霜月 = Frost Moon, the old word for November 采千 = Thousand Colors
Nicknames: ToTo - Mariel's nickname for her, which she hates.
Tochime/Tochimerie - her idol nickname, and also sometimes her online user handle.
Dreamy Color- her vtuber persona, an idol princess from a distant future, and from another galaxy altogether.

Hobbies:
Obsessing over idols (real, fictional, and in between) -- Idols are a big part of Tochi’s world, both real and fictional to the point of more than borderline obsession, according to certain people. For as long as she can remember, she was attracted to the cute (and sometimes colorful) costumes the girls wore on stage, and the songs about friendship and love drew her in as well. Her interest in them really took off in middle school, though, when Tochi started to become aware that girls her age stood a shot at being recruited into big names like 48G, or even form a group of their own, such as Sakura Gakuin. She lives and breathes idols, and would probably die for them, too. She has the calls and responses as well as the concert calls and chants memorized, even if it usually just ends up being her doing them at home and by herself. Tochi especially dreams of one day becoming a genuine Real Live Idol, impossible as it is, though she does belong to a group that does covers of idol songs on youtube and uploads dance covers from time to time as well. A majority of the money she earns (through allowance or otherwise... like selling her chuusen codes) goes towards idol merch, from kingblades to nesos… to bromides and chekis, to even replica idol costumes for cosplay. Tochi also runs a twitter account and discord in which aside from posting general aesthetic things, she retweets as well as posts her own translations of twitter posts from her best girls.
Sadly, Tochi thus far has had to admire her favorite idols from afar- her parents draw the line at allowing her to fly back to Japan on her own to attend an actual live concert, though if they ever attend the local anime conventions, you can bet she’d be there, sitting in the front row with her kingblades. Still, that hasn't stopped her from finding alternatives, such as attending live viewings...
Outfit (but mostly idol costume) design -- Tochi and her older sister both inherited their mother’s talent for art, but while Morie (her sister) is skilled in still life and landscape painting, Tochi’s talents seem to lie in fashion design… which she puts towards doodling cute costumes and outfits she’d personally wear if she ever makes it big… though at least she can dream about wearing them. She’s started to learn to sew in order to bring her concepts to life, though it’s a bit of a work in progress, and she tends to stick to just making custom accessories for now… If it’s one thing Tochi has learned, though, it’s the popularity of buying custom outfits for one’s ocs, and she’s started selling and taking commissions for said outfits to pay for her other expensive hobbies. She’s not exactly destined for New York Fashion Week anytime this century, if ever, but if she can make a couple extra bucks on the side to fuel her obsessions, that’s enough for her.
Astrology -- Tochi’s other major interest aside from idols is the study of the stars and other celestial objects, something she shares in common with her older sister; unlike her sister, however, Tochi does not pursue it as seriously, interested more in the astrology side of things rather than astronomy. It's true that the parts of her room that aren't dedicated to idols are covered in star maps and astrology charts, and it's also true that she owns an assortment of books on the subject and has a telescope that she takes out for stargazing; Tochi, however is more interested in the zodiac and the horoscope, and what they mean- let her tell you what your big 3 are, and what that means for you! Largely overall, her interest is more for fun than any kind of serious study, often becoming a big source of frustration for her sister, who wishes she'd pursue more serious subjects that aren't related to her beloved idols.
Livestreaming (of the virtual diva kind) -- Although Tochi hasn’t quite given up on her dream of being scouted by an idol agency (or at least being cast to voice a 2D idol), she has found a compromise that satisfies that itch for now, at least to an extent. By pure chance, and completely by accident, Tochi discovered vtubers one day, while looking up videos on youtube related to the idol group 22/7, and finding some of the members streamed using their 3D models of the characters they voiced. From there, youtube recommendations further set her down the rabbit hole of sorts, as she found covers of popular songs she enjoyed done by vtubers, such as Kanaria’s KING, which ultimately led to…Tochi discovering vsingers, and not just virtual idols such as 22/7 and GEMS COMPANY, but the two hololive singers as well, AZKi and IRyS. At that point, there was no turning back, and Tochi began to realize that while she may not be able to make it as an idol in the real world, she could certainly become one online!
Originally starting out with a vroid model she made herself, Tochi eventually managed to get together enough money to commission a proper live2d model, where she streams under the name of Dreamy Color*, an idol princess from another world, as part of a small group of indie EN vtubers called Tiny Stars. She mostly sticks to uploading song covers, as part of living out her dream of being an idol of some sorts, but will occasionally stream herself playing rhythm games as well.
(*Originally, she wanted to go with the name PRiSM, to match the naming scheme of the two hololive vtubers, but changed her mind after a lot of teasing from her sister’s friend…)
Virtues:
aim for center! (energetic) -- By nature, Tochi is a fairly bubbly person, cheerful and a bundle of energy, always ready to go at a moment’s notice. In her eyes, being an idol requires both a lot of stamina, as well as an upbeat personality, and it just so happens she has plenty of both, making her the perfect idol candidate, right?

we'll push our limits until the end (devoted) -- Once Tochi is committed to something (or someone) she is committed. Becoming an idol has been her dream for a long time, and she's determined to follow it through to the end, without allowing anyone to get her down. It could be said that she's chasing an impossible dream, but dreams have to come true someday... right?
Flaws:
overly dramatic -- Life is hard when you’re an idol in the making- nobody understands you, let alone your family. For Tochi, whose family, especially her ‘strict’ older sister, does not share in her Real Life Idol dream, this seems to be especially true. The world is just so unfair, and determined to keep her from following her heart, or so she likes to say. She has a bad habit of taking things too personally, and getting upset by it.
gullible -- Tochi is a cheerful and supportive person, but she's also a highly naive one, and prone to falling prey to people's pranks and scams, albeit unintentionally. More than once, she's been too trusting, and gotten herself in trouble, usually (thankfully) just minor cases such as letting someone copy her homework or copy off of her during tests. At the same time, though, there has been at least one or two incidents where she's lost money through getting scammed.
daydream warrior -- Tochi is not the most grounded in reality at times. She's naive and gullible, and tends to live in a fantasy world where being an idol is as simple as it is in fiction. She doesn't particularly enjoy being forced to 'face the facts', in a sense of speaking, about how hard it really is to make it big, and essentially lives in flat out denial.

Weapon & Magic
Page Weapon: plastic planisphere
Squire: planisphere held by a chain, with the symbol of Cosmos on it, kinda fancy looking. It gives off a slight glow and sparkles when spun.
Magic: By spinning the planisphere, Aogashima can surround herself or an ally within a 6 foot radius with a bright, starry iridescent light, making them glow with a certain radiance. The light is not blinding per se, but anyone looking at it will feel as if the targeted person is very far away and unreachable. This lasts for up to 30 seconds, and is meant to used as a 'getaway' maneuver, rather than anything offensive.
Knight Weapon: fancy planisphere on a chain, more elaborate than before
Magic: spinning the planisphere, Aogashima can surround herself or an ally within a 8 foot radius with a bright, starry iridescent light, making them glow with a certain radiance. The light is almost blinding now, and anyone still looking at it will feel as if the targeted person is very far away and unreachable, even more so than before. This lasts for up to 45 seconds, and as before, is meant to used as a 'getaway' maneuver, rather than anything offensive.
Enhancement:Enchanted Weapon (Knights, Negaverse Agents, Vanguardians) - This Enhancement gives weapons an additional magical enhancement that allows the weapon to hover nearby and gives the character a bit of control over their weapon when it's not in their hand. While they may manipulate how and where the weapon hovers (always within ten feet of them, but they can summon it to that range if it is further away) they will never wield it to the capacity as they would if they were holding it. It is incredibly difficult to wield mid battle without extensive practice, as it requires extreme focus to manipulate the weapon beyond allowing it to hover nearby, but under calmer circumstances the weapon can be mentally controlled to some degree. The ability to manipulate the weapon somewhat is most useful if incapacitated or trying to do a surprise attack, when there is time to focus on how to wield the weapon. No matter how much a character practices, it will always be impossible to telepathically control the weapon as if they were physically wielding it. Third stage characters may manage to make loose or sloppy attacks with their weapon but this will be difficult to control in stressful circumstances like battle. To obtain this, a PM to the shop mule is required. For Knights, the weapon enhancement can be found by locating some magically charged location on their Wonder, a burst of power from interacting with the Code, or completing some ritual on their Wonder. For Negaverse Agents, the weapon enhancement can either come in the form of a random power surge they feel after collecting a large quantity of starseeds or energy, an upgrade from a General Sovereign, or it may suddenly appear after encountering an energy storm in the Rift. Vanguardians may find some surge of power that charges their weapon while on a Celestial Body, receive a unique crystal from Lyndin or Caedus to experiment with, or find a unique crystal while exploring some Celestial Space. Because Vanguardians manually maintain their weapon, they may either have a power surge that grants them the sudden ability or will manually upgrade it depending on player plot.

Theater in the middle of the cosmos floating in the sea of stars. Perpetual twilight sky, theater is more of the size of a castle/opera hall, but was repurposed by the last Aogashima of the Silver Millenium for its current purpose. There's a hidden observatory at the top where the code piece is located.
Didn't have a set location, because the troupe traveled as needed to wherever they felt they could reach out to others with their music.

aogashima the wonder was largely neglected until suzunomiya took over as the new cosmos knight. originally from a family of polarisian scholars, suzu never took the idea of knighthood as seriously as her older sister, sasyanomiya, who strove to be the next hakodate of polaris. nonetheless, both girls were sent to training at the knight academy on earth, where suzunomiya was assigned the far-off wonder of aogashima, in the duty of cosmos herself. originally a barren island in a sea of stars, suzunomiya transformed it into an academy of itself, a stage of stars where she would train girls from all across the universe to perform on stage, to reach the level of shine as she did with her magic.
