she looked around. The Calamitous Hollow was down and clearly not capable of continuing the fight in any meaningful kind of way, and it looked like other people were getting down to the serious business of healing...and digging around in the proverbial rubble for loot.

The chibi was out of magic, and hers wasn't even healing magic, so she began looking around for things to put into the bag she accepted from Snowball for later.

Mostly scales (she could only fit one of the larger ones and a couple fistfuls of smaller shards), from what she could see--and a horn, an old fashioned sort, creamy-colored, and chased with gold, bearing patterns of lupine and cervid figures among leaves and vines, attached to a battered and broken leather thong. She picked it up thoughtfully, and looked around. Where had it come from? The Hollow? No, looking around at the rifts still flickering around them, and occasionally leaking objects, it seemed more likely to be an escapee from the rift. Probably from one of the dead worlds that she glimpsed, as it looked too treasured to have been lost by chance. And, as beautiful as it was, it was pretty grimy.

Aquitania gently moved the horn to subspace and scooped up a few more scales before rejoining the group.

"So, ummm, Snowball, I do think there's a way home, but...do you know how we get there?"

Sailor Aberdonia of Papyrus
Location: E10, moving toward Tempesti

Aberdonia stumbled as his last shield faded, crashing to the ground only after the Calamitous Hollow crashed to the ground, too. They did it. They'd caged the Hollow again. Now they just needed to go home. Howsoever that was going to happen.

Looking around, he saw people trying to help each other, and sorting through the rubble. Murikabushi had said something about Tempesti having gone down, but he could see her sitting up from where he could see she had fallen. He couldn't really help much on a magical front, but he could sort through the rubble, and check in on Tempesti. Grunting, he got to his feet, and began searching, moving toward the once-fallen senshi.

Scales, scales, honestly mostly scales. The Senshi of Papyrus tucked a couple handfuls of small scales away in subspace for later use (thankfully, he'd mostly cleared out his subspace with developing a base camp not ago), plus one of the larger ones.

But as he touched the larger one, some errant energy flared through him, filling him with a momentary charge of something. Blinking in surprise as it began to drain away again, he looked around.

Papyrus. Cute little papyrus stalks. Growing and shooting tiny umbels of flowers out, before they withered away to nothing.

He watched for a moment, but no more grew. Shrugging at the weirdness of it all, he continued onward to Tempesti.

"Need a hand?" he asked gently. "Also, are you okay?" he added after a moment.

Name and Rank:Half-Youma General Wolframite
Location: F4 -- C8
Action: To the Queen
=====================

It was haunting, to look at someone look at you but through you. As Hawa turned, their knightly garbs kicking up in the wind of the surrounding storm, he noticed that this wasn't a ghost. Time had passed. Wolframite wasn't the only one that was changed by time.

Taking a breath, the noises around him flooded back in, reminding him of battle, and he rose up with Laven in his hands and moved with the rest. As he did, he looked over at Captain Staurolite, noticing their haunted expression. How many years had it been since he was a Captain? Not the second time when he was re-corrupted, but the first time. Back when Charonite and Nealite ran everything. He remembered all the times he wanted to break down and cry, or never power up again out of fear of dying. Yet - here he was.

Here Staurolite was. "Thank you for bringing her to me in the middle of battle. You did good." He added to General Carminite assurances.

They needed to get everyone back to avoid more casualties, and that meant those around him. As Generals, Carminite and Wolframite had to watch out for Staurolite and the others. If they were lucky and it all worked out, he'd only have to bury one body.

That thought startled him, and he took another deep, steeling breath. Best not think about that so soon.

Wolframite gripped the body a little closer to his, touching brows for just a moment before moving with them. "Hopefully we can think of some solution to get back." The last thing they needed was to be stuck here and have Order find a way out. The war would be hit hard if that happened.

"Does...anyone know what this red stuff is?" He said, looking about, pausing only to look at some scales that crunched on his feet. Adjusting Laven, he picked a few and put it in his pocket. If they could use it as maybe some armor or magic component in getting back, then it could be good. He knew the more scientific might want it. "Collect some scales if you can. They could be valuable." Taking scales from a imprisoned planet-sized serpent just seemed like a rare material to take advantage of, and switching to just basic thoughts like these helped distance himself from the cold weight in his arms.

Dark Mirror Eternal Sailor Arnica
Location: H9
Action: Talking to Hekate

Arnica seemed a bit surprised with Hekate’s answer, even in the midst of everything else around him. It was in his nature to be curious, to seek answers. He wasn't sure if there was anything to find here, now, and more than ever he had the strangest inkling that he was in the wrong place.

But then, this didn’t seem like a place any human should dwell.

He glanced to Remarque again, if only because he assumed he’d know more about this and have some sort of plan.

…Right now, a lot of people seemed like they were panicking, and he was doing everything in his power not to be one of them.

“The timing’s a little bad,” he agreed, “But you don’t have to talk like this is the end. We’ve still got the future.” He didn’t want to suggest that they might be spending a lot of time in Mirrorspace, he didn’t want to believe that, so he forced a quick smile. Things couldn’t be bad forever.

He hoped.

Knight Halle of Lysithea
location: G8
actions: taking stock, accepting a bag, and asking Almere to go loot with him

The fight before them reached a crescendo, the smaller body of The Calamitous Hollow shooting towards a vortex in the sky, surrounded by curtains of black lightning. For a moment Halle braced for the hardest attack yet, but then the spikes and the shield they'd created came to life and the creature came crashing back down. It had been trying to escape.

Pride, fierce and exultant, coursed through Halle at the realization. They were the force that it had underestimated, they were worst mistake of this thing's long and destructive existence.

Turning to Almere, he caught her stricken yet determined expression, the signs of tears that had tracked down her cheeks, the red at the edges of her eyes. What had she called out early?

Don't give into despair!

Ah.

Halle's eyes returned to the sky, that earlier, beautiful glimpse of Earth and its moon still obscured and uncertain. Yeah, that. There was also the uncertainty of a way home, but he had a feeling that the merchant, Almadel's last gift was meant for this. In a lot of ways, powered life was not at all a game. But in others...

Taking two of the sacks from the fluffy Mauvian senshi with a quiet, grinning, "Thanks." Halle moved to stand next to Almere, handing one to her.

"Believe in the work we all put in to protecting them," he offered solemnly. Then, clearing his throat, he added, "And now it's time to do what all adventurers do after winning a big battle." Halle held up his empty sack and gave it a playful little waggle.

Looting.

Sailor Mönch
Location E9 and beyoooond the grave
Action: watching & coming back together

Seeing the shock and horror on her friend's face, the way she cried as she fought, Mönch felt pretty sure she was now a ghost. She hadn't left a body, but Chillingham couldn't see her and there was a distinct feeling of no longer being part of what was happening.

Looking up she saw the Snake-guy fall, and he did leave a body. One that that didn't move and stared up with glassy, starry eyes that seemed to hold way too much. Mönch turned away quickly. She guessed he wasn't that bad, and that his death was as sad as hers, really.

There were other people falling all around, as well as others who rose in strength in response to the increased need and desperation. She watched Mauvian's change into senshi, and senshi power up into Eternals, complete with the cute little sings at the back. The chaos ones too...

There was a chaos senshi that literally cracked all over with whatever horrible power she'd been granted. Then cracked apart even further under the onslaught of black lightning. There was the other sort of chaos too, a cute circus girl with black, feathery wings summoning stone golems.

She saw an angelic senshi suddenly bursting with golden light. And there were knights, too. Like Chillingham but growing even stronger in the middle of fighting, their weapons and magic gaining power with determination and need.

Was this....what she was part of?

Mönch watched the prison close and the dragon fall, and she thought, Yes! This IS what I'm part of. This is what I WANT to be a part of! And with that thought, the world went black around her, but she could feel herself, piece by piece, coming back together. She was part of this, and she could still be part of this.
