As he moved on forward, Zheana had slowed down and spoke of their hunting group being able to beat Ghost's and Whisper's hunting party. He cracked a small smile. He didn't know if she was trying to make him feel better or simply being her sprightly self, but all in all, it made him smile.

When the prey was found, the group huddled for a mere moment, Goliath gave his orders; Zheana and Castiel were to head west against the wind for an ambush, he and Rorin were to head downwind in order to spook the stag with his scent...wait, what? Hati snorted and looked in the direction of the stag. In order for them to spook the stag with their scent, the two would have to be upwind in order for the breeze to carry their scent downwind where the stag stood. Hati would have to change that up a bit, if anything. With that thought in mind, he nodded to Goliath. And lastly, the Alpha and Aven would hide until the stag has scented both himself and Rorin and then signal them all to attack with a howl. Haven taken this information in, he nodded to his partner and left to his position, and so before he could take a different route from what Goliath had told him, the wind shifted in the pack's favor. Good.

Both he and Rorin hid, it took a few moments, but as he felt a breeze ruffle his fur, the stag was on high alert. His nostrils flared. He could smell fear. The massive brute's muzzle wrinkled as his claws dug into the ground, he held himself back from lunging the moment the stag took off. The howl rang; the hunt has begun. Hati caught mistakes, especially from Castiel having lunged out of turn and was now out of tune with Zheana and having seen this, the better mood that he had was quickly slipping. He was partnered with Zheana and now she had to try and get it all together. For ******** sakes, he was partnered with the fae! Why the ******** is he being partnered with everyone and their mom!? Was this some sort of ******** social partnering group?! Hati's green-yellow orbs seemed to darken in hue, his tail stood erect behind him as the stag ran towards him. Rorin was the first to burst out and attack, but got clip on his shoulder from the stag's antler. What the hell was going on? It was then that Zheana came like a flash of white and bit into the stag's wound on its rump. The fae tore flesh and the stag reacted by swinging it's antlers, thankfully it missed the fae and it nearly caused him to fall though it caught it's balance.

Hati was now going to take his try at it, but before he could Aven darted in, missing and getting injured in the process. The stag was backing away from the wolves, turning to continue fleeing, upon seeing this, Hati burst from the bush in which he had remained hidden in, snarling as he ran at the deer with jaws open wide, aiming to bite onto the same spot Zheana had bitten it. However, in a flash the stag kicked back before he could get close, sharp hooves cutting at his chest as the great force that came from the deer's hind leg sent him flying back and onto the ground. The brute landed with a heavy thud and a snarl emitted from his muzzle. He wasn't going to yelp, whine, or whimper...no, Hati was never like that, he was not weak! Anger masked the pain, for now, as he quickly got on his feet and gave the fleeing prey a dangerously feral glare. He could feel blood drip down from his light brown belly, but this wasn't going to hold him down. The Eurasian wolf went after the stag in order to keep it running.

With her stomach full and nothing of any importance to do, as far as she was concerned. Frost settled down into a comfortable sitting position as she finished cleaning the blood from her fur. Not so much because she was concerned about the red color leaving a stain on her fur of course. Such change in her whitish fur might have actually looked quite fetching as far as the fae was concerned. But it would have been such a waste of the crimson liquid that she couldn’t quiet allow herself to let go to waste. As tempting as the idea might actually be.

A chill ran down the healer’s spine as a glorious sound reached the faes ears causing the female to pause in her grooming for a brief moment. As if to savor the feeling before she lifted her head up to look over at three of her pack mates. The female’s jaws parting slightly in amusement as she watched the fight between Azazel, Nox and Azexira. Well wasn’t this turning out to be quite the lovely day! Some entertainment to go along with her full stomach! It was a shame that Azazel didn’t seem to be faring all too well so far against the two female warriors. It would have been all to glorious to get to see some real violence from the Alpha but well the day was young and who knew maybe someone, other than herself. Would be stupid or confident enough to let any amusement show at just the wrong time. In which case the whole pack was sure to see a real show indeed. But for now she would just have to settle for the little outburst of violence between the three. Even if it didn’t look like there was going to be any real blood shed this time around.

What a pity really, but at least she wouldn’t have to actually do her job and tend to any wounds that she would rather not be bothered treating. Which she could normally push off on Storm to take care off, let her fellow healer tend to the boring wounds as much as she pleased. She would take care of anything that posed a challenge, or of course Storm happened to be incapable of taking care of. Besides it was one of the reasons that Frost found the other healer useful enough not to try and dispose of her just for the heck of it every time she grew bored. That and the other fae had proven to be far to interesting to feel the need to get rid of anyway at least not yet.

Ooc: Not as long as I would have liked it to be :/

Sioux might have been a mistake. Ronja couldn't tell if she was happier in the cynical pack than she had been in Uktena. Well, at least she didn't feel any worse off. Sure, there was always the very real possibility of being killed and eaten by her alpha. But, so long as she didn't piss him off, she'd be fine. There was also the added benefit of his fondness of faes. It didn't mean she'd get away with anything, necessarily, but if she kept her distance and minded herself, she'd be okay. The rest of her packmates concerned her little. Sure, many were snappy and ready for a fight, but Ronja could hold her own. Not as well as her sister, albeit, but she could keep herself alive. Still, it had been a tremendous relief when Talon had taken her under his wing. Despite her attitude being more readily accepted in this pack, Ronja still found herself having difficulties fitting in. She hadn't made any alliances until then, let alone friends, and had very much been an outsider.

Talon had taught her where to draw the line. What behaviour was acceptable in the vicious pack, and what wasn't. He'd been more understanding of her background than others, and it had been nice to have someone applaud her for ditching her former pack, and not regard her with suspicion, as many of the others had. Akela hadn't cared, but Ronja did. Just because she wasn't a softy, didn't mean she didn't care about fitting in. It had been so easy for Akela. With attitude to spare, the larger fae had no problem strutting throughout the pack, making friends and not caring about enemies. But the elder sister had always been like that. Even in the pack that they hadn't fit in, Akela had somehow tricked many of their former packmates into false friendships, using them to her advantage. Ronja had been an outsider there, too.

The sounds of howls and barks roused the fae from her sleep. Yawning, Ronja stretched out, looking around. Most of her packmates were already up and about, Akela included, but many were still waking as well. Sounded like food had been brought in. Climbing to her paws, Ronja stretched out once more before leaving the den, following the sounds to the main den site. Once there, her gaze landed on the body of a wolf, obviously breakfast provided by their alpha. But everyone was already tearing into it, so the hunter sat back on her haunches and waited.
Her eyes searched for Talon, as he was the wolf she usually spent most of her time with. But her thoughts wandered, and her belly rumbled. A hunt should be organized, but she was too nervous to bring that up with Azazel. What if he was offended? He'd brought them this meal, and what if she seemed ungrateful for asking for something different? All she wanted was to blow off some energy, and the carcass probably wasn't enough to feed everyone. Sighing, Ronja let her thoughts stew. Maybe she didn't need to bring it up with Azazel. Maybe she'd just gather a few other wolves and go out. He wouldn't mind, would he, if they just went out and killed something? Sure, it was preferable that it was a wolf, but other prey would probably be easier to find. Where was Talon when she had thoughts like these? He'd probably have the answers.

ooc: whelp. • ωιтн: Azazel and Azexira. • ʟocαтιoɴ: densite of Sioux.

Azexira comment about pups made Nox shiver. She hadn't really thought about being a mom, she truly had no interest in finding a mate it seemed. However, if a brute approached her she might give it some thought. Pups weren't the greatest, but it'd be nice to have some young around - make the pack expand more. It would always be fun to teach them the violent and chaotic ways of Sioux. The fight had then begun and it seems that lucky was on the faes side today. Nox was able to distract Azazel and Xira was able to land a good hit, even pinning her brother to the ground. Nox chuckled and eyed the brute, backing away as his sister dealt with him. This was fun, much better then laying around and doing nothing all day. Plus this got her muscles working and kept her on her top game.

As Xira and Azazel were exchanging words, Nox kept in stride around them. Circling them and growling in encouragement to her fae friend. She was calculating her next move but didn't want to intervene with the pin just yet, as she knew that the brute on the ground would easily take his sister off. The faes may measure in size to the brute, but he was much stronger and muscle built then them. Their heights might be the same but he was bulk while they were slender. It's just the way the female body was built. She huffed, and finally Azazel gave way and got Xira off him. Nox snapped her jaws teasingly towards the brute as he stood up and stared the two down with a threatening growl.

Nox prepared for what was to happen, Azazel seemed to lock his eyes on Xira which made Nox think that this sister was the next target. Snorting, Nox was ready to run at him the minute he turned his side towards her to go after Xira, but instead the trickster was taken off guard. Azazel had run at her and two paws laid on her shoulder. Nox snarled and bucked herself up, attempting to keep in the fight long enough. The two were on two legs back and forth until, finally, Azazel won over the battle. Her front legs had buckled on her, and she was sent to the ground. She huffed and struggled but was soon pushed onto her back, belly exposed. She grunted, this was a position she didn't like to be in. She was always taught to avoid this, as it was open targets for the enemy above. She growled, lips curled as he bit at her neck gently, but leaving it slobbered. She snarled and squirmed but it was no use right now. She shook her head, not impressed that her fur was being messed up by the alphas slimy spit! She continued to try and bite him but was failing miserably. She wasn't going to submit and wasn't going to give up right away.

Azazel didn't break her skin, and Nox could easily tell he was being playful. It was odd to seem him this way, but Nox wasn't going to complain. As he continued, she kept calculating and the minute he pulled his head back she lunged for his throat, but he was quick to pin her head back down with a sharp bite to her neck. She huffed and her eyes traveled to where Xira was. Hopefully, Xira could get the brute off Nox once and for all!

As looked lazily back down at the water, as she felt the coolness settle into her belly. It felt good but it made her realize that her stomach was empty and she was hungry. She sure hoped her brother was going to get the pack together to go on a hunting trip. She blinked slightly remembering him howling the pack to rally at the den. Maybe that was what he was howling about. Well she'd only find out once she returned back at the dens or she came across someone before then. She watched the water as it moved on its path, the river ever winding in this part of the forest before making its way into the meadow. A reflection in the water caught her attention and she quickly snapped her eyes up to stare at another wolf moving his way into the river from the other side. Her eyes widened in fear. Something told her this wolf was a Souix, a danger to her. She was alone, roaming around with no one knowing she was out here. At that moment she felt incredibly stupid for leaving the safety of the dens without someone with her. Oh, she could already hear Goliath screaming at her for her stupidity. her hackles rose on their own accord as she stared the wolf down. Her nose twitched slightly, taking in the scent she had somehow missed when she made her way out into the open. But then again, she wasn't a warrior or a scout. Her nose was keen for plants not other wolves. But now that her eyes were upon the wolf, she could make out it was a male, and that only added to the danger. He would undoubtedly be bigger an stronger then she. She took one step back watching him step into the water allowing the water clean blood from his fur. She swallowed a lump in her throat. He had the scent of wolf blood on him. Again she berated her intelligence on the situation. When he glanced in her direction and stuck his head under the water, she realized he was washing the blood off him.

She tilted her head to the side, curious as to why he was doing such a thing. Weren't the Souix proud murder's. Taking great pleasure in being bathed in the blood of their enemies. The thought was quickly dashed as he pulled is head back and began shaking feverishly to rid the water from her face. The sudden action startled her and she jumped closer to the bushes. Ready to take off if he made to run through the water at her. She would have a head start indeed but she didn't know how long it take him to catch up to her. The next thing that happened confused and shocked her more. He turned and made his way out of the river, and not towards her. She eyed him slightly, her heart beating rapidly in her chest. He gave one more glance in her direction before he walked off. She watched the trees intently, as if waiting for him to yell 'just kidding' and come running after her. She nearly came out of her skin and yelped rather loudly at hearing her name behind her and jumped a good foot in the air to look at whom the voice came from. "Abadiah! Don't scare me like that! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" she gasped out her words, as she tried to calm her fraid nerves. She watched as their healer novie, Makoce came walking out eyeing everything around her before looking to Jupiter asking if she was alright. She wanted to say she wasn't but the last thing she wanted was for her little novie to worry more than she already was. She smiled slightly licking from Makoce's nose to her forehead. "Yes....Yes I will be. Shall we move into the safety of the forest?" She asked kindly before moving her way through bushes into the cover of the trees. Once she was surrounded by the trees and not out in the open she began to feel herself calm down considerably. She was no longer alone, and she could smell her packs mingled scent coating everything.

"So what are you both doing out here?" She asked to distract everyone from what just happened. She didn't want to think on the situation anymore, worried someone would speak up about finding her brother and telling him about the Souix male that had bathed but a few feet from her in the river. Not only that, she didn't want to hear any scolding coming from the former warrior. She already realized her stupidity for leaving the safety of the den alone. She didn't need someone else rubbing into her face.

xxxxS t a n d i n g quietly within the densite she patiently awaited for Rook to head out. Their group was made of pure muscle, minus herself of course. One hunter, two scouts, and two warriors. The Alpha's sister made a cute joke about it, Whisper smiled, but made no sound. A nearly silent snort was what she did make when Bjorr made a playful comment of being as graceful as hunters. She wasn't snorting in scrutiny she was laughing along, in her own introverted way that is. Once everyone was ready, Ghost rightfully started scouting. She was quick behind, she wagged her tail excitedly as she trotted silently around the ground in the direction they were instructed to go. Catching the scent they needed was not going to be difficult for they were greatly skilled and capable. Just as she looked up she noticed Ghost perk his ears while looking again, she knew he found something. Slowly she bounced in her step up beside him with her nose sniffing what he'd just found, raising her head her tongue lawled out in a smile and she gave him a "You did it!" type of look. Wagging her tail that was actually raised much higher than it usually is she became excited that they were successful in finding something.

xxxxW i t h i n seconds the male lowered his body as he started to follow the scent, she watched him and his tail gave her a signal that she followed instantly. Lowering her body she stood still waiting for a breeze to hit her, once she knew she worked around the breeze same as her partner did, following him more or less as the rest of the party did just the same. The two scouts played off one another, sending each other in whatever direction did not or did work for them while following the trail Ghost initially caught. Soon the two of them came upon a group of deer, a weird feeling washed over the fae, it was a mix of pure hunger and fear all in one. Trailing a bit behind Ghost she stopped and waited as he crept closer to get a better look. Upon his nod she turned and moved towards the hunting party that was patiently waiting for them to get back to them. As the male scout stated his finds to Rook, the party leader Whisper sat beside him nodding as he spoke to let the other female know what he was saying was all true. Frankly, even if it were explained wrong or a bit tall tale told she wouldn't speak up, however, there would be a tell tale sign in her expression or body movement that would speak louder than any words. Whereas she can be quiet, body language is something she hasn't been able to control to stop as she could her words. However, body language was instinct and all subliminal actions, you actually had to think about speaking so she was capable of controlling such a lot more effectively.

xxxxA n obvious target was made, anyone could see the hindered legs. Whisper wasn't one to attack, but she always made an effort to look like she was trying, just to let others know she was a team player. Frankly she'd already did her part, but with such a smaller party they kind of needed her. Rook spoke, setting her, and probably everyone elses, thoughts in stone about just which deer was their target. The leader flicked her tail in signal then burst out chasing the deer that darted forward fast. Following the hunter Whisper ran after her with the others. Rook would be the last to attack, unless it took more than one try for each wolf to get good hits on the animal. Chasing after the group it didn't take long for the others to steer the crippled deer from the group and heading out. Suddenly, the animal was racing towards her, gasping she moved out of the way, but snapped her jaws instinctively to send it moving a bit more sideways so another wolf could cover the opposite flank of the other more easy for it was too close to the tree line. Whisper stayed on the side lines but did not fall behind the group. There was a reason she was a scout and not a hunter, in her opinion hurting a deer, even if it meant livelihood of the pack she couldn't do damage to anything for it was an act of violence and she was extremely against and afraid of violence. She hated watching the attacks be made, and hated for other wolves to get hurt if that were to happen... being who she was, very timid, often had it's large downfalls. The scouts quirks made many other wolves wonder how the hell she was alive, how he lived before she same to Uktena. If only they knew what she'd been through.

OOC: FYI, Whisper will definitely miss an attack, that is if she even attacks... just who she is.

Unlike all the others wolves, Meera didn't immediately get to mingle with the rest of the pack of Sioux that morning or share in the feast that their great leader had so graciously provided. She had been too busy taking care of the little ones since the break of dawn and they were an excitable little bunch. The pups didn't understand the importance of sleep or the right time of day to be doing it, so as per usual, Meera was up long before they were. Having the rank as Provider was not all fun and games as many of the other pack members might think. Meera, and like many other Providers that were there to make sure that their pups grew up to be strong Novices with a head full of knowledge of what it was like to be a wolf of Sioux and knowing their pack.

The ebony wolf was resting at the mouth of the den where she stayed with the cubs and was enjoying the peace she has been allowed whilst the pups where asleep. It was a rare moment indeed to have all the little fur balls curled up together without their insesive yapping to drive her insane with the non stop questions of "Why this? What's that?". Didn't help either if some of the pups whose parents left them in her care while they go about their duties were the ones that were bossy with their. "My mother says that and father says this." Who gives a ********. Because what Meera says, goes.

“Shut up!” She suddenly snapped, no longer able to take the soft whimpering coming from the back as she hefted herself up and crawl into the cave to inspect what was going on. “You stop that noise now or I'll bite your ear off.” The fae growled in her throat and bared her fangs as a promise to her threat as she neared the culprit that was a rolypoly of a pup that clenched its maw shut and curled its tail under him. But it didn't take long before Meera ears could hear the tell-tale grumble from his belly and the young pup's chin became to tremble and the fae dared him to make another whine with a snap of her jaws. “Fine.” She hissed at him. “I'll find you something to eat again. She ignored the tiny wag that erupted from his tail and no sooner did she start to track over the pile of fluffs that were curled around in clumps, they all started to unfurl one by one, each making an excited sound as the mention of more food. A rippled creased at her snout before the fae let out a bark that hushed down the den but didn't stop the hopeful look in their little eyes or the tails wagging in the air as they all surrounded the Provider with anticipation. Snarling when one got too close and tried to rub against her leg, she moved her paw and let the rolypoly pup fall snout first into the dirt. “This is all your fault.” She accused with a sigh. Annoying as they were, Meera couldn't help but feel a soft spot for them, even if it didn't look like she did. “Alright then, let's see if there's anything left of what Azazel has brought us." She started to lead the small pack out, ensuring that they kept in a orderly group with a couple of snaps at their heels when they tried to disperse or stopped to sniff at the ground. When Meera had managed to have the pups contained in a circle, she looked about Sioux, noting the freshly laden blood on her pack mates chompers and she eyed where the source was coming from. “Maybe I'll get the Hunters to find you something easier to chew.” She decided as the fae tested the air with a flick of her tongue, her own stomach grumbling, arguing her decision for the taste of wolfs flesh instead. Light green eyes picked through the pack for a certain brute that went by the name of Talon and she could see another fae, Ronja in search of the male.

Keen hazel eyes watched the healer as she finally regarded his presence after the slight nudge, he could see the warning within her fiery green eyes and also her scrutiny. After all these needles were easy to remove, but any wolf knew that Jah was one of the laziest bastards on earth, if there was something he didn't have to do himself he would make somebody else do it for him. However he also always somehow managed to get the job done, especially when it came to scouting and such. Cocking his head, mimicking the fae with a slight tease on the curve of his maw. Finally she spoke up and easily he plopped down unto the ground without question and laid there as if he was about to go to sleep, but eventually reaching his paw forward and twisting it for better access. His position was submissive, simply lazy and following the lead of what the healer told him to. He was pretty sure that if he didn't listen he might end up more hurt then he already was.

Yawning he felt the fae start the tug on his paw, the sensitive nerves beneath the protective pads screamed at him with paining electricity. Winching slightly at the constant pull and tinker he wanted to snap at her for causing him such a annoying pain, but he could not. Jah kept silent and simply gritted his teeth together, the only complaining coming from him was the grimace of pain on his complexion. It was amazing how such a tiny object could make so much agony, it made him think about himself with his slim shape and form. Size did not matter. Even the nature agreed on that matter. Well it did and it didn't. It depended entirely on how you used it. Finally the thing was out and he felt a wet and warm tongue against his paw. Wickedly grinning he let the healer remove the slight bleeding before eyeing her with a cunning look. "If you say so" he commented lightly before standing up on all four, testing the paw which had been hurt with a few steps here and there. It was indeed tender to step on, like a warm burn. Staring at the ground for a bit he pushed away the memories of fire quickly. Burning was not something he wanted to think about, ever.

By that time Akela had shown up and was offering Storm some meat. Raising a eyebrow at them both he shook his head, what was she? A love sick male? Nope, he was pretty sure Akela was a female. Perhaps a friendly gesture? But who was friendly in Sioux? With a shrug of his shoulders he decided not to puzzle his mind with it any longer and simply yawned once more. "Happy meal" he cued in a dark manner before stepping away slightly and towards a spot on the ground which was dry. Once again he plopped down like a heavy sack of something and simply laid there, splayed out and basking underneath the sky. He would let his paw rest for a bit, before adventuring out in the forest and doing some scouting like he usually did.

                                                  ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀

Talon had woke unhappily before dawn. Choosing to lay next to Meera that night had been a regrettable choice on his part because of then nuisances she had to watch over. Being a provider she had no say in the matter but thatd been her choice to become one - although most of the parents could teach their children to behave better in his opinion. When Talon woke to sharp teeth gnawing on his ears and tail, it wasnt much of a surprised that he woke snapping his jaws and growling at the culprits responsible for his early morning wake up. Sending the one pup tumbling when he stood which had been painfully attached to his right ear, he noted the other made a smart decision by running for cover to escape his sharp teeth. Just because they had pups didnt mean he had to tolerate their insolence for the rules. Talon did not, under any circumstances deal with s**t from others, especially the pups no matter whose they were.

Standing there awkwardly a moment with his fur bristled, the brute relaxed as he noticed the pretty fae before him was awake now as well. Granted he probably only woke some time after she did, he was curious to the fact that she too was up because of the annoying little bastards running around. Talon usually didnt despise pups this much, but this bunch was a fairly rowdy bunch eith noncompliance to the rules and didnt listen for atom. He'd bet on them being annoying as they grew and being somewhat of a hinderance as they became apprentices. He'd seen it once or twice before with individual pups. Still, brushing up against the provider, Talon turned and stalked towards the den mouth, uncaring to pick his way over some. If he was up because of the pups some of the. Had produced, then they should be as well.

The chill of the morning was welcoming to the hunter as he carried his weight silently across the land, stepping over piles of dead leaves and twigs as he went. As dawn broke, Talon's. Stomach rumbled and he made it a point to find himself a meal to munch on. It seemed a pheasant would be his choice of prey this morning after stalking and knocking it to the ground. It died most likely from the blunt force that he squashed it back to the earth with and somewhat out of fear. That happened sometimes with birds - if you could scare them good enough, their hearts stopped and proved an easy meal for you. Laying down and picking the carcass clean, Talon licked his maw and yawned softly. Seeming far enough away that he could relax on his own, the brute closed his eyes and slipped into a light doze.

His ears still swiveled and the brute was still on alert but would be in more of a relaxed state than not over the next hour or so. When the sound of Azazel's howl rang through the air, the black brute gave a firm grunt but rose to his paws and carried himself back towards the main den. When he arrived through thin foliage, he noticed the body of a half eaten wolf and many of his pack mates starting to laze about after eating. Licking his maw, he knew he'd just eaten a small meal but the prospect of wolf meat far too tempting to pass up. Noticing briefly that both Meera and Ronja seemed to be looking for him, he took a moment to make eye contact with each. The two eye toned brute gave a nod to each, motioned for Ronja to come over to and waited. When the fae finally caught up to him he gave her a light greeting before speaking. "Grab a piece of flesh for yourself and then grab another if you would for the pups. And Ronja, dont even think about it. I know that look and Azazel most certainly would not appreciate a hunt when there is a perfectly fine meal before you." a gruff and blunt voice, it was apparent he hadn't had a pleasant start to his day but the tired and annoyed look on his face. He didnt mean to come off as an asshat towards her, but it was his usual self for which he could not help if she took it the wrong way. Though she should know all of this by now, especially with his past.

Making his way through the crowd that was left around the carcass, Talon shoved away those were in his way, clamping into muzzles and flanks if any dare snapped at him. He wasn't a brute to be trifled with by his taller size. Though he originally had been a path to be a warrior, the pack at the time had needed hunters and as he was so silent on his paws and excellent at catching prey, he'd agreed for a rank change and underwent the necessary training to become a hunter. It hadnt taken him long and to this day he had kept his current rank. He still has all of his warrior training and knowledge, he was just a little more skilled at hunting and killing with his more stealthy abilities. Taking three sizable chunks from the dead wolf, Talon made his way over to the mouth of the den and the awaiting provider. He only figured that she had needed food, and knowing how often the pups pestered her for food as well, he erred on the safe side and brought them all something. Besides, he wanted to stay on Meera's good side considering he had started showing an interest in her and planned on courting her.

"Good morning my sweet, i suppose your morning has been hell as usual with the little annoying fluff balls?". Talon usually enjoyed the company of the pups, but he had been having no patience with them lately due to their inability to listen and knack for misbehaving.

OOC: Sorry its so late and i hope this is okay fir his intro! If i got our plotting wrong {forgive me if i have} let me know! Although im fairly sure i got meera right >_>

Azexira had watched the male until he decided to push her away, making note of the way he was breathing, the clearness of his eyes, and she realized he was actually putting effort into this fight. The urge to tease him bit at her tongue but she held it in, not wanting to humiliate him. Maybe Nox still thought he was doing this bad on purpose. Xira took a few steps back to steady herself, keeping her eyes fixed tightly on her target, her brother's throat. Even though she was considering letting him win this one, she knew it had to at least look convincing, she couldn't let either of them see how she pitied him in this moment. Azazel's attention seemed to jump form one fae to the other and realizing it was currently on herself, the fae positioned her body so she would be ready for the impact of hs body weight...the blow never came. She watched on like an observer as he threw himself in Nox's direction. Only moments later, the two were on the ground, one on top of the other, Azazel biting at whatever parts of her friend he could get a hold of. If Xira had been any other fae, she would have been extremely jealous, but this was her brother, her flesh and blood, and that would be gross. Instead the female chuckled, standing upright with her eyes resting on the pair. It was almost cute, her brother and her best friend, in almost a couple sort of way. Was the real fight over? An unspoken truce between the three?

The reddish-brown wolf made her way over to the duo and paused, standing only inches from them before lowering her head and licking first at her brothers ear and then at Nox on the space between her bright eyes. A content murmur rose in the back of her throat before she lifted her head to lock eyes with her brother, her golden orbs losing their momentary softness in exchange for the cold glassed-over look she normally carried. She was deceiving like that, able to look vulnerable one moment and tear out your throat the next, it was something she had gotten from her mother that she assumed had missed Azazel completely. He was always striving to be evil. "If you're still hungry, their is plenty of wolf meat left to go around. Surely Nox is a meal better saved for a different day." A sly smirk crossed her lips as she looked down at her best friend. Hopefully the fae knew Xira was joking, it had to have been made clear by this point how much their bond meant. There was only one command she feared to ever get from Azazel and that was, for whatever reason, he would ask her to end Nox. The female lowered her body to the ground, resting her head on that of the darker fae. She said nothing but the message was there. 'I will die with her.' Her face was stern, and in a real fight, her life would end here, but in this playful dispute, it was a chance for Azazel to accept a truce, or to take advantage of the female's lowered guard. If he did the later of the two, she wouldn't offer him a way out again. She buried her face playfully into Nox's neck them rolled to her back, pawing softly at the brute above her. The fae was aware that she was acting silly, but in the current company she didn't mind, these two knew her as well as she knew herself, and there was nothing to hide from either of them.

The play fight on the rock between Azazel and the other two quickly lost interest to Nevaera, as it was clearly just a play fight. She rose to her paws and looked around, her golden eyes not seeing anything of interest. ‘Ugh, pathetic. Nothing interesting around here, as per usual.’ She moved away from where pack members were still feasting on the wolves that the Alpha had left for them. It looked like there was only scraps left. Scraps meant for only the lowest wolves. She growled to herself and stalked off, looking around for something to do. Maybe she’d find a wolf to pick on. As she walked, she noticed Jawaahzi and Storm. Jah was lying in front of the healer fae, and Nev watched as she pulled something from the brutes paw. Probably a thorn or a needle or something. Something that he could have done himself, which was normal. Nev rolled her eyes before heading over in that direction. However she stopped as they were approached by Akela, who had food for Storm.

Nev watched as Jah looked at the other fae before walking off, heading for a dry spot to lie down. He flopped down, leaving himself open for her to approach and bother him. ‘Wonderful. Maybe I can brighten my day after all.’ She walked after him and then moved in front of his face, blocking any sun from his eyes. It was almost a kind gesture… “Poor Jah. Got something stuck in your paw did you?” She asked him, looking down at him. “Must have been in there pretty deep if you had to visit the healer to remove it. I mean, most wolves just take care of those things by themselves. So a big tough wolf like you must be more than capable. Of course, maybe I’m wrong and you’re just a lazy sack of fur.” She took a seat, not caring if he didn’t want her company. He was going to get it.

She enjoyed bugging this particular brute. He had a tendency to show… Kindness to her… It was rare but it happened, almost as though he didn’t realize he was doing it. However, Nev didn’t appreciate kindness from anyone. It was annoying, so in order to fend off any sort of nicety from him, she did her best to torment him.

Stalking through the surrounding area, Zevran's dull yellow hues glided from wolf to wolf as they went about their daily activities that always came up in random patterns. This pack, this Sioux was nothing new to the massive Eurasian wolf, he had been with those sort of wolves, with the exception that some held onto their sanity while these wolves were twisted and dined upon wolven flesh. Wolf flesh...it was a rather disgusting thing to Zevran, but he would never admit it. He would eat it and it wouldn't phase him in any way, it even held the same flavor as rabbit flesh, gross but tolerable. At a distance, from what he could make out was Azazel sparring with his sister, Azexira and his fellow Warrior, Nox. It was rather unusual to see Azazel act like such, but they were both females which was something he could understand. Zevran was not much for playing, though he had no problem with the pups of the pack and speaking of which. The brute gazed over to where Meera was, her shouting at the pup was not something anyone can miss. The brute snorted and rolled his dull yellow hues. To shout like such and treat them like pups was not something he would do, but rather take his time in teaching them properly and treat them like adults, the more you yell and shout the more disobedient they will be, that he knew, he's been in that spot before.

Aside from such, the pack continued about their business and Zevran did what he usually does, watch them, look for any sign of conspiracy, thankfully, all members are still as devoted to Azazel as ever, much like himself. However, Zevran does not shy from asserting dominance should someone get out of line, he is aspiring for Beta after all. Warrior is a rank he is not going to settle with, ever. Keeping his distance lasted but a few minutes longer before he entered the den site himself and approached the wolf carcass that laid in the middle, with barely any meat left on it. Lowering his muzzle he clamped his jaws on the most sizable chunk he could find and ripped it from the bones in one quick yank. Padding to a secluded spot not far from the pack, Zevran laid and dug in at his meal. He finished it quickly and he was still hungry, though he wished to go for more, he new better than to be a greedy b*****d. He could go hunting for something else? Maybe. With his size, he ate a lot, probably more than most of the wolves in the pack, with the exception of Azazel of course.

Laying in his spot, Zevran allowed his mind to wander to Hati, the brute who shares every physical appearance with the exception of their eyes and current personalities. He was sure his brother would be bound to feel his presence soon enough, but until then, Sköll, or rather, Zevran would patiently wait for that moment. 'Soon, Brother, we will be reunited and be a family once more...you must know of the tragedy that had befallen to our family, but I pray you, do not mourn, for the lives of those humans I took, and gladly...' He could not help but grin at the flashback, of how his fangs dug into the flesh of their throats. Revenge can be bittersweet and very lovely once it's been done. Allowing his grin to disappear and his expression return to holding it's usual calm appearance, he sighed and relaxed, although still hungry, he was satisfied with the food within his belly, now all he had to do was wait and see what else could turn up. Sharing the excitement of spending time away from the pack the hunter wagged her tail with excitement. Her ears rolled around as she heard the snapping and bickering of the alpha male and his sister and a warrior. She rolled her eyes the act was stupid and quite disgusting, an alpha of such a pack shouldn’t be playing with females that wasn’t his mate, she had a feeling the moronic male wasn’t even looking for a female to mate, an alpha without a mate could be seen as weak, and in the eyes of the hunter, the longer he waited before even starting to court a female, the weaker he became. Females of this pack, were quite powerful and any female that the male had his eyes on, which included her sometimes, which was something she enjoyed because it drove Nyrco up a wall and pushed the male into a violent rage.

Fisnae was like any wolf in Sioux she liked to watch the fights, and she really loved watching the rages of her snowy hunter. Her amber hues felt Nycro’s nudge and she smiled and nipped at his coat, she followed him and wagged her tail. Her head turned back toward the den site and the pack which was nothing but a lot of lazy wolves before turning her head back toward the male. “Looks like no one has the balls to follow us.” She smiled darkly and growled lowly. Soon enough the sound of snapping fangs and ridiculous fighting between Azazel, Nox and Azexira and when the snowy hunter stopped she stopped shortly after and watched him and when he asked, she wagged her tail, “Let us see how far we can push the territory. I think we should stay within, but of course playing on the edge of out. Possibly we can find some Ukenta wolves to make our play toys.” She growled lowly and with pride.

When the male offered the mountains or down the river, she kind of liked the idea of the mountains but it was rare to return once you went to the mountains. She felt as long as she was with her snowy brute she would be perfectly okay. As he circled her, and rubbed against her own pelt, he was mixing their scents and it was something she rather enjoyed. She was however smart enough not to ever breed without permission, in season or not, and even as the breeding season neared, she wasn’t risking herself or him. “Well love...” she paused after letting the word slip, quickly she growled and tried to recover, her heart was racing and she was nervous, it was rare for any wolves in Sioux to fall in love, she turned her back toward him and growled lowly, her muzzle wrinkling. She was calling herself stupid within her own mind, before she started toward the mountains.

The brown hunter was growling as she went, she couldn’t believe she was so stupid enough to even think about the words. She knew that he would know how she felt, and she was only certain that the male was only going to play with her emotions and her heart. She wasn’t going to allow any brute to do any such thing. She was going to wait until he showed how he felt about her before she even let on about how she felt about him. Well that was out the forest and now an eternal rage was raging in her heart. Her tail was lifted as she kept going toward the mountains.

As soon as she had told her beloved little pup, Maxie that Goliath would take her on her first hunt she just simply smiled at her and nodded, “Of course darling, he takes all of his new pack members on their first hunt, he wants to make sure you are the best wolf you can be for our pack.” She smiled at her and licked at her head, “I know they are, and I know you can very much get those rabbits, they are fast but you are faster isn’t that right Maxie?” she smiled and teased the young pup. When the game started and she peeked out of her hiding spot and tsked her tongue at her pup. She needed to be taught to never cheat, it would only give you heartbreak or in some trouble. Shaking her head the white provider moved from one spot to the next and when she only got to three moons the provider shook her head.

She would have to teach this little one a lesson on cheating in games; the game they were playing would help her greatly with hunts in her upcoming life. It was very important that she learned the correct way to play and the correct way to follow the rules. Her honey hues locked onto the pup and when she pounced into a snow pile that she had just left she smiled and silently dug another and moved quickly and like a snowflake. She was would pause when the pup’s hues got close to her and she would drop down, her tail tucking under her body to make sure that she was keeping herself as hidden as she could. As much as the pup’s tactic would have worked on a rabbit it wouldn’t work on an elk or even another wolf.

The little game of run and hide kept up until the pup had given up and called out for her. Valora stood up and shook her head sneaking to the pup’s back side she nipped at her tail and looked down at her sternly, “What have I told you about cheating Maxie?” she said as she sat and swatted her paw at the pup’s head. She put some weight on her paw to lower the pup to her belly. “Because you cheated you must lay in time out for ten whole moons, and you will count, and if you skip a number, I will add another ten moons. You can’t cheat Maxie. If this was a hunt, you would have been hurt. You know I love you and just want to keep you safe.” She said sweetly but after a second she looked down at her sternly and asked her to start counting. “Go ahead Maxie, start now.”

He had been lying there peacefully, basking in the sun when there something that blocked the light and he opened the eyes to view a beauty in front of him. Golden hues blinked slowly to remove the sleep that ailed him while the dark beauty which was blocking his sun seemed to have a few choice words to say. Growling in a low warning his orbs narrowed even further, trying to ignore the fea to the very best of his abilities. But it was difficult to ignore the scout, simply because she never seemed to leave his mind no matter how hard he tried. "Pah, I can't be arsed dealing with a mere needle. Why should I when I have others to do it for me" he replied in a dark manner, returning the hostile voice to match her own. Why couldn't she just leave him alone? Perhaps then he would forget about her, but she was constantly around, showing up whenever she pleased and bugging him to no end. Gosh how annoying she could be. However under normal circumstance, if this had been somebody else he would have snapped his teeth and perhaps showed them a thing or two.

Yet with her he did not move. "What do I owe the pleasure?" he hummed, his tone of voice filled with sarcasm and malice. His eyes rolling as he tried to get back to relaxing on his paws and enjoying the sun. It would have been much better if Nevaera wasn't sticking her nose into his business, constantly. Wishing her gone, while at the same time it was clear that her presence was not entirely unwanted, if so he would have just left. Jah was lazy, he did not deal with such things, he simply walked away from wolves that would bother him. Either that or showed them a lesson. With her he stayed still. Strange that. Why didn't he feel like leaving? He wanted her gone, yet he didn't want to leave her. Pushing away such thoughts he tried to close his eyes, perhaps sleep would come to him. That way he could actually ignore her presence and instead have nice dreams of the hunting grounds. Or perhaps scouting. Killing a wolf.

Hoping that the dreams would carry him away his breath softened, almost slipping away. However if he knew Nev well enough she would not let him rest for long. There was almost something she wanted to say or do, or bugger him with. Urgh, such a pain in the bum. And there he was thinking about her again. Angry at his own mind, cursing at it. The image of her dark brown fur (?) settled in his mind, the shape of her form, the allure of her body. The expression she usually wore and the skills which she harbored. Dark orange eyes with a black ring encircling it, keenly watching, observing. Cunning mind and body. It would have been easier if she had not been a scout, often they had to work together, especially now during the times were Uktena was on constant alarm. Going alone was dangerous, even for them. Even Jah did not refuse Azazel or any request he might give. He had no death wish, yet his life would have been much easier if did not have to deal with that darn beauty whom was still at his side.
