Welcome to Soquili’s Grand Re-Opening Event! To kick things off we are having an achievement raffle for a very special lady phoenix!
How an achievement raffle works: In an achievement raffle you receive a ticket for every achievement you’ve accomplished on the list. ((The list is featured below.)) All achievements must have occurred BEFORE the start of this raffle in order to count. You must provide links for each thing to prove the legitimacy of your claim. Each ticket is an entry into a raffle for the lovely lady featured above.
Simply put, if you have done more stuff, you have better odds of winning!
What makes the lady phoenix so special?: Aside from being a mutant this beautiful gal has been granted a special set of powers. You can read about them in the spoiler tag below. Please note: She has these powers and the power of flight ONLY. Do not abuse this gift! Additionaly, these powers are non-inheritable. Given she's already a special non-pure ulun'suti, these powers will not pass down to future generations! If she breeds with a pure ulun'suti, the offspring will only inherit the half-breed power of the father due to her mixed and mutated blood.
Fire 1. Manipulation: This power can be used by both pure and half or mixed breed fire ulun'suti. With some concentration and focus, these soquili can manipulate fire. The fire must already be sparked as they cannot creat flame from nothing with this ability. With this sort of manipulation, a fire ulun'suti can encourage flame to grow and spread, as well as diminish and eventually extinguish it. This sort of manipulation takes more or less energy, depending how big of a fire they are affecting, and how great a fire it is. It takes less to manipulate a small flame, but would take many fire ulun'suti to extinguish a great forest fire. This ability also causes the fire ulun'suti to radiate a natural heat and warmth all their own, not enough to burn, but can get uncomfortable.
Wood
1. Invigorate: This power can be used by both pure, as well as mixed- or half-breed wood ulun'suti. The ulun'suti can invigorate and encourage local plant growth and reporduction. Trees tend to grow leafier and stronger, while vines and grasses grow longer and much more plush. Any plant is affected by this, including seaweed and kelp, provided they are within the area of effect and concentration. This ability does not happen naturally though - the ulun'suti must focus on an area (or a specific plant) and use his or her energy. This often happens during their prayers or meditations, and the effect may be slow but significant over a little bit of time.
2. Tangled: This power can be used only by pure wood ulun'suti. Provided they have access to fertile seeds, with focus and concentration they can transform the seeds in to vines which they can direct towards an individual source. They can only control up to two vines at a time, and only on one source, and only use this ability up to three times a day. The vines are often used to wrap around enemies or tangle around trees to deter others from easily accessing their territory. It is more of a defensive ability, and the vines can be cut or burned through. Once the vine is around a secured around a source, the ulun'suti loses all control it once was granted. (So it can't continually tighten around a source, or be manipulated to avoid being torn apart, etc.)
Legs: Sheds and flakes off ash and sometimes has little licks of fire coming out of it, but her legs do not diminish or crumble away or burn off -- they stay pretty much the same, they just... Shed a lot of ash.

Rules
1- This lady is free. If you win her she counts as your freebie pony for the ENTIRE event.
2- You must provide the proof that you have met the criteria of any of the achievements. If you don’t you will not get that ticket.
3- Proof should come in the form of a link. If we can’t figure out what you are linking to you will not get that ticket. (If there is nothing to link to (IE: a newbie or breeding newbie) then you need only post the criteria. We will know.)
4- You may not edit your posts. If you remember something else that you did that wasn’t included on the first ticket you may post again.
5- You may not claim the same achievement more than once. It doesn’t matter if you have six co-owns. You can only get one ticket per achievement.
6- You may not proxy.
7- No one likes a pouter. If you don’t win or don’t have as many tickets as someone else kindly do not complain. Let’s keep this a friendly environment. We know it’s upsetting but there will be more chances to win other prizes.
8- PM all inquiries about the rules to Nisshou H.
9- Nisshou H has a real life job to go along with the soquili one. There may be some delays in rolling depending on how swamped she is at work. Please be patient. She will handle it as quickly as possible.
10- More rules may be added as needed.
