~ Kao, Fee & Blue's Collab Customs ~ Kao, Fee & Blue are teaming up to offer collaborated customs!
There will be a total of six slots open this go around. Two of them will be for Alt Powered Art!
Each character will cost 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) gold!
Like most collabs, either Kao or Blue will be doing the sketching and lines, and the other will be doing the colors. Unlike most though, this time three will have Blue lines and three will have Kao lines, rather than one person doing everything on one side. To reduce confusion, we won't be allowing customers to choose the combo and will assign who does what on our end. Sorry!
Alt Powered Slots will be rolled first, then regular customs. As a note: Alt powered slots this go around are limited to ones that have shop-approved plot behind them. Things like side swaps, transcendence, personal items or other things that call for changes in costume or appearance are acceptable, but updating art just for cosmetic changes, like hair cuts or outfit fixes, are not.
You can enter for both Alt Powered and new characters, but you can only win one slot.
Rare character types (guardian cats or corrupt senshi) are not available for these customs. Chibi senshi are welcome.
New characters come with civ art if desired. Saint Sergio will be doing the civs! (samples here) Base cost is 250 million for student art, 500 million for regular civ.
TO CLARIFY: these slots where primarily meant to be for new characters, NOT upgrades to existing civilians. However, we'll take both kinds since we didn't specify starting out. HOWEVER, this means that if you're going for an upgrade, you don't get civilian art with it. If you already have a civilian, then this would be alt civilian art, and those have to be run separately from new characters.
Closes: Friday, July 17th*, at about 5 or 6 PM central. I will be rolling, so its whenever I get home from work and set up. * If you are entered in DHS's customs, you can also enter these! I will be co-ordinating with DHS so there is no accidental re-rolling of people who won here.

Blue's Notes:
I am quite happy to do template splicing, all or no colorist choice on forms, have no preference for chaos or order characters, and will do chibis.
I will do unique templates for new body types! Just be aware that these take a lot longer to get out as I go through the template creation and approval process.
You will get one WIP from me; a sketch of the design with flat colors. It is at this point that you may make all the changes you want to it until its perfect. (keep in mind uniform guidelines please!) Once you approve the sketch, I will finish the art. Once you have received the finished piece, the only changes you will be able to make are to the colors of an element. I will not be changing the lines at this point.
My work flow tends to be about one character a week, or so. I do most of my work on weekends. I love to livestream, so chances are I will stream yours! You can request that I not, however, or only do it when you're available to watch.
I prefer not to do all stages up front. You never know how your character will change through rp and people usually like their uniforms/fuku to reflect the changes.
