Hobbies:

painting -- Like her younger sister, and also like her older brother, Morie inherited her mother's talent for art. Whereas Tochi's talent seems to lie in... doodling outfits, and their brother's in cooking, Morie enjoys still life and landscape painting, finding it to be a relaxing pastime. When she was younger, Morie could frequently be found carrying a sketchbook around wherever she went, and while her studies don't leave her as much time to work on art these days, she still tries to take some time out of her day to sit down and 'appreciate the scenery', so to speak.

astronomy -- For as long as she can remember, Morie has always had an interest in space, and what's out there in the vast universe. While her sister might only be interested in if the stars will align in her favor and what the horoscope was for her favorite idols on the day they were born, Morie takes the hobby more seriously, pursuing it as an actual study. Now that she's in uni, Morie intends on majoring in the subject, and has been trying her best to convince her sister to maaaaybe pursue a similar path rather than her 'idol dream'.


Virtues:

studious -- Morie believes in the value of getting a good education, and that academic excellence is the key to success. She strives to make top marks in class, and dedicates a portion of her time each night to studying. Morie tries her best to get any class projects done early, so as to not find herself rushing at the last minute, but also knows to pace herself as to not suffer burnout. She tries her best to encourage others to follow the same philosophy, to mixed results, and has been known to help others with their homework from time to time, especially her little sister.

level-headed//sensible -- It does no good to jump to conclusions, nor does it do any good to panic when the situation gets rough. Morie understands and recognizes this, keeping a cool head in difficult situations, as well as taking charge as needed, and playing mediator when required. Although she's technically the middle child, Morie tends to give the impression to outsiders that she's the oldest, especially when compared to her siblings.

Flaws:

stick in the mud//no fun allowed -- Morie tries her best to be a Good Older Sister and to be supportive of the idea of following your dreams, especially when it comes to a certain younger sister. At the same time, Morie is a practical thinker, who consider herself to be a realist, and (sensibly) believes that there's a limit to those dreams and as to what's achievable, given the circumstances. Because of that, she tends to be labeled as being 'no fun' and a 'party pooper' by certain people, much to her vexation. She tries, she really does, but there's a limit as to just how supportive she can be.

overbearing -- The problem with associating with People Who Like To Slack off is that a certain continued presence is needed to guarantee they get things done. The problem with Morie is that this has begun to bleed into her everyday and home life, earning her a reputation for being 'bossy', and, according to Certain Younger Sisters, a 'bully' at times. She means well, but at the same time, Morie wants her loved ones to succeed- especially in the academic sense.
